One employee is good here, she is Ruby. The other two employees that my wife and I had the misfortune to engage with are terrible--one is the sales representative, Luis and the other one is the store manager, Ivan. First, Luis promised a great plan that later turned out not to be applicable to us. He promised a lot but did not deliver. He never checked the details. Then, there were issues with sending out our tablets. Ultimately, the store manager cancelled the wrong agreement and we received a bill for the tablet we no longer had because we had to return it. What made matters worst was that the store manager, Ivan was angry with us for calling and complaining to the 1800 number. Multiple calls later and long visits to the Fullerton store, we are still dealing with this issue. My advice, avoid this store at all cost. If you absolutely have to come to this store avoid Ivan and Luis. read more

POS Verizon store, said a Customer as they were leaving. I walked up to an Associate named Will, advised I came to pick up an order. Took my full name then he went to the back to grab it. He came out and advised there was a promo that I can purchase a case, screen protector and wireless charger for $99. I asked if can use it on other items like a speaker, Fitbit etc. He said only phone case, protector and wireless charger. I replied that I got a case and screen protector so I'm okay. He then handed me the bag with my phone and said here you go.... not evening asking if I had any questions or other interest. He slowly drifted away but I was asking more questions about my upgrade and barely gave me a full answer and continued to drift away as I was clearly still trying to ask him more questions. To sum it all up, he gave an attitude like he wanted nothing to do with me. I don't know how Verizon Corporate locations or general phone stores work. But he probably wasn't getting commission for making a sale to me. If that isn't the case, then that's even poorer Customer Service on his end. Glad this isn't a regular Verizon store I go to for any inquiries. I give 2 stars only because it was a quick in and out service. read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a wireless store. I was transferring to Verizon from ATT and was charged a $40 upgrade fee (on a brand new line with nothing to upgrade) which the employee said was an 'activation fee'. Low and behold when my first bill came in there was another $40 charge for activation. I went to the store and called to get this resolved, but no one at the store even cared to help. "You'll get a text message" "You'll see the credit after your first bill" all were lies and nothing happened. Do yourself a favor and don't go here, but if you do double check what they're charging you for. These guys are dishonest and will rip you off any chance they get. read more

I walked in this location to pay my very last bill. I explained to Eric that I'm with Spectrum now. I made it very clear that this would be my last payment for everything. He was super cool about it. And I said, "I just want you to understand I'm done I'm every way with Verizon, because I'm Spectrum now." He said he understand. That was my good byes with Verizon. They did me well for the years of service. Come to find out Eric did not I form me I have to cancel by calling customer service. So my bill has been adding up since July-August. I still owe and apparently collections has been calling my moms house trying to get a hold of me. Thanks Eric!! I did finally go into a Verizon to figure out what's going on. This agent told me it happens all the time. They can't do anything in store. All Eric has to do was say, "By the way, call this number to completely cancel your plan." I'm really disappointed. He has ALWAYS been efficient, respectful, and upfront about everything . He explains everything as it is and makes purchasing a new device some much easier . My wife and I wanted to remove my 18-year-old daughters line off of our account and set her up with a new line of her own under her name to help her start to build Credit and teacher responsibility. We paid off the existing balance for my daughters iPhone so they can begin to start a new account under her name. The store representative, then set us up with another female representative by the name of Dan over the phone. Dan, While collecting my daughters information first and last name, address, etc., misspelled my daughters first name. Once after Dan collected the information she submitted it to the financial department and due to Dan misspelling my daughter's name, my daughter's account got red flagged for a potential fraud. At that point, Verizon had suspended my daughter's account mind you we had just paid off her phone in full for the purpose of transferring it under her own name. Upon contacting the fraud department through the 611 line they informed us that due to the misspelling of the name the Social Security number does not match and that is considered a potential fraud transaction. At that point, I simply explained to the fraud representative that was one of their employees that misspelled my daughter's name. The representatives that were at the Verizon location also attempted to explain to the fraud department that we did nothing wrong and Dan was the one who misspelled the name. Once we explained to the fraud department that we did nothing wrong they told us that unfortunately due to the name not matching the Social Security number that was submitted, that there was nothing they can do on their end due to her name being red flagged. The gentleman then offered us a prepaid plan for my daughter due to her name being red flagged. The fraud department was very rude and not helpful at all. Me and my family have since closed all of our accounts through Verizon and we transferred over to T-Mobile. T-Mobile was able to help my daughter get a cell phone and an iPad under her own name and create her own account and our monthly bill was exactly $225 less than what Verizon was charging us. If your bill is a little high, I suggest you definitely go visit your nearest T-Mobile location because they are exceptionally helpful and they will get you a better deal. Thank you for making this mistake. I would like to add that the representatives at the Verizon location in Anaheim shopping plaza were extremely helpful and friendly, but the representatives on that 611 line and the fraud department need to take classes in customer service. read more

Unfortunately, the customer service has been really bad every time I have visited after the first time. A few months ago I went in to get a Pixel 2 XL and was told that it had the option to upgrade after a year (once 50% had been paid off), but that turned out to not be true. This mistake cost me several hundred dollars. Last week I went in to get an iPhone and the girl helping me would constantly interrupt me when I was asking questions, and never give me an answer. She then gave me my phone back that I was trading in, along with a box and a label so I could send it back after backing everything up. Ok, that is a nice thought, but I already had everything backed up and I didn't ask for this. No big deal. However, she told me, very clearly that I had 30 days to send the phone back. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I had 15 days to send it back or else I'd be charged the trade in amount. Luckily, I had already sent it back, but this could have been very costly for me. That is twice in a row that they have made big mistakes. I will be going to a different store from now on. read more

I went in to get a sim card replacement due to losing a phone. I already had a new phone just needed a sim card. The guy that was helping me just said let me check if i have any 4g sim cards. It was going to go into a galaxy s10+. He came back and said he was out, so I said wouldn't the 5g sim cards still work. And the only response I got was no, and they may get more tomorrow. So I left and then checked online and it says that the 5g card will work on a 4g phone it just will not connect to the 5g network. I confirmed with customer service online. the only response they gave me is that they will escalate the situation but have to go another day with no phone. read more

I went into the store a week ago and bought a phone. The lady who helped me was very helpful today. I went back to have my photos moved from my old phone to my new phone. The guy that helped me his name is Luiz. He deleted all the photos off of my new phone instead of my old phone. Then I asked him to put them back and he said he would do it for $29.29. What a rip off he was very rude. If you go to the store don't let him help you he'll delete all your photos and then try to charge you to get them back on your phone. read more

A guy walked up to ask what I was looking for and I explained that I was interested in upgrading my phone and looking for a good deal, then he checked me in to his tablet and told me someone would come help after. Then I went to check out the new phones out on display. There was only two other people in the whole store and at least five employees working. Not one employee came to help or ask. Obviously, none of the employee cared to help me as they were so busy chatting with each other. I was told by the Verizon rep that either I had to make an appointment for another day or go in another time since they closed in 20 minutes and my transaction was going to take a while. Verizon is not the cheapest carrier and I except the best service when needed. I find it extremely inconvenient that I can't walk in to a Verizon store and be helped because they the representative wants to be out on time.
