Upon arriving at the store immediately, I was able to speak personally with the technician and explain the problems I had with my iPhone: 1- My iPhone dropped to the ground, and the screen glass gets broken, although I was still able to use it, I didn't like how it looked. 2- Additionally, I had been having trouble trying to charge my iPhone for a while, sometimes I was able to charge it, and sometimes I can not. This fault was not because of the fall. It was a problem I was having before. For the first problem, the technician explained to me that this is a common cause that customers request daily in their store specialized in the repair of Apple products. For this problem, I was offered to replace the screen for a very reasonable price. This repair took only about 15 minutes, and I could wait and see the whole process in front of me, which gave me a lot of confidence. The other problem related to the charging issue was that over time, dirt accumulated and did not allow the lightning cable to connect correctly with the phone. I had the concern that it was the battery, but Luckily in this place, they did a free inspection, and they determined that it was not necessary to replace it. They performed free maintenance for the charging port. So I only paid for the screen replacement service. I recommend this place to perform all the repairs you need related to Apple products.
