The corrals were built perched on the side of the mountain and completely un-level. Chris took one look at it and immediately designed it to have a level roof which now makes it look perfectly symmetrical. Due to the fact that I live on the side of a mountain, digging three-foot holes for the support poles in solid rock was also a significant obstacle to getting this project done, but where there is a will there is a way, he made it happen. Despite the fact that they were working in 110+ degrees, they showed up on time every morning and it only took them a few days to complete the whole thing. Chris even added an additional panel behind the dog houses to keep my large dog from jumping the fence. But my favorite part has to be the swing he installed inside so that the kids could play along with the dogs. Thank you CS Industrial for your talent AND professionalism. He refused to give us, or the ROC, the name of the design firm he supposedly subcontracted that to. He claimed the county was holding up the permit, but the county confirmed it was never submitted. We sued and won a judgment against him, but now need the sheriff to intervene in confiscating property. Don't fall prey to this crook and professional con man.

I hired Sunset Masonry for a masonry project that involved coordination between three neighboring…read moreproperties. While the masonry work was completed, communication and project management were significant issues. On multiple occasions, the project manager initiated phone calls by immediately yelling. These calls included repeated references to cost concerns on other parts of the project which were unrelated to my scope of work. My portion of the project was limited to cutting an opening in an existing block wall and adding two columns for a gate I had already purchased. When the gate installer (one they frequently recommend) came to install the gate, he notified me that the hole was too large for my gate and there would be a noticeable gap. When I contacted the project manager to flag the issue, the response was another phone call in which I was yelled at. While the final result is functional and the gap issue was eventually resolved by adding a piece of metal, due to the communication style, lack of professional conduct, and quality control issues, I would not recommend this company, especially for larger projects or projects requiring coordination.
