Pieces were overlapping, with huge gaps everywhere. I ended up spending hours outside with scissors trimming overlapping edges and filling in the bare spots myself. Now I have to water more often than I should need to and even then it struggles. The lawn is so uneven that some areas pool with water while others dry out. When I voiced concerns about the lumpy install, James brushed it off and said, "No one else has ever been concerned about the lawn being level." As if expecting level ground after spending thousands makes me high-maintenance. The sprinkler system was just as poorly done -- only a few pop-ups, most of which spray the house or the fence. None are flush with the ground, and coverage is totally inadequate. Bottom line: You could save a lot of money by hiring the neighbors kids and get the same quality and craftsmanship, maybe even better.

What he installed flooded the yard and he refuses to take any accountability. The yard is wet and muddy and hasn't dried in a week. The only water source before his installation is the water faucet attached to house. I've only used a water hose the entire time I've lived here. His entire installation is subpar and did nothing but ruin my peaceful place in the garden. Save your money and don't hire Macs Lawn Service. I guarantee you these pics are NOT his work.

Upon planting the plant he discovered why none of the plants that we've had on our drip lined have lasted. More cheap irrigation lines, that were not even hooked up. Sams prices are reasonable , he did all of the work while we were at work, he kept in constant communication by texting us pictures and asking for approval to make the necessary changes. We used this company 1 year ago and initially, we did like them, however their customer service is…read morequite terrible. We have had our turf for 13 months and there is a small part that has been melted, which is confusing because we were assured, by Luxe Lawns, that it could withstand the Arizona Heat and a large breed dog. The company has claimed that our warranty does not cover this type of damage. When a representative came out to look they said out upstairs window caused the turf to melt and they'd only replace it if we had all of our windows tinted by a specific company. When we asked why this wasn't mentioned originally as something that could happen, the representative looked at us like we should have known, but didn't act apologetic or even attempt to help solve the problem. Like how would we know the window could melt our turf? Shouldn't that be something they'd explain? We feel this company is not worth even 1 Star as they have not been helpful at all. We don't understand how something like this could occur as turf should last 15-20 years. knowing this, we don't think this company uses quality turf if it hasn't lasted more more than 13 months. We have reached out to the owner, Lisa, who stated that it would be a cost to replace that portion of the turf and they would not even consider replacing until we had all of our windows tinted. What? Extremely disappointed in this Company. We don't feel valued and regret using them. I would not recommend this company as their product clearly can't withstand the heat and they don't care to support their customers concerns.
