I had a great experience with them up until I received my laptop back with a scratch on the screen. I never had a scratch on the screen prior to dropping it off, but they insisted that it was already there. The language they used was "professional" but gaslighting. They made a very snarky comment, "we fixed the keyboard as a "courtesy", however it was not a courtesy, it was a service that I paid for- which was over priced by the way. I paid for the service anyways because money was not an issue to me as I prioritized convenience in proximity to my apartment home. Scott invited us to meet with him after a brief phone call explaining the issue with my father's Galaxy 4 phone. Working right in front of us, he spent about 30min patiently troubleshooting and using Google for some answers and successfully handed back to us a well-working phone. Dad was ecstatic! We were told a couple days ago by ATT and another fix-it shop we needed to either upgrade to a new phone or reset it. All lies! I am in a new line of work in which I need a Mac operating system to work on the road. I had a really nice iPad Pro that I wanted to trade in and see if I could upgrade. Now, you have to understand that you're not going to get a lot for used anything Apple. I understood this. Long story short, Gabe gave me an estimate for a trade in. They gave me $480 for my iPad Pro 12.9 and Apple Pencil. Now that's not near the $1200 I paid for it but I knew that and I am thankful I'm in a position to be able to do this. So, I was able to get a slightly used MacBook Pro 15" for $770. Pretty solid deal. It is used...but it's very nice and it'll get worn anyway. When updating MacOS to the newest software I did have an issue where it got stuck on me. I called the store, was there in 15 minutes.....and was out in 15 minutes. It was just a bad install and honestly....I probably messed something up since I'm trying to get used to the Apple software. Gabe and Brandon were super super helpful and I'd go there again and again. I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a basically new Mac or Apple product. They even threw in a free case! Brought my son's iPhone in for repair. Screen was fine but the pixels had been damaged after a drop. The employee explained that if the frame was bent, it wouldn't be as simple as a new screen but, that he thought it would be fine and assured me that he would call if it appeared to be problematic. He went on to explain that one phone was ahead of ours and that he expected it to be about 2-3 hours. I was called well ahead of that time frame and the phone was fixed perfectly. This is a great place if you are having issue with your apple equipment. My iPhone 6 head a black screen. Justin helped me as soon as I walked in. He listened to the efforts I had made to resolve (had gone on line and tried all the possible solutions). He didn't assume I was clueless and proceeded to spend 45 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Tried battery replacement twice, LCD screen twice, charger port. Although it can't be fixed' I would absolutely go back for any service or to buy an apple product. Because he didn't have a way to repair, I was not charged for the diagnostics. So nice!!!
