I reached that point in my life that I no longer want to aggravate myself programming or solving computer/iphone/ipad/Mac issues. I don't even want to go to YouTube to figure how to do something. I am glad I found Computes IT Solutions. They sent me Angel, who has a name that describes him well. I had a long list of things I wanted to fix, change or improve, and not just limited to my 3 Apple devices, backups, sync, etc, but also restoring lost music, programming a new vacuum-robot cleaner, etc. Angel was quick, efficient, helpful and very kind. I plan to use them always from now on

I had problems with my all-in-one computer's fan and went to best buy (Geek Squad) and was told…read morethey could not provide me the service to replace my fan, so they suggested PC 911. At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911.

I requested an estimate to install six cameras and was given an initial price quote. Afterward,…read morethey informed me that an on-site inspection was required, which cost $300. They came out for the inspection and then doubled the original price. Because of this drastic price increase, I was unable to move forward with the job, and they kept the $300 inspection fee. Very disappointing experience and misleading process--I do not recommend them.

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

The networking panel in the master bedroom didn't have anything set up. Jose figured out how to connect my modem (AT&T fiber) to my the wires running into my panel. He recommended a network switch for me to buy a few days earlier on Amazon. He connected all of the wires to the switch. He fixed the outlets to that they exposed 2 cat5e connections (one for data & one originally for phone but repurposed for data). The job was efficient and clean with no hassle. He completed all of the work in 2 hours. I now have 1GB hardwire networking in 5 of my rooms. Additionally, he recommended a great mesh routing system that worked for my house and budget. He told me how I needed to replace my existing Wifi in-place with least disruption to my existing IOT devices. I now get 200-600 mbps over wifi throughout the house with no dead spots nearly 700mbps (up to 1gbps) for any hardwired ethernet connection! I highly recommend Jose for any home networking needs.
