One time I went and got a screen replaced from somewhere else and they put a bs Chinese screen on it. Entire family and our company has used this guy for the last 5 years since living in Boynton. collectively we have had probably 20 screens fixed and half a dozen batteries changed. took my phone in to get the battery replaced and after picking it up realized no sound was working. Earlier that day the sound was working fine and had nothing to do with the issue I originally had. Brought the phone back to this shop and was basically told it was some wild coincidence that the sound just quit working the same day they replaced the battery and that there was no possible way this could have happened when they changed the battery. shop owner was not willing to do anything to do anything to fix the phone or make the situation right. I was charged $80 for a battery and received back a phone that I cannot even use to make phone calls anymore. read more

I walked into this business to get my iPhone X screen fixed. The glass had cracked to where there touch sensor wasn't functioning any more. I was told that the other side was also cracked (didn't realize with the case on), and it would be $400 to fix both and there was no guarantee that it would work properly after. I asked what other options there were as I really didn't want to spend $400 to fix my phone, especially without knowing if it would work properly after (I'm not a upgrade every year type of consumer) He said he had several refurbished phones that I could purchase from there. I asked what he would purchase my X for (Sell and Buy sign in window) he offered $150. I asked how much the refurbished iPhone 8 displayed would cost, he said $300. So I took the deal to save the $250 and have a working phone immediately. And holy cow what a mistake! The phone never worked right, from the beginning. GPS literally could not ever figure out where I was. Calls only came in half the time. I tried everything. I updated the phone. Restarted. Tried GPS apps. I had switched carriers and assumed the signal was to do with that. I Called the store and explained the phone wasn't working right. He suggested I try all the things I had already done. He asked what carrier I had, and said it was most likely that. I explained that I agreed maybe the call/signal problems could be that since I've always had trouble in my house with signal...but the gps I had never had an issue with. He said that he'd "swap it out with another", but he "didn't have any 8's in store" and "he'd call when he got one". Needless to say, no call. I called back every week to every other week and he always said he didn't have any 8's, or that he had just sold the one or two he had. Eventually I gave up with the charade and decided to switch carriers and upgrade. I then switched the sim on that phone to give to my 8 year old son as a nice beginners phone since he wouldn't need gps anyway. A month after receiving it, he cracked the screen. Naturally, I called another repair service since this one had been lacking with the issues I had. The new service was not only mobile and came to my home to fix it, but it was more reasonably priced at $75 to replace the screen. The guy opened the phone and immediately looked confused. He said "you know there's components missing from here right?" I asked what he meant since obviously I have no idea what the inside of an iPhone is supposed to look like-- he explained it was missing back plate cover for screen and Lcd cover for flex cables and lots of screws throughout the device some by charge port , cameras and WiFi/Bluetooth antenna. Which explained everything!!!! I thanked him for the info and here I am leaving a review because I am livid that such a scam artist is in business still. Not only did he suggest that my X could potentially not work and I'd be out $400 for an ineffective repair. But he scammed me out of a nice phone for less than a quarter of its value (at the time) even broken, and sold me his refurbished garbage and then acted as though it was the carrier and not his shoddy "refurbishment". And then said he would trade it out when he received another, left ME to follow up with him every week for months and insisted he had either just sold the few he had or that he didn't have any in store. Consumer beware!!! This "repair" business will take advantage and lie at the first and every opportunity. Walked into this store after being told at AT&T that they could not fix my Apple Watch and yet they are my carriers. I was lucky!! A wonderful associate-Denton helped me. He didn't give up since it was difficult because having the screen cracked created obstacles on deleting all the info on the watch. Pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! Just walking into this store gives the sense that no one really cares. The one employee on duty is always tucked away in the back and out of sight. If you're lucky, he'll poke his head out and grunt at you or just yell from the back room to "Wait a minute". Two different people serviced me, eventually. One when I dropped off my phone and a different one when I went in to pick it up (and it wasn't ready when promised so I had to make a second trip). Each of these guys behaved the same way. Barely acknowledging my presence, neither look you in the eye and they both mumble and grunt rather than speaking directly to you. I will never go back to this store. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star instead of 1 is because they did replace my cracked screen. Any other reputable phone repair store can do this and I'll be seeking out one that appreciates my business. read more

I brought my iphone in for screen replacement. The NICEST guy Juan was very helpful and friendly. I read a past review about bad customer service; perhaps new people work there now. Yes, they might be in the back when you walk in, but it's because they are dilligently working on the phones! But someone comes to the front counter right away and both guys who work there are so pleasant and really aimed to please. The store is clean and modern, it's in a convenient location with great parking, and I found the whole experience to be very satisfying. And they fixed my phone, so there's that! read more

Terrible, they said two hours. Came back a little after two hours and still had to wait 35 minutes, I'd like to mention there was not one person in the store when dropping off or picking up.
