And then he changes his mind and wouldn't sell me the phone because I wouldn't buy an accessory. He stated that it was company policy. And when I asked him to show me the policy, he changed his story, to that he was the manager and it was his policy. And then he further changed his story to say that he had already sold the phone to someone else. I'm sure AT&T are not going to be happy when they hear about this. He is obviously very desperate.

Was not possible to speak to a representative in the U.S. The promised trade in credit has not materialized for 3 months, even after several frustrating calls to some overseas service center where they no nothing and barely speak English! The foreign representative must be working in a large open room where 100 other people are all speaking at the same time - very difficult to hear or understand what is being said between the broken English and background noise. While setting up my new phone, two employees, both young adult, were speaking a foreign language to each other, ignoring me, and acting as if they were doing their own thing rather than helping a customer. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. They were BOTH on Snapchat at one point while I waited for their service. Unacceptable. Because of their lack of communication, my phone was set up incorrectly and even shut off during this week. This was unacceptable and avoidable if they had shown basic courtesy and focus. The manager of this location needs to address this immediately. These employees clearly do not care about the customer experience or the way they represent AT&T as a company.
