When I went back today, the ride salesman told me that now my battery and front glass are both bad and needing to be replaced. When I got upset he told me he could call the cops and they can settle it. I didn't have any issues prior to the replacement of the back glass. The salesman wanted to charge me 70 (a discount) for the back glass and 95 for a new battery. When I asked him to just put my phone back together he got upset and threatened to call the cops. Then he told me to call the corporate number which was his number. When I called the owner to explain the situation, the phone went silent and he won't answer the phone again. Do not go!

Oscar is rude, unprofessional, and even admitted that putting screens on is basically "Russian roulette" because he doesn't know if the screens are good or bad. Are you kidding me? I brought my phone in to replace a cracked screen with a black line--no lag issues at all. After his "repair," the camera stopped working (it was perfectly fine before) and the phone began freezing, which were brand-new problems caused by HIM. I had to return twice. He admitted messing with the camera but brushed it off like it didn't matter. Huge warning sign. I was charged $170 for a cheap, off-brand screen that obviously didn't fit my iPhone 16 Pro Max properly. He never warned me it might not work right. The black line returned just from being in my backpack, and instead of taking responsibility, he tried to blame me. The screen protector was intact, no dents, no cracks -- clearly the screen itself was defective. The receipt claims "FREE EXCHANGE" if the part's bad -- that's a lie. Then it got worse. First he said he'd charge me $70 for a "better" screen. Then it jumped to $120. Then $180. All because I was "upset," which he flat out admitted (and who wouldn't be?!). At one point, he even said $400 total, which is absurd -- I could've just gotten an actual Apple screen for that. In the end, I spent around $340 on a non-Apple, low-quality screen, because he kept changing the story. He's careless, disrespectful, and takes advantage of people to squeeze more money out of bad parts. He rushes the work, doesn't handle the phone carefully, and when problems happen, he gaslights you and tries to shift the blame! No legitimate business man operates this way. Do NOT go here unless you want to get scammed, lied to, and overcharged.

I originally came in just to get the back off because one of the screws were completely stripped beyond repair. I needed a new screen on the thing because the touchscreen was broken. I had the new screen and backplate for it and I asked since he had the back off would he mind putting the new screen on as well. He took it on and got it done and everything works just as it did! True lifesavers honestly! I also got a screen protector from them and they were quick with putting it on! 10/10 would recommend I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. The guy at the store said it was a great deal and almost started to argue about it (lost a star), but in the end phone screen fixed and spent little. Great job A1 and Groupon!
