I am not a Russian bot or a paid shill. Just a VERY satisfied #MobileSource customer. I've gone to Ed and his team for our last five or so VERY gently used smartphones and tablets and have been extremely satisfied with the products, customer services, AND the fact that I'm not on a carrier contract paying the phone company a fortune for a smartphone (like buying a used car - let someone else eat that depreciation). I sing their praises every chance I get and return to their shop every time we need a used device that could easily pass as new. All Hail Mobile Source read more

I bought an offered product through e-sales( Rosney Perez) and had an issue with it. Issue was solved expeditiously and the product works fine. GREAT customer service. I'm in Idaho but those of you who are in driving distance are blessed to have such a professional resource close enough to visit. If you are a business or an individual you would do well to consider doing business with this outstanding company, no mater where you are located. Check out their web site and see what they offer. 5 stars for a reason! read more

Really good experience. The technician replaced my iPhone 5 battery on the spot--and I had not even asked for repair-while-wait. He also took the time to explain some nuances in Apple iPads and iPhones. I have had phones unlocked, refurbished, purchased and repaired in numerous countries. This was by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommend for repairs and for purchasing pre-owned phones and tablets from all the major manufacturers. read more

I came here to have my audio port replaced thinking(hoping) this was the issue with my cell phone being stuck in headset mode. Gerry was very helpful and knowledgable. He replaced the audio port to discover that was not the issue and that my old port was still good. He tried everything he knew and even looked things up and tried them to help my cell phone get out of this headset mode. In the end we could not fix it, we determined it must be something internal a bug of some kind affecting my audio. He spent well over a hour trying to resolve this, our only resort is a factory reset and this i was not prepared to do at the time. (Photos from vacations need to be uploaded of course ). I was completly ready to pay for his time and effort and the part he had to order for my phone and he said I owed him nothing. I was in complete amazment and very thankful, because not many bussiness would have done that. I will recommend Gerry to all my friends that need help with their cell phones and anyone else that may ask. Thanks again Gerry read more

Very friendly, fast super and convenient will definitely go back if ever needed a anything. Best price around to!

After getting the runaround from "you break we fix" I went online and found this place. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I dropped my son's IPhone off with a cracked screen and when I came back an hour and a half later it was fixed perfectly! Mr. Kissel and his staff were wonderful I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a cracked screen. I just wish I would've known about MobileSource when I fixed my own cracked screen, I could've gotten it done for half as much as they charged me at the Apple Store. read more

My new I-phone 6 decide to go for a swim in the toilet last month after business hours of course. I turned it off immediately but was panicked that I wouldn't get it back on. No insurance either. First thing in the am I went to MobileSource. They sold me a 911 emergency cell phone bag that the phone stayed in for twelve hours. Didn't even know they existed. It worked! Best money I have spent lately and it was only $15.99. Would of spent much more in my frantic state. Convinced it saved my very expensive phone. The were patient and kind while I was stressing out and thrilled when I went back to say it worked. They are friendly as well as effective too. My family will be using them for all our future electronic needs. Thank you Ed and Happy New Year to you and your whole staff. With much appreciation, Lysa Burke. read more

They old me a phone on Swappa.com that never worked and then did not stand behind their product. They clearly did not test this phone as when I received it the battery was already not working well - they did say they would swap that out for me, but then when I went to download and update for the phone, it completely crashed and won't even boot into the iOS - several techs are baffled as to why not - must be that the phone was stolen or somthing sketchy. Bottom line, they sold me a bunk phone that never worked - stay away from these guys. read more
