    Currently sitting in the store for 35 minutes. 5 others waiting. I see 1 CSR working and she's been with same person the whole time.

    I am updating my prior four star review from seven years ago to a solid five stars…read more I had an appointment this morning for a new device setup and they took me fifteen minutes early! Adelese quickly checked me in and I only waited about five minutes. Andre came to assist me, and he put my screen protector on for me. I am just not good with these things. He processed my payment for my car charger, screen protector & a few other things I needed. He was awesome. Very helpful & more importantly, very nice to work with. Adelese was amazing as well. She transferred my contacts, pictures, etc & she answered all of my questions. By the time I left the store I felt like I made a new friend. Adelese was very good at explaining some of the phones features to me & she was knowledgeable about my new phone which was a huge relief to me. I am technically challenged so I can use all the help I can get. The store is clean, most of the employees were wearing a mask and they all worked together as a team. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service I received this morning. I went from using an ancient S7 to the new S22 & I love it. I have been putting off my upgrade for a few years because my S7 was and still is working beautifully. A little slow but I loved that phone. This is a corporate store so you will be in good hands. Appointments are not mandatory anymore but I highly recommend making one. It's just easier, in my opinion anyway. I noticed the reviews aren't very good but I have only had positive experiences here.     The service is straightforward. You ask for TV, pay and they come and hook it up. Works great,…read moreprices are reasonable. Watch over the installation, make sure they are not taking shortcuts and walaaaaaaa. TV is working perfectly. This is a third party contracted through Dish to sell on their behalf, they are a small family-run company. If you have an issue with the products they are selling, complain to HQ. Now their service is also straightforward, you go in you come out. They are not going to hold your hand through the process. The equipment sells itself if you want your handheld to go through a bigger distributor. If you inherited equipment from a previous tenant, landlords problem. If a car is left on a property you inherited, do you call the manufacture to come and clean it up or the person that sold it to the previous tenant. Anyways, great people great service.

    I had a terrible experience with Dish Network customer service, corporate and this local retailer…read more I personally never held an account with DISH but inherited a DISH satellite on the roof line of my home. I rent and the landlord has asked me to remove it, even though the previous tenant is responsible for service I presume. I contacted DISH and was told they could do nothing about it by every person, and phone number I called. It gets me thinking that if you actually have DISH service you can probably expect the same terrible service. The retailer was very uncooperative and wanted to charge me a fee of $29.99 for its removal. They said they could "care less" about getting their equipment back. Well I suppose they also could "care less" about their customers as well. The customer service line including the supervisor was also very rude and even made a sassy remark. Jessica said "your not a customer so I don't give a damn." Her name is Jessica code 34Y. I pity anybody who ends up speaking to her. Clearly Dish network needs to invest in some employee training programs for customer service if they want to continue profiting. As for me I will remove it and trash it maybe uploading a hysterical video destroying the thing to youtube if time permits. As awful as everyone says Comcast is, I have never had any issues and only polite generous customer service. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for". I have seen the advertisements and cheap satellite = crappy customer service.
