This is a bit dated. I have to service my iPhone before an overseas trip; battery needed to be replaced. They were great with the pricing and the wait time was minimal. While they were working on my iPhone, we went to get a haircut. After I finished my haircut and returned, the phone was ready. Nice experience read more

To start with..... What a breath of fresh air!! I went here thinking that I needed a new screen & battery. Gerry, easily could have totally sold me on these items. He looked over my phone & 1st thing he said was "I can't take your money..... there is ZERO wrong with your phone" & proceeds to tell me that I have too many videos & photos saved using up my memory!!!! WOW WHAT A GREAT GUY!!! No 1 (here in SoFlo) has ever been so honest!! I highly recommend this small cellular store for ALL of your cell phone needs!!! Thank you Gerry YOU ARE OUTSTANDING!!! read more

Thought I needed screen replaced on my iPhone - all I needed was the screen protector replaced. Extremely honest and professional. Would strongly recommend. read more

I called this place a long time ago, and I was impressed as to how helpful the person was. When I was back in town, I brought an old iPad with a broken screen. I should have brought the iPad here when there was just a slight amount of damage to the screen, because now it was beyond repair. The person was very honest in saying that he could replace the screen, but since the screen would be unable to lay flat onto the iPad it would just crack again. He had numerous refurbished iPads for sale at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place. He could have easily just changed the screen, but instead he was honest in letting us know that it would just crack again. I highly commend his honesty. read more

Super service...fixed the phone in short order! They teplaced the phone ear speaker so my 97 year old father can keep the phone hw is used to...thank you! read more

I highly recommend MobileSource. I brought in two iPhones for repair. One cracked lens and the other cracked back glass. Gerry was honest, trustworthy and very experienced. I was able to trade in both phones at the Apple Store with no issue- that's how good the repair was. Customer service was great, I was greeted twice by owner. I will be back again. They also sell refurbished phones and other electronics that seemed in pretty good condition if needed. read more

I came in here a few few weeks ago and recently as well the purchase a phone from Ed the owner I bought a Samsung Galaxy S 23FE perfect condition then I bought a perfect condition. Google pixel seven which was underpriced by a lot. I think I paid 203 for it. They're trending for 249 not only is this location, fair and easy negotiate with the employees The layout of the store is absolutely amazing. They have fair prices on everything and you know what it's even better than fair. They're much cheaper than going on the Internet buying something. I sold them my iPhone 14 Pro Max years ago when I was given $675 and it was damaged thank you add and thank you to your staff for everything you do for your customers they make it so you can buy a phone And not pay market value for it. Thank you again. read more

I can't say enough good about these guys. I spilled some coffee on my cell phone and it got inside causing problems (older Samsung). Anyway I brought it in with more hope than expectation but these guys have done repairs before when I shattered the screen. They cleaned the innards and brought the thing back to life. The cost was nominal and I paid it with pleasure. They sent me off with a cleaned up working old phone an admonishment to monitor the patient for a couple of days in case there was any other fallout. read more

Great fast service, friendly professional guys Definitely recommend for all your iPhone problems. read more

This is the place you MUST go if you have a problem with your phone. The owner, Ed, is professional and very friendly -- and runs a great business. Geremie ("Gerry") is amazing and can diagnose and fix just about anything. In the store they call him the "doctor." No fooling around, no sales pitch -- he just sits down and gets his tools out. After my phone was broken by a trainee in the Verizon store (yes, seriously) - Gerry quickly figured out that the phone had been twisted -- and a connection had broken. He replaced the part and charged me just for the tiny part and minimal work time -- no "minimum" hours fee. I learned while I was there that they sell used phones for great prices. If you need a phone fixed - or need a good price on a used one -- this is your place!!!! read more

Ed and MobileSource are the best! We called to see if they had any unlocked iPhone 15s--my daughter's had been stolen the night before--and went there immediately to get last one. Ed hooked us up with a great price and a case, and provided instructions on how to set it up with our carrier. The transaction was quick and easy. We will definitely be going back. The pricing, customer service, selection, and the experience in general, are great! read more

Mobilesound is a great place to get any repair done, I needed a new battery for my phone and Jeremy was great. Fast and efficient at a fair price. i would definitely recommend them for any of your needs. read more

Found this place on Yelp and saw it had great reviews. I needed a new back glass for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and he quoted me a great price. Dropped it off and he said it would take 3 hours but it was ready in less time. He did a great job. I highly recommend. read more

I went to Mobile Source recently to get an estimate on having the shattered glass on my wife Diane's phone repaired. The technician, Gerry, said that it would be around $59.00. So, we said go ahead and do it, because every other shop including the Apple Store were much higher. Gerry said it would take about an hour and a half. We returned two hours later. The job was done perfectly, quickly, reasonably, and efficiently. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. Mobile Source gets my highest recommendation. read more

MobileSource - Mobile Phones Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

The screen on my iPhone no longer worked. Siri worked and notifications came through (flood warning/amber alert etc.) but I could not log in due to a black screen. Brought it to the Apple Store where they would charge 3 times more (I found out later) to fix the screen, and NOT guaranteeing the pictures would be saved. 'It's probably not worth it' the Apple Employee said. Brought it to MobileSource and before they repaired it, they contacted me that the screen shorted out due to water/moist. All that had to be done was to replace the screen, and the pictures? they are still there! Now the phone is like new. I had to wait 2 hours at the Apple Store to get in line, once in line waited another 30 minutes. I brought the phone in at MobileSource and within 30 minutes I was on my way with a fixed phone. read more

I was at my wit's end when I recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy cell phone. I could not send text pictures to certain if not all phone numbers. My frustration level was way over the limit! I tried Geek Squad, Straight Talk where I purchased the phone and finally I got lucky. I found MOBILE SOURCE! These guys are terrific. Not only did they get my phone going properly, they are the nicest people. I am 82 years old and have limited technological knowledge and don't like to get upgrades from something I am familiar with, but they were patient and worked on my phone until it was right!!! I highly recommend them for anything that has to do with phones and whatever else they sell. Their service is FANTASTIC. Walk don't run!!! read more

Found this store on Google when we realized our usual phone repair store had closed permanently. The staff was so kind and helpful!! We ended up getting an iPhone 11 for a great price plus had help transferring all the data over. Definitely recommend them, will be back for sure read more

I've used their services twice. They're a very professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly small business. They're fees for repair and product pricing is vey competitive. Extremely low pressure. Repeat customers came in to shop while I was there. Always a good indicator of a quality centric business. read more

I highly recommend using MobileSource for your iPhone repairs. The entire process was smooth and quick from the moment I requested a quote via yelp to getting my phone repaired. I'm slow when it comes to phone upgrades so I'm still rolling with an iPhone 6+ and had recently cracked my screen and the charging port appeared to be failing. I got my quote and then went in at a time that worked for me. The original date didn't work so as a token of appreciation for potentially inconveniencing me they dropped the quoted price a touch more. I dropped my phone off a little after 9 am and it was completed before 10:30 am at a price that was far superior than taking my phone to Apple. No pressure to upsell, no veiled threats that they might not be able to fix it "requiring" an upgrade; just simply fixed what needed to be fixed at a fair price. I was reluctant to try another independent repair shop due to a very poor experience with a shop in East Delray that ruined an iPad but I was tired of paying very high markups at Apple and being harassed about upgrading my phone. The overwhelming 5* reviews on yelp and the comments convinced me to try them. Their craftsmanship and value has me sold on using them again in the future. read more

If you are looking for outstanding service, we highly recommend MobileSource! Honest reliable, know a lot about types of phones. Replaced my screen for cheap but had to come back twice. It happens. But they were Accommodating and fix the problem by the way I wanted to buy a phone but told me that with the amount of each house be better off by directly from Apple getting a word rather than Buying a used phone. Who is that honest? These guys. read more

I had the rear glass repaired on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and they did an excellent job. They explained what they were going to do, said it would take a few hours and it was ready a little early. The worked looked good and the price was right. I would definitely use them again for repairs. read more

Gerry helped instantly and got to work. It took a minute to find them As they are in an industrial Park location. I do not normally write reviews but this business deserves it! I dropped my iPhone X in water and although the phone is supposed to be water resistant, water entered the camera. I immediately turned off the phone and took it to MobileSource as they have a TekDry machine that extracts 100% of the water within an hour. Water damage is no joke and I was worried that the phone still wouldn't work after being dried but Rosney Perez at MobileSource assured me they would not charge me for the service if the phone didn't work. While they were able to extract the water, unfortunately my phone wasn't fully functional and they were true their word and did not charge me a thing. They even recommended I visit Apple to see if they could help me and thankfully they were able to. Its rare to find such an honest business that does not try to gouge you. I will definitely use their services in the future. read more

I went to mobile source after a google search of used and refurbished phones in my area and I was glad to have found them. Now, I am a frugal guy; I first tried Craigslists and frankly, was just unomfortable with transacting my business with persons unknown, especially at the cost of modern smart-phones. Also to be mentioned the prices on Craigslist were rather high! When I checked the prices at Mobile Source I found them to be affordable and competitive. I decided to visit them and found the staff helpful and knowledgeable- that is the bottom line for me, value and service. Great job and 5 stars to a steller mobile tech. company. Also check them out for repairs! read more

In January, I apparently had the "black screen of death" on my Galaxy 4S (ironically and unfortunately I received after the death of my cousin). By the time I took it to the closest repair shop (ubreak...whatever they are called) my screen had mostly returned. They told me the problem and said it would be $155 and pay half now and get it back in a day or two. I wanted a second opinion and came to Mobile Source after driving through the maze of warehouses. The rep told me if he would take it in the back and put it on the machine. Alarm bells went off in my head...what are they going to do to it in the back? He came out a minute later and said it was the same problem as the other place told me. He also said that it was not the original part. He further said, it was working fine at that point and there was no sense in fixing it and I should wait and see if continues to work. Three months later, the phone works fine. Like an auto repair shop or a HVAC company, they can tell you anything and you really don't know. Duh, I was even banging on a table the night before reading suggestions online. How much more honest of a business can you ask for? I kept forgetting to write this, but since the phone won't charge in the car (online says you need a 2 amp charger), I remembered as I plan to check it out with these guys tomorrow. I wish they fixed cars too...at least I know I would not get ripped off. Please give them your business...don't let nice guys finish last. read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! Super honest folks! Thought my screen was cracked. Took it to MobileSource and they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back I was told it was my screen protector and not the screen! They could have easily fooled me because I wouldn't have known the difference. I would have blindly paid $65 for a screen repair. They gave me a Yelp discount and I only paid $10 to have the protector replaced. I'll be back for sure if anything comes up with my phone. read more

I've been going to Mobile Source for years. Whenever I need a phone reach out to Ed and he takes good care of me. Ed is always honest he'll tell you if you it's worth the fix or if you should get a new phone. They sell great used phones for below market price. The only caveat is it may be a little hard to find. But it's nothing that google maps can't solve... They also sell top of the line screen protectors and install them flawlessly. Very happy with this local shop. read more
