I wish there were a rating lower than one star for this computer repair place, because they truly deserve it. My experience with AUM was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, the staff seemed utterly clueless about anything related to computers. It was like they were hired off the street with zero training. When I tried to explain the issue I was having with my laptop, they just stared at me blankly as if I were speaking a foreign language. After finally managing to convey the problem, they quoted me a ridiculously high price for the repair. But, being desperate, I agreed to it anyway, hoping they could at least fix my laptop. To my dismay, when I returned to pick up my laptop, it was in even worse condition than before. Not only had they failed to fix the original issue, but they managed to create new problems. It was slow, glitchy, and practically unusable. When I confronted them about the shoddy workmanship, they were incredibly rude and unapologetic. They blamed me for the issues, claiming that I must have done something to cause them. Save yourself the headache and avoid AUM at all costs. They are incompetent, overpriced, and downright disrespectful. Take your computer elsewhere for repairs unless you want to deal with a nightmare like I did. I would recommend geek squad at best buy they are ten times better. read more

My old computer died and the new one needed to be set up and have the old data transferred. AUM accomplished the task quickly and perfectly and I am very satisfied. I am the poster child for a non-tech senior (or middling or junior!) computer user. So after 11 years with my trusted MacBook Pro...it died. I was terrified having to replace it. A friend recommended AUM as the best computer store anywhere! She was right. And more. When my old hard drive died, the easy transfer of data became a problem. To ME but not to AUM. They had given me a price to get my new computer up and running and help me to run along with it. I was so distressed every step of the way. They were incredibly skilled, efficient and responsive to my needs and anxieties! They remained calm, explained the challenges and the work they needed to do and answered all my questions so I could understand. AND they stayed with me even when the computer was home and their work plan was completed. Keyboard didn't work? Internet wouldn't connect? Printer didn't link? No problem. They took care of it all! Fast. No impatience, no eyes rolling:) Even did a remote session, by appt., ON TIME. And to make the total experience beyond expectations, they did not add any charges to my original cost quote! Who does that??? They do! Thanks to Keshor (sorry about the spelling!), Eli (ditto) and everyone that did such a great job! I will never use any one else! Oops, I think someone just rolled their eyes:) Hahaha. read more

I went to Aum Computers needing a rush job to get my mother's computer fixed. I was visiting and would be leaving the next day and had no time to wait. Murgi did a fantastic job and got it done same day so I didn't have to worry about changing my plans and staying an additional day. When I got the computer home and turned it on, I found it worked like a charm AND even though I told Murgi that I had a backup of all the data just made today, he not only went ahead and moved the data for me, but he also installed programs that I had previously installed on the computer. The price was extremely fair and reasonable. Thank you so much Murgi! I highly recommend your services to anyone needing computer work! read more

We called AUM because several neighbors recommended them. We requested service in our home to rid us of malware and ensure that our network was functioning and private. They gave us an appointment the next day and came on time. They searched our technology for viruses and malware and installed updated protection. Keshir,, the technician, worked efficiently and explained what he was doing and why. He was extremely professional. We highly recommend their services. read more

professional and patient when dealing with a less tech savvy person which was very appreciated as I was already under stress to get my glitch fixed. read more

Not at all pleased. Never once met a completion date they gave me, extremely poor communication on status of order. They recovered files, but then copied them in an unreadable format and I had to take the drive back to have them re-done. Obviously, they didn't even check the drive before they returned to me. Completely unacceptable for a hard disk recovery to take multiple months when all the work was in-house. read more

My computer just stopped working. Based on a friend's recommendation I brought the computer to AUM. As a side note I was used techs at a big box electronic store and would wait between one to three weeks to get my computer back. My only updates were electronic, and the phone service was almost nonexistent. Now we go to AUM. I dropped off my computer late on a Monday and within a week the computer was diagnosed and fixed and runs like new - with a three-year warranty. And the cost was more than fair and less than I thought it would be. How cool is that. The techs at AUM are courteous and professional. They explained everything with great patience and in everyday language. This is the computer repair place to go to. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Murji, Anjni and their team are the most reliable and skilled vendors I have encountered in Palm Beach County. Murji and his team's expertise has led to customization of our firm's network and also fixing pesky viruses on select computers. Anjni is one of the most reliable designers I have encountered in two decades of marketing, and always come through even under the tightest of deadlines. Recently, I needed help with the design of a commemorative 20 page booklet for an event celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Friends of Chamber Music of Miami, and everyone at the event was astonished at the quality of the booklet. Whether it is fixing computers, customizing networks, or any graphic design (printed or internet), I have been lucky to work with AUM Computers for the past 8 years. read more

Absolutely the best. Several weeks ago I had an issue--fixed within a day. Lately, my laptop would not connect to the printer. I assumed it was something simple--it was. But I got an immediate answer, unplug my wifi, and replug. They never make you feel stupid, very reasonable prices. read more

The tech arrived on time, went right to work, solved all my problems in less than an hour, and explained things in great detail. I will certainly continue to use them. read more

The folks at AUM were delightfull to work with as they are true professionals. I called an on line service prior to seeing AUM and they relayed that they may or may not be able to repair my laptop. These guys are awesome! My laptop quit functioning out of the blue (keyboard lights would come on and it would make purring sounds as if it was working, but the Caps lock and Home keys flashed and the screen remained black), so I brought it to AUM. They were able to identify the issue within minutes (the memory had short-circuited) and had it fixed and working again in about an hour. Murji was quick, polite and professional, and the price was very reasonable - couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend them. read more
