I came in with my PS5 for a deep cleaning and liquid metal replacement, the longest part was me figuring out how to use my hotspot lol. LIFESAVERS!!! I came here for help with my 2016 Macbook Pro because it suddenly stopped turning on. I initially took it to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store and the tech there literally just plugged it into their charger, saw it wasn't charging after 2 minutes, and told me the USB-C ports were completely damaged and quoted me $500 to repair them. I went in yesterday and was greeted by the team. Within an hour I received a phone call from Onel explaining what the issue is and letting me know I could pick up the computer in a couple hours! Not only did they repair the computer but they gave it a full look over and did some optimizing. The computer works great and my son said he definitely notices an increase in speed. This place is absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money. I went in to get the back of my phone fixed because it was cracked, and somehow, they decided to replace my front screen too--for no reason. Since then, my phone has been a disaster. The new screen is so sensitive that it keeps disabling my phone for hours by accident. I can't even look at my phone while on a call, typing is delayed and constantly presses the wrong buttons, and the screen cracked again ridiculously easily. On top of that, they completely messed up my battery. My phone dies in two seconds--I have to charge it five times a day, and it goes from 100% to 1% every single time. I paid for a repair, and instead, they made my phone worse. Their so-called "90-day warranty" doesn't cover anything useful, so now I'm stuck with a broken phone. Do yourself a favor--don't waste your money here. Just go to Apple or wherever you bought your phone and get it done right the first time. This place is a scam, and I regret ever stepping foot in there. read more

I've used Repair 2 fix ma y times in the past. I have to say they've always fixed and or replaced all my cell phone screens. They used to be less expensive and more attentive. I have not gone in a while but they used to be very good. One of the main technicians there was very attentive but with fame I guess they lower their @friendliness". They do the job I guess but there's so many places where to have your phone repaired so this makes me wonder if still worth a place to go. Do your research. Give them a call. A screen replacement is a screen replacement. I go where I am treated fairly. Here they'll take your number and deliver once done. I still think they do the job.
