I have two dogs that constantly track in mud and dirt, so my floors had definitely seen better days. To make matters worse, when my tile was originally installed, grout had overflowed onto many of the tiles, leaving a dull haze that I thought would never come off. Jeff was able to remove it, and I was honestly shocked at the difference. My floors look brand new! Who would have thought I'd be this excited about clean floors? Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. If you're looking for someone who truly knows tile and grout cleaning, I highly recommend East Valley Floor Care. So I messaged Derrick; If you need me to call someone else for the work just let me know. I understand things come up unexpectedly, but ZERO communication at all I found to be very Unprofessional & Disrespectful. I specifically contacted Stain Eliminator based on their 5 Star rating. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.
