DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am currently out of an iPhone 6s (Order #PSGZSSUYY) because iFixYouri refuses to return my property or honor their own written terms. The Issue: My original invoice explicitly states: "Outbound Shipping: Ship my device back to me UPS Ground - FREE." Despite this, their support team tried to shake me down for an extra $10 shipping fee that contradicts our written agreement. The Ghosting: I have sent multiple follow-ups (Nov 29 and Dec 11) demanding my device back. They have completely stopped responding. It has been over a month of "radio silence" while they hold my device hostage. The Bottom Line: I have documented the entire email thread and the invoice. They have ignored every attempt at a professional resolution. At this point, they have effectively stolen my property by refusing to return it or communicate. I am currently filing a BBB complaint and exploring consumer protection options. Avoid this company-they do not respect their customers or the law. read more

They replaced my iPad glass with inferior product. They didn't clean the underside of the glass, so it is always dirty. They also damaged my iPad so that Touch ID no longer worked. I recently took my computer in to change the browser from Microsoft edge to Firefox. I found Michael very professional and friendly unfortunately the changes to the computer caused more problems and eventually the computer crashed. The computer crashed because I had both browser open and I had difficulty closing windows. I am a senior citizen and I had difficulty with one browser not alone two. In order to help me further I was advised to e-mail Robert I guess to further assist me with the computer, what an inconvenience I thought Michael worked on computers. My advise is don't let Michael work on your computer. My daughter who is not a computer expert had to work on my computer a full day to fix the damage he caused. read more

I was having lots of trouble with my iPhone XS Max charging any more. I tried to clean out the port and try new chargers with no luck. Finally felt it was time to bite the bullet and get a new charging port. Called several places, one no longer exists, the other was a mobile one that wanted $150, and finally found iFixYouri. Called and explained the problem, he assured me they had one in stock and can do it for $100. I was reluctant but needed to do it. Setup an appointment and my wife showed up cause I was working. She talked to Wesley and he did a quick check and realized it was just clogged with junk (I tried cleaning with a toothpick but I guess that wasn't enough). Wesley cleaned out the port and what do you know, it was good as new! He refused to charge my wife or take payment for his services so I promised I'd help him out however possible. They gained a forever customer with that feat of kindness and I won't hesitate to come here or recommend any other place. This company specializes in IPhones and their accessories, including repairs to some I saw were virtually obliterated. A week ago my old Samsung Rugby II phone would only work in the speaker mode. The technician who assisted me took the phone in the back and returned it to me within 10 minutes. Apparently all he had to do was reboot the program which had just been updated. With fantastic service like this, who needs to go to the big Apple store at the Mall. Received a very fair quote to replace a defective charger port on my iPhone. Upon inspection, they determined it needed to be cleaned and not replaced. They could have easily replaced the port and charged me, but instead did the right thing by cleaning it and wishing me a nice afternoon. Wow! Great ethics and work! Beware! Exceptionally poor service from this company. I sent an iPod Touch for battery replacement, with confirmed receipt at iFixYoui in FL on January 10. I began checking in via email after 2 weeks but never received an answer. Called in on multiple occasions and received different made-up status updates on the device with staff there clearly lying to me about what was going on. By March, I was not receiving responses at all by email or phone. I had to file a complaint with the SE Florida Better Business Bureau to get a response. Unit was received back on May 29, nearly 6 months after sending it to them. I suspect I would never have received it back without persistently chasing the company and filing with BBB. I went in to get my back glass repaired and they did a HORRIBLE JOB. Not only did they not have rose gold glass, they scraped the sides of my phone where the back glass meets and it looks SO TACKY. Very unprofessional, 160$ for my phone to look like a knock off apple phone, no stickers on the glass either! SO DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! This store has horrible customer service!! They told me my phone would be ready at 5 pm on a Wednesday and when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked and the employees were hiding inside trying not be seen even though their store does not close until 6! After persistent knocking someone finally came to help, but to tell me that the "system was down" and I couldn't receive my phone until the following morning at 9 am. When I showed up the next morning to get the phone, it still wasn't ready. This was far more headache than it was even worth! They "fixed" my camera, but didn't clean the lens before attaching a new cover and left black spots all over my camera lens. After all of that they couldn't even fix it right. They are incredibly unprofessional and lack the customer service skills needed to do this job. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

A simple phone call would have been acceptable to tell me when the repair was complete but that is even too much for them to handle.
