So my son managed to step on his ipad during a road trip and not only crack the screen but bend the frame. I immediately called Apple and they quoted me 250 to fix the screen but the frame may remain bent. This business was recommended to me by a friend so I gave them a try. I normally don't care for or trust the "ifix" type places from previous encounters. I entered the location, they were super nice and made me feel very comfortable and confident. They quoted me 109 plus tax. After making my son save money to fix it I took it to them. They advised it would be ready by the end of the day or the morning of the following day. It was ready the following day as promised. I picked it up and it looked brand new! They put a screen protector on it also. Even the bend in the frame was fixed (unknown if they tried to do that). I am more than satisfied and half the price of Apple. This will be my go to repair place for my items that no longer have Apple care. 10/10 recommendation! read more

Over the years I've gone to many different places whenever an iPhone screen got damaged or anything like that. This was BY FAR the BEST experience I've EVER had. Walked in a few weeks ago the day my screen broke to find out how much it would cost and the person there took one quick look at my phone and told me exactly how much and how long it would take. The price honestly shocked me with how affordable it was. Today I called before heading over still skeptical and wanted to confirm the price and turnaround time as I had to leave work early to get there before they closed. Sure enough they reconfirmed what I was told in my last visit and headed over there. I was immediately seen and they got to work on my phone right away the moment I passed it over the counter before I even finish filling in my information in their sign up system. Once I finished I swear I had not sat down for more than 6 minutes and my phone was DONE. I really couldn't believe it. I paid what I was told, no extra fees no different charges, it was exactly as quoted and I was in and out of the store with less than what felt like 10 minutes with a new screen on my phone as well as a screen protector. This place is amazing. My phone is like an extension of my arm, so when my Google Nexus 5 got wet with salt water and stopped turning on (on a weekend when nothing was open no less) I was a little upset. I was pretty sure it was dead, but brought it in just in case to see if there was anything that could be done. Turned out I was right, Dale gave me a call and let me know that it was nearly completely fried. I resigned myself to having them fix an older phone of mine for the time being. However, when I brought in my old phone to have it's screen repaired the next day, Dale surprised me with a functioning Nexus 5! Turned out that he had continued working on it and had managed to transplant the motherboard (i.e. brain) of my phone into a new Nexus 5 body which I had been lucky enough for him to have on hand. He worked with me to make sure that all the components were hooked up correctly and that all the functions worked before I left the store. I couldn't have been happier. Hopefully I don't break any phones again in the near future, but if I do, I will certainly be coming back here. TL;DR Everyone I dealt with here was very personable and helpful and they managed to fix my un-salvageable Nexus 5. Highly recommend. read more

Took his time explaining to me that it wasn't feasible to repair an older computer with Windows 7. I explained to him at my age (77), I couldn't get used to using Windows 10. I couldn't believe it when he called me at 8:30, the next morning, telling me, my computer was repaired. I shattered my Iphone 7 screen and figured this was a cheaper option than going to an apple store. They replaced it super quick which was nice, however, it was a totally different screen, the saturation was completely different as if it belonged on a much older generation phone and I was told "well all screens are different" WRONG I was furious i wasted my time and had them refund me and put my old screen back on. Afterwards as I was walking out with my old phone in pocket, the worker told me "Don't tell apple you came here, play stupid" Unsure what that meant I now believe it is because they messed with my phone. I now experience it freezing and restarting on its own all the time as well as it dying at a high percentage. Very Upset. read more
