My husband and I have never worked with such a frustrating person as Frankie Rodriguez. He has the…read moreworst attention to detail of anyone we've ever worked with - it's virtually non-existent, and my husband is currently interviewing for a replacement team. He does what he feels like rather than what we as the homeowners need, and the product is very poor. He has cost us a lot of money with plants and trees lost and needing replacement due to his carelessness, and he has on more than one occasion damaged our property. He doesn't notice problems, doesn't get on top of things soon enough, ignores items that obviously need attention, and doesn't listen. Perhaps he's capable of very simple projects, but anything requiring even the least bit of sophistication appears to be beyond his capabilities. He promises a lot but doesn't deliver. We deeply regret hiring him, and can't possibly recommend him.

We are not the type of people who want to get into an argument and, so we paid it, but very begrudgingly. Frank is far from a man of his word who has dishonest business practices, to put it mildly. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs done by an honorable, respectful person. I know you will save yourself a lot of frustration, headaches, and money.

We shopped around a bit for landscape rock and settled on Riverside Rock and Boulder. Great prices,…read moreexcellent variety of rock and very responsive and willing to address our questions. We also got a quote for paver installation and found they had a very good price. We'll use them in the near future - we have to budget for that part.

If you want a nice looking yard, Riverside is a good choice. The finished product is beautiful,…read morehowever, if you are wanting your project done in a reasonable time, keep looking. They were supposed to start in February but didn't get finished until mid-April (we paid in full in Nov). Their communication with us and each other is terrible. If you talk to the owner, Jeff, he doesn't relay the info to the workers, or it appears that he doesn't. If you talk to his wife, she doesn't relay the info to Jeff or the workers. It was very frustrating, not to mention the guys that came did not speak a lick of English, the foreman even had a hard time communicating with us. Jeff's main excuse for the delay was Covid, he had it 3 times, which, I believe, but that never stopped his business from running. His crew was still working while Jeff was out sick, why would Jeff being sick delayed our project that we had planned out with him since November, I do not know. The crew would come for an hour, maybe 2 and then leave and we would not see them back for a week or more (usually more). I did change a few things, like plant choices and the river rap but both were minimal changes but took Jeff about 2 weeks to actually change it. The change took the guys maybe 20 mins.... But yet it was my fault there was the delay. We asked for the job to be completed by April 1st, we had family coming into town, they said it would be. We had our plants in and 1/3 rock, no lightening, no extended walkway and it sat like that for 2 weeks and that's when I emailed Jeff to finish or give us the remainder of our money back. They were there that week and finished. It's been a month since they have been done and we have one light that is the wrong color, we are still waiting on them to change it. My front yard does look beautiful and overall they did a wonderful job, it was just a headache to get them to work and to finish. If you're a more patient person than I am, then I do recommend this company.

This included grading out the areas that had been accessed when the pool was built. Our rock areas were refreshed and some irrigation supplies fixed. The Team was punctual, accessible and very dedicated in their work. As we were very pleased we then had Jurassic undertake regrading our front yard including removal of a tree and existing plants. Once the front was graded we had a new block paving path. borders, rock, irrigation and lighting installed along with 2 areas of artificial grass. Once again Jose worked throughout the project with us and the end result could not have been achieved without co-operation. Thank You Jose and your Team.
