I had problems with my all-in-one computer's fan and went to best buy (Geek Squad) and was told they could not provide me the service to replace my fan, so they suggested PC 911. At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911. read more

The person who owns the shop is always so friendly I've been coming here for a couple of months and it's been great. Last time I came to fix my MacBook and he got it done in a short time span. read more

Bummed out could not accurately express how I was feeling when my laptop kept crashing. The mere thought of spending time away from my baby was disturbing me, so you can imagine how I felt when I went to my PC specialist and they were closed. With a non working laptop in my book bag and nowhere to go, I trekked down Bird Road, pretty much hoping to see anything related to computer repairs. Luckily, I pretty soon located the words *PC 911*. Under it, exactly was I was hoping to see, a blue neon "OPEN" sign. I parked and walked in. Behind a wooden counter and surrounded by computer towers, a man dressed in uniform and who refused to take his eyes off a computer screen acknowledged me with a rather bizarre line "Hi, PC 911 Computer Services, how may I help you?". I briefly explained my problem. The man got up, turned the laptop on and patiently waited for it to boot. "Are you the doctor?", I asked. He looked at me over his glasses and said "Yes". The PC Doctor is a cool guy. He looked at my computer (I felt he was looking at it somewhat lusciously) and assured me that everything was going to be OK. He asked me a couple of questions, put the computer aside and he issued his prescription: a work order. "Your laptop is in safe hands", he said. I was glad to have been driving around that area. I got to PC 911 after 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Only the big boys at Best Buy or Tiger Direct can help you on a Saturday night, at the price of $100 to $150 for a diagnostic. That obviously doesn't include the repair and/or the parts. Ouch. The cost at PC 911: zero dollars, the PC Doctor gives out free estimates. The repair for my baby set me back $40. That was for the repair plus a tune up and an anti-virus scan. More importantly, my laptop is back in working order, and the job is guaranteed from defects. If the computer crashes again, which I doubt, I'll just pop up at PC 911 for another remedy. The PC Doctor is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. For people who work 9 to 5, those are great hours. Add to that free estimates, and the doctor is in the house. And his name is Angel. read more

Without a doubt the best computer repair shop in town. Great pricing and outstanding customer service.

This is the only place I will go to or recommend for anything computer or cellphone (or tech related). I've used them several times and I am always happy with how wonderful they are. Everyone is so knowledgeable and it's such a great price for the quality of service and products you are receiving. This isn't your typical Miami spot where the people are unprofessional and overcharge because they can. Angel and his staff are by far the most honest professionals I have encountered in my 33 years of living in Miami. My son just took his gaming computer there and it was fixed in a timely manner and everything was completed with quality products and the communication on what is going on, prices, timeline, etc are spectacular. I will only ever go here for any of my cell phone, computer and tech needs. read more

This business is very reliable and trustworthy. They are working by appointment during Covid. I walked in and was able to discuss all the options to fix my computer. They recommend to go home and do some battery testing instead of keeping the computer and charging for running the tests. I recommend this place for all you computers and phones needs. read more

I went in for a laptop repair, had available computers that were used and selling for excellent prices in working condition. The service was quick, answers calls, and the quality is a dream. Thank you! I would bring a broken computer here again and buy used products from PC 911. Its located on Bird Road and the parking is well situated additionally. read more

PC 911 helped me once in the past, in repairing a laptop. They had given me an estimate for the repair of about $130-$180, and I was a little disappointed that they ended up charging me the full $180, but overall I was satisfied that my laptop had been repaired. Unfortunately, more recently, I called about a laptop repair about 2 weeks ago, spoke with Angel, and he quoted me $80, after my describing the issue over the phone. I called again today to go ahead with that repair, and this time he quoted me $129 for the same repair (though he still had his notes about his $80 quote from our prior call). It's their prerogative to give quotes and then try to jack them up, on prior customers no less, but I surely do not conduct my business in this manner, and so will not be patronizing this establishment in the future. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there. I gave them my phone and they gave it back to me with more problems than it had at first. I have to assume they change the parts. IDK Super irresponsible people. read more

My external hard drive stopped being readable by my computer. I was worried that I had lost years of photos and videos, but the guys at PCI 911 Computer were able to recover EVERYTHING! And at a totally reasonable price. Moral of the story: back up your files in two places, or take it to PCI 911 to save you when your device crashes. read more

Good price, came all the way from downtown to fix my screen here. You need to book an appointment, they give you an hour to fix your phone. They were very professional and thorough, I went down the street to sedanos, bought some groceries and came back and my screen was repaired! Thanks! I hope I won't be back, but if it happens again I'll be back! read more

I've done business with many repair shops in this industry for the past... well, I don't want to age myself, but a long time. After months of using them and many units serviced, I have to say that they are one of the best. They are knowledgeable, easy to deal with, have great service and get the job done. These are the types of vendors I like to align myself with. read more

My external hard drive was submerged in water and my laptop was not recognizing it. It had tons of family pictures all the way back to when my kids were born that were not backed up anywhere else. I was having a heart attack thinking I had lost them forever. I went to several places and one of them told me it could take 3 to 9 months and cost from $600 to $3000 with no guarantee of recovering anything . Thank God I found PC 911 who were able to recover ALL the data in a matter of days for a fraction of the cost!! Angel was super nice and professional and I am forever grateful for his help! I highly recommend this company to anyone with computer problems. read more

Excellent service. Angel is very knowledgeable and will advice if it is worth repairing your device or not. Fast and professional service. Would definitely recommend. read more

I have brought a computer and a memory card here and both times they were quickly able to fix my issues at a reasonable price. My old Mac would not even turn on and I am not sure what they did but it has now been up and running for months without any issues. I recently was transferring priceless photos from my memory card to my laptop and suddenly they disappeared. A years worth of family photos gone. I freaked out and purchased 2 different recovery programs which were not able to recover the files. I tried working with another local repair shop remotely and the guy wasted so much of my time and could not find the files either. I brought it to PC 911 and within 2 days they called me and recovered everything! I am so grateful to them for recovering these photos. I would not hesitate to take any of my electronics to them for repair. Thank you PC 911! read more

I bought a new phone and was walking my dogs one day before leaving to Ft. Myers and my phone fell right on the concrete. Sure enough, the screen was shattered. I started to search around and call different places. They quoted me $110. I decided to wait it out and continue searching. A couple days later I noticed that they had given me the best price and the phone would be ready in 3-5 days vs. what other places offered. (One place quoted me $150 and the front of my phone won't even match the color of the back. They were on crack.) I took my Motorola to get repaired and everything was great. They honored the Yelp promo for a free tempered glass. It was supposed to be ready in 3-5 days like they promised. I went to dinner with my hubby in the area the same day and they call me and tell me that due to the vendor, the screen would take longer than promised to arrive. The latest: 10 days. I was a bit upset because they did promise me 3-5 days, but Steve was very nice about it and apologetic. The phone was ready in 8 days after all and looks amazing. I'm happy with it. However, my hubby wanted to get his sim card cut and they quoted him $5 when Best Buy does it for free of charge if the phone was purchased there. So, he went to Best Buy instead. read more

While I was at work, my iPhone 6 fell and the entire screen shattered into pieces. Being that my phone is my life line, I needed to find a place to fix it real quick. After searching on my Yelp app and calling different places, I came upon PC 911. They had the best price with the quickest service time. I drove in around 1:05. The guys were attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. They guaranteed it would only take 45 minutes, and that it did. I had my phone fixed and ready in less than an hour for $99. Hopefully I will not have to use them again, but if my phone cracks again I will definitely return. read more

Needed to have the screen on my iphone replaced. It had been dropped, stepped on, dropped again, and dropped again. It's like a Cat with 9 lives! Seriously. I wish i could blame my 6 year old daughter for all of this - but nope its all her 40 year old mother's fault. Anyway, I found PC 911 on yelp. Decided to try it based on the yelp reviews and because it is conveniently located in Westchester. My husband dropped the phone off in the morning and it was ready by 2pm (they didn't have the glass in stock). The owner was very nice and professional. Its been about a week and I've had no problems with the phone. Price of the repair was reasonable. A lot less than what I expected. And....I haven't dropped the phone again! Yeah me! read more

I went to PC 911 on Dec. 9 to fix my cell phone screen which had cracked. The owner greeted me right away and advised me of a $25 off discount on Yelp. The phone was fixed at the time promised and service was great. The following day I dropped my cell phone again and the screen broke again! I took the phone back and the owner gave me the discount again and my phone was fixed on time. I spoke to the owner about the computers at my two business that I would like for him to service. read more

Great, helpful service at a great price - I needed to get some data off of an ancient Windows XP tower computer whose video card had died. They got it repaired and working, plus they even copied everything I actually needed onto a USB thumb drive for me, for ease of use. It's not a service anyone hopes to need, but if I do need computer or phone work again, I'd certainly go back there! read more

Angel and Steven are friendly, trustworthy are bilingual in English and Spanish and highly knowledgeable about computers and cell phones. I returned to PC911 in November 2019. I asked a lot of questions and they answered my questions very nicely and respectfully. PC911 identified my computer problem the next day! They fixed my 13 year old Desktop computer (my baby) and they gave me excellent technical support to help me with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. I bought an external hard drive to store my cell phone photo's and video's. PC911 prices are reasonable and affordable. They fixed my computer in 2 days very fast!! read more

Tried this place because of the reviews and I needed help with a laptop. I took it on a Wednesday and told me they will give me an answer and an estimate once they troubleshoot the problem with the touchpad. I had to call them on Friday and they had no definite answer on what was going on. On Monday, they finally called and told me that they needed to change the complete touchpad but no new parts were available and had to order a used part that will take a week to arrive. After almost 2 weeks, I had to pick the laptop because I needed it urgently for work. The part ordered did not fix the problem, the person that gave me my laptop had obviously no idea what was going on and there was no tech available to explain to me exactly and clearly what was wrong with it. Paid $39.99 to pick up the laptop exactly how I dropped it off. read more

Awesome service, they replaced 2 screens for my kids Apple phones - super professional and fast, I wouldn't hesitate going back again, great service thank you for the quick turn around. read more

My first visit I give them 5 stars but after my second visit, I left disappointed in the service. They charged me for a "new" headset jack and when I picked up the phone it was a filthy old jack from another phone. I paid $39.99 plus tax for a used old jack. I wouldn't have cared if they would of told me that it was used before. They then said an old used jack was "accidentally" put on. Really? They offered to fix it which required me to wait around longer which I couldn't wait so they offered me to come back within 30 Days to put a brand new jack on. You should of put on a New part from the beginning! read more

Angel at PC 911 runs one of the most efficient, honest computer and cell repair outfits I have ever done business with. He's fair, knowledgeable and efficient. I've brought different equipment in over the years and never left disappointed. read more

I said it was the motherboard problem when I dropped my laptop to them. They said estimated repair time is 1-2 days and repair will be completed in 3-5 days. But they took 5 days for diagnostic, and told me that they can fix it. After another 5 days, they told me it cannot be fixed. After my double check after I picked up my laptop. I found that their technician lost 3 of my screws and broke some parts inside. By the way, their tech said there was some paste that was left by the former tech, and I doubt that. I didn't see it before I drop my laptop to their store. When I tried to contact them to solve this problem. They don't take responsibilities and try to blame me that I didn't find that when I picked up my laptop. No apologies, no compensations. The only thing they would like to do is offering me some screw replacement without affording my Uber cost. Worst experience ever. Do not come here if you want to get good laptop repair services. They made things worse and still charged me $29 so-called "no-repair fee". I think everyone can make money by starting a repair shop and only charge "no-repair fee" without doing anything read more

I lost everything in hurricane Matthew four years ago while I was living in Virginia. My laptop had happened to be on the closet floor and got completely soaked with water and I had thought it was destroyed. I had been saving it to attempt to bring to someone who could fix it. I brought it to PC 911 computer and cell phone repair and they were able to successfully recover my hard drive components and save 10 years worth of pictures that I would've otherwise not had including my high school and college graduations and several family photos many with family members who are now deceased. I cannot thank them enough for taking on such a difficult challenge. My hard drive was completely eroded and calcified and I had a little hope that anything would be recovered. I am so grateful for their dedication, patience, and willingness to fix this for me. It really means a lot. I will be happily going through my photos this evening remembering all the good times. I also feel I was charged a reasonable price. They said it would only be $40 if they could not recover my data. If they could recover my data, they said it would be between 60 and $100 depending on how much effort was involved. They stay true to their quoteand I am very grateful to their honesty. Total, including the $40 upfront fee I paid $95 for the service. Completely worth every penny. Thank you so much for being reasonably priced and honest. read more
