The person was very honest in saying that he could replace the screen, but since the screen would be unable to lay flat onto the iPad it would just crack again. He had numerous refurbished iPads for sale at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place. Oscar is rude, unprofessional, and even admitted that putting screens on is basically "Russian roulette" because he doesn't know if the screens are good or bad. Are you kidding me? I brought my phone in to replace a cracked screen with a black line--no lag issues at all. After his "repair," the camera stopped working (it was perfectly fine before) and the phone began freezing, which were brand-new problems caused by HIM. I had to return twice. He admitted messing with the camera but brushed it off like it didn't matter. Huge warning sign. I was charged $170 for a cheap, off-brand screen that obviously didn't fit my iPhone 16 Pro Max properly. He never warned me it might not work right. The black line returned just from being in my backpack, and instead of taking responsibility, he tried to blame me. The screen protector was intact, no dents, no cracks -- clearly the screen itself was defective. The receipt claims "FREE EXCHANGE" if the part's bad -- that's a lie. Then it got worse. First he said he'd charge me $70 for a "better" screen. Then it jumped to $120. Then $180. All because I was "upset," which he flat out admitted (and who wouldn't be?!). At one point, he even said $400 total, which is absurd -- I could've just gotten an actual Apple screen for that. In the end, I spent around $340 on a non-Apple, low-quality screen, because he kept changing the story. He's careless, disrespectful, and takes advantage of people to squeeze more money out of bad parts. He rushes the work, doesn't handle the phone carefully, and when problems happen, he gaslights you and tries to shift the blame! No legitimate business man operates this way. Do NOT go here unless you want to get scammed, lied to, and overcharged.

In NYC there is a saying "People don't wait in line unless it's worth it". This place was worth it.
