A scammer. Said he'd fix my camera, that he'd come to me, he postponed several times, was NOT in constant communication when he said he would be. He fINALLY came to me, took my phone for 40 min, brought it back and said he couldn't fix my camera. And he wouldn't send my money back. He owes me $100 and he blocked me. Disgusting horrible 0/5 do not go to this guy. Here's all the proof. AND HE BLOCKED ME DAKOTA SULT IS A FRAUD He makes you pay him upfront and then doesn't even do the fucking job OR SEND YOU THE MONEY BACK FYI the cursing he's referring to is me saying "this is f******* ridiculous" AND I had to crop his number out otherwise he reports it as "personal information" lol read more

I'm so happy with the service, the speed and most of all the honesty!! You guys did an amazing job. Thank you so much. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! My phone broke and the screen was cracked, so they came and picked up my phone, and since they don't have a store, they drove to you to fix phones it. For $360, they assured me they would fix it. Later on that day, they handed me back the phone. At first glance, the phone seemed to be functioning when they handed it to me, but shortly after, I discovered that the cellular data was not functioning. Before I gave them my phone, it was working. I have proof of that. They assured me that the phone would be fixed by tomorrow when I gave it to them again. He gave me nothing tomorrow. On the second day, I received a runaround saying that someone was coming from Texas to fix the phone. On the third day, I checked in with him via phone, but he stopped answering my calls, so I had to text him. He stated that his manager will take care of it. (But earlier he said he was the manager.) After a while, he stopped answering my text too. After I mentioned the police, surprisingly, he started responding to my text again. He replied with a text, saying he would fix the phone. Tomorrow. Still nothing. I texted him, asking him to please give my phone back to me. I am not interested in having it fixed anymore with you; I am going elsewhere. Finally My phone was returned; by this time, it had been a week since I had given it to him. As soon as I touched my phone, it went dark; nothing worked. It is pitch black. This was my encounter with his business. They didn't return my phone calls. They claimed that I had called 22 times, but who wouldn't? if you were not answering my calls and you were in possession of my property? I do not see anything wrong with that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! Give me my money back. read more

this place is a scam. My iPhone 15 screen was cracked and dented. I asked them to run a diagnostic before changing the screen and I was assured it was the screen well after $270 and a new screen it still didn't work so they wanted to charge me because there was other parts. They had the phone for two days and did not tell me anything would not return my calls or text messages. Finally, I asked for my old screen back the phone back, picked it up out of an office that is no longer there now they promised me they were going to refund my $270 and they're nowhere to be found. They said we will send it to you in a couple of minutes and nobody will respond to text messages or phone calls buyer beware this place is a scam. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Cody owns the place and he knows damn well what he's doing. I brought in my iPhone 11 to get repaired and he made it seem like he got it. After $100 and him taking the phone for a month, it was returned untouched. He said he was going to issue a refund for the work the didn't do. It's been over a year, Cody. Even the police officer I've brought to the work place said this isn't a place you should trust. If anyone needs proof I'll give it to you gladly. In July of 2022 I paid Cody, the owner of That Phone Fix Place $315 to order a new screen for my Galaxy S21 Ultra. He claimed he did not have one in the store and it would have to be special ordered. Since that date he has done nothing but give me the run around claiming at lest 8 times that he was sorry, would refund my money and credit my bank account. Well, here we are 7 months later and still no refund. At this point he has basically STOLEN $315 FROM ME. Buyer beware! If you still want to do business with this crook after reading this review I would highly recommend not giving him a dime until the service has been rendered. ZERO STARS!!! read more

Great service they helped me diagnose my iPhone X. Definitely will come back if I need any repairs or parts!

Outstanding business. Great work and a fair price. They had an ac issues so they closed but they came back to open up to fix my wife's phone. I recommend them to anyone who needs a screen replaced. read more

I went it yesterday because my IPhone 7 battery was dying by early afternoon: battery health was 80% which signifies a dying battery. This is not a "bells and whistles "place so it's not pushing products, it's there for service only and they delivered 100% . Thank you Peter and Cody . read more

If you need your phone fixed without having to jump through hoops, this is the place. I've used them a few times. The owner Cody is a straight shooter who stands behind his work. Honest work for a fair price. read more

Brought my 7 in to get fixed and had such a great experience. Cody is super personable and fixed my phone super fast . Would recommend for all phone needs. read more

I paid $260.00 for a new cell phone out of the box. The phone did not work when I got it home, I brought it back the next day (that was two weeks ago), but the owner still has my phone, won't return phone calls or text messages, and apparently plans to keep my money and my phone. HORRIBLE BUSINESS WORK ETHIC. I would strongly suggest not doing business with this establishment, nor Dakota (Cody) Sult, or, at the very least, NEVER pay cash. He has proven to me to be a scam artist and, in my opinion, has no problem ripping customers off. Particularly those of us who are disabled seniors whom he must see as "easy targets" read more

Cory answered my call right away and was very polite letting me know he was out on a run and was going to take longer than expected and to better return the next day "please". Meanwhile he diagnosed my phone over the phone and told me what could possibly be the problem. This put me at ease until the next day. I was super positively impressed with that service! Given my unfortunate running with -the other- fix place guy that turned me away cus my phone happened to be working at the moment. Cory did not ask dumb questions, he went straight to problem-solving mode and sure enough the next day service delivered just as expected. Knowledge, service, fair price, honesty. This is the place to take your cell phones and tablets! read more

I only leave reviews for outstanding or terrible experiences and this was my best phone experience yet. I was on vacation in Florida over the weekend when I dropped my phone on its corner and shattered my screen. I happened to pass by this shopping center about 15 minutes afterwards when I saw the catchy store name and I found it very funny and it was meant to be. I walked in without calling and the guy Cody took care of me on the spot. He was a very cool guy! We had a great convo for the 20 min it took to have my phone like new! In the past I would have to leave my phones, come back after 2 hours and pick it up with people barely even making eye contact. I rate this place 10/10 for its convenience, service and great quality. If this place opens a branch in NY I will only go there!!! read more

Cody & Peter were a pleasure. We hit some road blocks ordering a new screen for my older phone. Vendor sent wrong part etc. but they honored their commitment all the way through. Took a little while through no fault of theirs, but I loved their profession attitude to please the customer at all costs. Very honorable and highly recommend. read more

I'm a dog walker and I like to take pictures of the doggies I walk to send to their owners, this time your doggie pulled too hard because of another doggie on sight and my phone just went down face on the concrete and of course, it was cracked :-( I really hate having a cracked screen so I texted my problem I got the first response from that phone fix place and the owner was so friendly and helpful the next day he was so kind to be a half-hour earlier than they open and had my phone fixed in half-hour. By far the best place for price-quality and availability. Thank you read more

Went in today because Siri decided to hold my phone hostage. She was just taunting me behind a locked black screen, reading the time to me over and over. There was no wait and the guys there were able to diagnose and solve my problem quickly. By the way, don't ever ever ever turn VoiceOver on. Never ever ever turn it on. Highly recommend these guys for your phone fixes. read more

Fast, excellent service at the right price I used to go to Boyton to get my phones fixed. No more. This place is the best! read more

This is literally the most unprofessional place. I do not recommend going here at all. I dropped my phone off to fix a cracked back and ended up now paying for an entire new $300 phone. They messed with the hardware underneath and the phone wouldn't turn on or restore. When I went back to have them fix it they treated me with no respect acting like I had no idea what they had done. They told me to come back the next day so they could fix it and when I showed up they had not even started to work on it at all. These people have no clue how to correctly fix a phone and it will end up costing you more than you anticipate. Do not recommend. No refund was given. read more
