But I hung onto it like grim death because I was afraid to learn a new system. It took all I had to figure this one out. But finally, the day came and I had no choice. I was so fortunate to find Mansur and Tech Pro! In less than 24 hours, he was able to provide me a new computer that I could figure out and transfer all my data to it. On top of that, he patiently helped me get the new unit up and running. (Finding passwords etc, my personal nightmare) Needless to say, he will be my New tech genius moving forward. Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. The parking close y on busy times not always available but can always go to parking garage and walk there. I will be returning for any other repairs since conveniently located nearby and the service is very good. This is located n the promenade in coconut creek so sometimes

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

Where did I look for help..YELP! Yes, Yelp always knows the place!! I called and got the owner Oren on the phone. I was in a panic. I use my desktop more than my phone so I felt helpless and so worried I was going to have to go to windows 10 or I really didnt know what I did wrong. Oren came to my rescue! Thank you so much Oren! Oren sat right down and after some time (maybe 15 minutes) he found the issue(microsoft.net caused my system to be corrupted) he had everything straightened out and had my old girl (my computer that was my moms) up and running correctly. Oren was my third call and I have to say he was efficient, courteous, genuine and knowledgeable! He was calm where as I was a nervous wreck and he diligently went through all kinds of programs to pin point the corrupted file or dot net thing. I dont know anything when it comes to computers. I trust a professional like owner Oren implicitly. He asked where I found him and I told him yelp and had him look at my page on here so he would know it was my review! My computer is my life line (as I am sure it is for most people) and without my desktop I wouldnt know what to do. I was so glad I found My PC Tech and called and had the owner Oren repair my corruption! He said there was nothing he could do for my personal corruption (kidding he didnt say that). Take it from me IF you have ANY computer troubles take the time to speak to Oren and have him come fix your computer. Orens prices($55.00 for the first hour) were not some rip off and I was so relieved when he had me up and running again! It actually took him less than an hour and I was amazed at how he knew exactly where to look (file wise) to see what went wrong. I dont think I would ever use anyone else again(I called the original man that built my tower and he never returned my calls so guess what I will never recommend or use him ever again!!!) to solve my computer issues. Only Oren is allowed to service my system from now on! Do your self a favor, dont waste time with any other company if your corrupted like I am, I mean like I was ( i mean like my computer was). Call My PC Tech and try to speak to Oren the owner and let him fix your computer like he fixed mine. Thanks so much for such prompt, honest immediate service Oren! I am so happy Yelp helped me find My PC Tech and Oren! BEST service ever! A well deserved 5 stars from me! I hope you all use My PC Tech like I did. He saved my life or rather my computers life! Youre the greatest Oren! Thanks again!
