I have used Geeks Uneek four times already. They are very accommodating and always do a great job. This last time I dropped off my computer it just wasn't working right. I couldn't even get to my sign on. Found out I had lots of malware. Assif at Geeks Uneek took time to explain everything to me and also helped me to feel more secure about what I could do to keep these problems from happening. He also gave me fraud information about phone calls I was getting from "Apple" about getting hacked. It wasn't really Apple and I new asking Geeks Uneek would clear up the fact that the calls were from hackers themselves. always get a fast and problem free computer when I take it to them. The source for computer service and repairs. My 3-year-old laptop was an inert brick for no apparent reason. The big box store that apparently considers itself "Best" advised it would cost $85 for a Geek inspection, but that it wasn't worth it, and that I should buy a new device. An Independent store wanted $75 to look at it. A second independent said it wasn't worth them looking at, and offered to sell me one of their used notebooks. Geeks Uneek offered to inspect the unit at no cost. They did, and the problem was a defective charging cord, which they replaced and upgraded the antivirus. This will be my 2nd time using Geeks. First time was at the old location in West Palm Beach when I needed to add a program to my computer. This time I needed to add another program to a new computer. The staff at Geeks do not play around and give you a great price with a quick return of your computer. I waited a couple of hours and Mr. Smith(President/CEO) personally handed me my computer and suggest some upgrades as well. Very convenient, they came out to the car due to COVID and got my information. I dropped off a very old laptop with no charger that hasn't been working in over 10 years.
