The timing of the app release was critical and Developer Jared Haggerty assured me that it would be done,and within budget. The app has not been completed and is 6 months behind schedule. Not only does he outsource the work but his development team doesn't have a clue. They made so many mistakes that they're on version #52! They started to charge me hourly for his incompetence. Charging me an additional $22,000 and even telling me that the website wasn't included in the App, charging me an additional $10,000. This company is a total RIPOFF.
