Hired to install irrigation system and plant some trees. They planted the trees in the wrong spot…read moreand the irrigation system was leaking immediately after install. We asked them to correct this, they were very irritated and confrontational but replanted the trees and claimed to have fixed the irrigation. We continued to notice leaks and wet ground, we reached back out and got no response. After having 3 more landscapers come give bids, all 3 stated the irrigation system was installed incorrectly, we payed another service over $500 to fix it, upon them digging it up they noticed the joints were not sealed AT ALL. Basically, Chris dug the trench by hand and only about 2 inches underground and then didn't seal the joints, he also didn't burm the trees so one almost died. Very expensive mistake of hiring them to do our yard. Looking into a complaint now with ROC.

He does what he feels like rather than what we as the homeowners need, and the product is very poor. He has cost us a lot of money with plants and trees lost and needing replacement due to his carelessness, and he has on more than one occasion damaged our property. He doesn't notice problems, doesn't get on top of things soon enough, ignores items that obviously need attention, and doesn't listen. Perhaps he's capable of very simple projects, but anything requiring even the least bit of sophistication appears to be beyond his capabilities. He promises a lot but doesn't deliver. We deeply regret hiring him, and can't possibly recommend him.
