Horrible customer service. We walked in yesterday, the store was dead and they refused to sell us new phones and thought it was funny, claiming they're appointment only and can't work with only 2 employees that they needed a minimum of 3. They didn't even let me get 2 steps into the store. I walked in to the the Anaheim store today, they only had 2 employees. on Euclid st, were they happily sold me 3 iPhones and 2 apple watches with the most upmost respect. F this place I'm never returning and rumor has it they're going out of business soon anyways. read more

Like most people, I'm generally quite weary heading into a phone store. My husband and I needed new phones, and we made sure to do some research before heading in today. Maite helped us out, and man - she is stellar. We weren't sure which model we wanted, but she was super helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent with everything she was doing and why. Despite technical difficulties (that were no fault of hers), she was very considerate with our time and made what is normally a pretty painful experience very pleasant. We're quite happy with our new devices, and very confident that if we run into any issues she will help us out. I never thought I'd be leaving 5 stars for a Verizon store - but here we are! read more

I went in with my mom today and she wasn't looking forward to the trip because we always have a bad experience at every other Verizon but today we decided to visit this newer one we hadn't been to yet. We barely waited 5 minutes and then Ricardo helped us get a new phone and helped us transfer our information in less than an hour. I've never been to a better Verizon. So happy with our service today, I highly recommend this location! read more

The customer service person in store his name is Victor, he was very rude to me and refused to give me an order that I purchased on the phone even though my order was approved and I had the confirmation number, until the manage of the store got involved and gave me the order, horrible customer service and rude staff.. read more

The manager was completely rude upon arrival. There was 2 people in the store and no one was being helped. The other worker was on the phone. And the manager was browsing his computer. Each customer that walked in was put on a waiting list and the workers weren't even helping the customers in the store. Don't waist your time coming to this location. read more

I visited today because I needed to make a payment and in addition, wanted to buy a fast charging cable for my mobile device. Let me say that upon entering, the store felt uncomfortable and the ambience extremely dull. All the employees were laying on the counters on their phones. Not one "Hi, welcome to Verizon!". No one smiled nor made my visit inviting in any way. Better yet, it seemed like I was bothering them by entering store. I approached a gentleman who inquired on what I needed. ( I never got his name as he had no nametag and he never intented to personalize our interaction). I advised I needed to make a payment and purchase a charging cable. He asked what kind of phone I had and I advised him that I had an older Samsung Android. He said he thought they didnt have any. I asked if he could look and he said yes. He went to the back of store and came back with the full charger with adapter and advised me that's all they had. I advised him that I wasnt looking for charger with adapter. He said they didnt carry just the cable. I expressed to him the La Habra location has it and they come in a little plastic case. He advised me then to go there. At this point I was trying hard not to lose my patience. I then tried to make payment but he said i needed a pin. I advised i didnt have a pin and he said i needed one even if it was just to make a payment. I asked him if I used the machine if I needed a pin too and he said he didnt know. At this point I was beyond irritated. I again looked around and everyone remained laying on counters playing with their device in the exception of a gentleman in a black shirt that had "Military Veteran" on the back. I then decided to leave as it was clear the gentleman assisting me had no desire to help me. No one in store showed any sense of urgency, no one asked me open ended questions to try and find a solution for me. No one made my experience memorable in any way. I could have perhaps wanted to upgrade to a better phone, add a line of service or anything of that nature but no one seemed to care. Extremely dissapointed with atrocious service. The manager at this location really needs to step it up and add some life to the store, train his/her employees and reevaluate with everyone what customer service is. Avoid this place. read more

I went in to return a defective product and was told a 30 minute wait to do a thhree minute transaction maybe they should hire more or competent people. It almost seems they make returns impossible so they don't have to pay the money back. The woman working there was rude telling me take it to Cerritos. read more

I purchased an iPhone for my mom for her bday and she wanted another color (which the associate at the Tustin store m- who was AWESOME (Diego)- let me know I could exchange it at any store as long I didn't open the packaging). I came to this store and was greeted by someone at registration. When I was finally with a sales associate, he didn't greet me or try to find out why I was there. He right away let me know that I would have to pay a restocking fee to exchange the color of the phone and gave me attitude (It was 30 mins before closing so he was probably irritated from the day). I asked to speak to a manager so he went to get that person and after about 15-20 mins, he comes back and asks me what phone it was that I needed to exchange. He finally exchanged the phone and let me know that they waved the restocking fee. I normally would have been more than understanding but his attitude was so bad that I had to write this review (which I never do). Never coming to this store again. read more

Just wasted 2 hours here. Got me all excited on a buy one get promotion for the iPhone 11, phones paid for, picking out accessories, etc. only to have the employee walk out from the back to tell me "So sorry bro, I haven't been here for a few days and the promotions over." Seriously!? The phones were bagged. Paid for. Ready to go. How in the hell do you not know your own promotion is over. Meanwhile the manager seems more interested in trying to watch a basketball game on tv than coming to help rectify his employee's massive blunder. Just another day with Verizon I guess :) read more

Went in there during a weekday around 6 pm to start new service. I was bringing in 4 lines from T-mobile. When I walked in everyone was busy and there was no one to greet us. We waited 20 minutes before someone acknowledged our presence and finally got us on a waiting list. After a total of 50 minutes waiting Edwin Kim (Solution Specialist) finally came over to help us. He was a nice guy but not very knowledgeable. He messed up on importing one of the lines so ended up having to import the incorrect number and change it after, which I got a $15 dollar charge for later in my phone bill. This was his managers idea by the way to change the number. So that was that, then he inquired about my line and said since I am the account holder that I would have to start my service there but I was hesitant because I wanted to take advantage of the Bring your own device and phone number and get a $250 rebate card but it had to be done online. He said I had to add it there since I was the account holder and that I could simply call later so they could adjust it. Well its been 2 months I called Verizon and they are not approving the rebate since it was not done online. Thank you for that, I've lost my trust in Verizon's sales team. Just wanted to share my experience at this store. You're probably better off dong everything online. read more

Awesome Customer Service 9/10 times! I've Been a Verizon customer for a little over a year now and I have only ever gone to this store for any questions or concerns. This last time I was there I was adding my sister to my family plan and switching her over from AT&T. We knew what we wanted: a new line with the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. It was a very busy night just before closing so we did have to wait about an hour to be helped. But once Eric called us up it was easy as can be! Eric showed us the phone and even helped us with the trade in and transferring her old number to her new phone! I'm never really disappointed when I go to this store and I'd say all employees are very professional. If you're thinking about joining Verizon go check it out yourself. Came in today to get an upgrade to the iPhoneXR. I was helped by Brian and he help me transfer all my information from my iCloud to my new phone. He was very helpful and very informative on the new workings of the phone. He was very informative on the new functions like the face recognition to unlock the phone. He was very patient because I'm not the best with phones but he helped out very very much I greatly appreciate his help. I would recommend going to this Verizon store and ask for Brian he help me out and made sure that everything that I asked I he answered if I was still confused he still explained it until I understood completely. What a great experience dealing with Eric O. I upgraded my very old phone and bought an Apple Watch. I was so hesitant to go alone, but my son couldn't go with me. I'm a Senior with not too much tech savvy, and I read so much negative comments about Verizon, but once I met Eric he made me feel secure, answered all my questions with patience and totally understood that I didn't need to spend money on things I didn't need. We selected what was best for me, and the pricing fit my budget, Eric kept all this in mind, never once did he try to sell me more than what I needed; his explanations were superb and easy to understand. Verizon, you employe a very nice young man who knows his audience, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Went into my neighborhood Verizon store to up grade my iphone 6s for a larger screen, as a wounded Vietnam Veteran I have fragments that are affecting my eye sight I tried to upgrade to a larger screen but when I arrived this morning they treated me like a second citizen the young customer agent did little to help me and even when he spoke to the manager to assist me I overhead him state that there was nothing can do for me because I had a balance of 93.00$. I was so upset to the point that I hadto go with another carrier ,I guess they never heard of the wounded soldier project. read more

I went here because my phone (Droid Turbo) is overheating by constantly searching for a cell signal. They didn't have any idea how to fix it. The salesperson said she set it back to factory settings, bug it was exactly the same as when I gave it to her. Even the apps we're in the same place! They suggested that I contact the manufacturer, Motorola. I did, and they said to turn off the wifi. Uh, no. So I went back the next day to buy a new phone. The salesperson told me that there was an Android for beginners and one for advanced users. I tried to get them to tell me what that meant, but they just directed me to the phone specifications. Like a normal person knows what any of that means?! So I chose one, but get a bad feeling. I go home while it's transferring my apps and stuff, and change my mind. I go back, and they charged me a $35 restocking fee even though I never took the phone out of the store! It hadn't even finished getting my stuff. Then I tried to figure out what "beginner user" of a smartphone was, but they couldn't tell me again. They never really asked what I used it for! I probably won't stay with Verizon once my contract is up. The salespeople aren't knowledgeable enough, and they don't have techs on-site any more. read more

Went in today and Maite (sorry if I butchered her name) helped me with exactly what I needed. My phones battery has been giving me issues and I'm a broke college student so a brand new iPhone 8 was not going to happen. Maite helped ordered me a new phone and told me step by step with what I needed to do to backup all my information. She was so helpful and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge with technology. read more

Terrible customer service. I came I. To use their automated machine to pay my bill but the dollar bills have to be pretty much perfect to pay. I payed almost of my bill but wouldn't take the remaining 30 dollars. That was NOT the issue. I asked the lady if she can simply switch out my 20 and 10 dollar bills for newer ones so I wouldn't have to wait just to pay 30$ more. She was on the computer and not helping any customers so she said she "was little tied up at the moment, but you can keep trying the machine". She told me as if I was bothering her and as if I was being impatient (which I was little but I was I was still polite no doubt). She get done with what she was doing on the computer and fails to even acknowledge me after that. Maybe I could just pay over the phone or online but the issue was being treated as if I'm pestering someone when the THEIR job is to be courteous and have great customer service. read more

Poor customer service. I entered the store about 15 minutes before closing. I first saw a security guard and said and waved hello. He didn't acknowledge me, not even a smile. I approached two employees who turned their faces toward me but not their bodies. They looked at me but said nothing, one sitting in a chair and the other leaning against a counter. I said hello, they said nothing. I proceeded to tell them why I'd come in, a problem with my AirPods connecting. They spoke to each other instead of me. I spoke again, saying I had purchased them a little more than a month ago. Then the woman said "it's a bug". I said "Oh, a bug with the air pods or with the pho .." and she cut me off, saying "it's a bug. Look, I have them too,"pointing at her ear, "you'll get an update someday or something". I said, "Oh, ummm ... thanks". They both turned away from me and went back to their conversation and I saw myself out. I left Verizon years ago because of poor customer service. I'm ready to leave again. Verizon already costs more than everyone else. You should at least have decent customer service, and treat people decently. read more
