I noticed that the week before I first went they had me there all day 1-7pm with my 1 year old. They kept saying 30 min then 1 hour and so on. I paid back of phone and front phone to be fixed $250 then a week after my phone dropped and I had to come back and charged me $100 but this time the charge wasn't from cellphone fix (business name) the $100 was a different merchant ( Sq jyj solutions corp) the business owner colombian was the one to tap my card and I got home and I started seeing these charges then I called him I asked if he used it he said I tapped that he gave it back .. I had parked in front no way I could have dropped it from counter to my car .. it was a business man that was charging these charges .... At first he was nice family man but now I will never come back here .. taking advantage and greed .. Minutes after paying, my credit card company contacted me about multiple attempts of fraudulent transactions. I also noticed that the name of the business that showed up on my credit card statement the second time was different from the first time, which was suspicious. Shortly after, I saw about $600 in charges that I did not authorize. Given this experience, I strongly suspect they were behind it. This is very concerning especially as a single parent with responsibilities, I can't afford to deal with schemes like this. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Please be very careful if you decide to use their services. Waiting time and fraudulent transaction

I would not recommend repairing your phone here unless you are looking for a quick fix to last you…read morea week. 30 days after I got my screen replaced, I need a new one! I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

You get what you paid for…read more I took my iPhone XS to Eddie to fix. After I got my phone back, It came with an array of problems. The first Issue was The screen wouldn't read my face. In which Eddie tried to say "it was like that before I took it to him"(which was not the case). So he fixed it again. After Eddie fixed that problem, the phone came with new problems. The side button was not working, The screen had a slow reaction time, I could not call anybody from my messages, the screen continued to be unresponsive. And I feel that Eddie compromised phones integrity instead of making it better. I asked for a refund because the service was so atrocious. I would NOT recommend getting your phone fixed here. If you decide to, DO NOT GO TO EDDIE. His aloof attitude is concerning. Especially when it comes to phones. Side note ... Any phone repair place that keeps the original broken screen, must be susceptible to a lot of refunds due to the poor job associates like Eddie do. Any inquires, please email me at re18t@my.fsu.edu.
