I used 123 Sys Networking to help improve wifi and hard-wired internet in my home. My home, which was recently constructed (20 years ago) already had cat5e cables wired into each room. The networking panel in the master bedroom didn't have anything set up. Jose figured out how to connect my modem (AT&T fiber) to my the wires running into my panel. He recommended a network switch for me to buy a few days earlier on Amazon. He connected all of the wires to the switch. He fixed the outlets to that they exposed 2 cat5e connections (one for data & one originally for phone but repurposed for data). The job was efficient and clean with no hassle. He completed all of the work in 2 hours. I now have 1GB hardwire networking in 5 of my rooms. Additionally, he recommended a great mesh routing system that worked for my house and budget. He told me how I needed to replace my existing Wifi in-place with least disruption to my existing IOT devices. I now get 200-600 mbps over wifi throughout the house with no dead spots nearly 700mbps (up to 1gbps) for any hardwired ethernet connection! I highly recommend Jose for any home networking needs. He is efficient and affordable. read more

Jose was excellent. I didn't have a particularly complicated set-up but his communication in setting up the appoint was excellent, he showed up on time, and he gave me specific advice regarding new hardware that would greatly increase my network and wifi speed in my two story 4,000 sq. ft home. He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. read more

123-Sys Networking - Jose - knows how to help plan the network wiring for our residential home. Jose's professional service and responsiveness are true to the business service he provides. Our home has high ceilings, two floors, and limited attic space for the network wiring we need. This project is simple but the planning and execution are very tedious and time consuming. Jose did a great job on both tasks. In addition, he is very meticulous of keeping the job site clean after completion - something that is far and few for this type of work. The work involve putting four network drops and a patch panel. He pulled CAT-6 wiring from our down stair living room up to the 2nd floor bed rooms. The work took one day to complete and half day to patch the walls. The job done was spotless, clean, and professionally. Thank you Jose! read more

After a friend recommended them, we hired 123-Sys Networking to run ethernet to three rooms in our home. Jose was amazing -- he made it easy the whole way, from planning to the install. Pricing was very fair and I appreciated that it included all the necessary cables and wall plates. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and both the installation and performance of our network are so much better than I expected. I only regret not doing it sooner! read more

I was at the end of my rope with the WiFi in my home and also needed to rearrange the layout of my furniture to support our new all-WFH and School-from-Home reality, so I wanted to run ethernet throughout the house. I checked a number of places and 123-Sys had the most professional response, the most timely visit to the house to take an estimate and a reasonable price, to boot. I went with them and definitely was glad to do so. It took a couple of trips to complete the whole project due to specific materials on back order, but all the work was done exactly to spec and now my house is totally wired for gigabit ethernet. Would definitely recommend the team at 123-Sys. read more

We decided to upgrade our home to CAT 6A (total of 12 new CAT 6A runs) on a brand new Unifi setup + install cameras (powered via PoE) around the house. The job was particularly difficult because of the limited access via both the crawl space & attic which required creative solutions for running the cables. Jose has a "can do" attitude and did an excellent job in getting all the CAT 6A runs installed in a clean fashion; he also moved my cable modem into one consolated rack he installed (w/ patch panel, clean cable management, etc..) in my master closet. A+ for quality of work for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Jose for any networking needs you have! read more

Fast, communicative, affordable. Hire Jose! We have a 1200 square foot home and had multiple ethernet ports added to various rooms and PoE lines for outdoor cameras installed including the switch. Excellent work, thank you again! read more

I met Jose Carlo when he was doing computer service for my office. He was an acquaintance of the IT manager in our corporate office and is basically on call. You guys already know about the difficulty I had installing my home security system, where the installers from a major electronic store could not finish the task. I mentioned the problem to Jose Carlos, who agreed to take a look at it. After detailed testing for a nominal diagnosis fee, he determined that the issue was with the device and configuration. He ended up buying a new device and installing it in literally a quarter of the time in which the installers from the chain store could not. The fact that he works on the weekend is an added benefit. I would very much recommend Jose Carlos for digital security system configuration and upgrade work. read more

Jose helped to design and installed the security cameras for both interior and exterior of our house. He is professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Installation and set up took less than 2 days (we have an old single level house). Now I have 24*7 monitoring and DVR recording with remote access. Apart from the camera's installation, he also pulled additional cables for my Comcast TV and CAT6 connections for my network. He set up separate secure VLAN for playing video games, another one for work and assign the right channel/QOS for my VOIP. Jose is certified in many Cisco "thing", so this is all second nature to him - total AWESOME! Now I can monitor my house when I am traveling and my network connection is 10 times faster than before. I would recommend Jose to anyone. Thank you again for your work! read more

Jose is absolutely fantastic, and this review is long overdue. I've hired Jose multiple times over the last few years to run cat6 and coax around my home for various projects (networking gear, security cameras, etc), involving both crawlspace and attic cable runs. Each time he was fast, professional, and everything was spotless once the job was done. Scheduling was a breeze each time. Jose responded to messages with almost frightening speed, and was upfront with quotes and other information. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jose for any future jobs. He would be my first and only call. If he wasn't available, I'd be waiting rather than finding someone else. read more

Jose and his wife are a very sweet couple. She runs the phones, took my message and conveyed it to Jose. He called me right away and scheduled a free inspection of our home. He then presented me an estimate for the entire outside of the property and some of the buildings on our property as well as our rental home. he took care of the telephone lines, the doorbell ring and area wide Wi-Fi he did a fantastic job. Excellent work by Jose and great with the finishing touches! I had Jose come by my house and help setup a Unifi (https://unifi-sdn.ubnt.com) system in my house -- btw highly recommend Unifi! He was extremely professional / knowledgable and did those small finishing touches on a project that takes it from an 8 to a 10. (for instance ziptie coords, using a label maker on cables to help identity them & helping setup the software) He had all the high end tools to help figure out advanced stuff like WiFi signal strength, CAT6 cable testers etc.. which helped fix one of my CAT6 jacks that were broken. I'm considering getting Cameras soon and calling him to install them. read more

Jose is the best! This review is long overdue. I hired Jose after talking to 5 installers. He is the friendliest, most accommodating, and is also very adept at his work. Jose helped install 22 network drops at our house that entails crown moldings, hard to reach attic, and various rooms that have fire blocks. A true professional. I referred him to every neighbor who remarked at how stunning my mini-colo is. I hope you had a great vacation, and that you, the family, and your dad are all well. I also hope your assistant Jose and his family are well too. Thanks again Jose! read more

Jose is really one of those rare people that come to your home and with honesty and professionalism, gets the job done. He is extremely responsive for communications and explained various ways to save money or go with something of a little higher quality. We live in a fairly large home and he was literally jogging around to make sure he didn't bill us for too many hours. We have a fairly complicated setup and if anything wasn't working just the way we wanted it, he was immediately available to help. I recommend him highly. I check a few places including 123-Sys Networking, and Jose's price range came in very reasonable. For the quality of work, the professionalism and personal touch and detailed work, he is more than worth the price you pay. I am extremely happy with his work and highly recommend Jose. He articulates and examine the surrounding, then he plans what are the needs are and executes the work. Thank you Jose. read more

Although we had cat 5 and coax going to each room, there was no space in the small panel on the side of our house to place the router and modem. Jose is awesome. He came in and help organized my wired LAN connection that was a mess from the original builders. He is also very thorough, patient with huge attention to detail. For our CAT5 connections, at first he did it in such a way that he had to go into all the rooms and reordered the color on the other end as well. It was necessary since we also converted our phone lines to CAT5 connection. After seeing that we had a 1 yr old and accessing all the rooms proved difficult he devised a way to fix the ordering of all the cables directly from the patch panel instead. He also went back and redo all the wiring and clamping so everything matches and is consistent. I was really impressed with him. He also helped recommend a Gigabit switch, he had one ready to sell to me but wasn't pushy at all. He asked what I really wanted and told me to get it from BestBuy myself. He graciously came back the next day to finish the job once I got the switch. All in all really honest, humble down to earth guy that I would throw my bossiness his way anytime. Highly recommended. He is coming back to mount my TV. read more

I messaged Jose on Yelp explaining my issue with poor WiFi coverage in my rented 2-story unit and how I wanted to activate the pre-existing Ethernet ports to create a good mesh networking system. I picked his brain a bit and he advised me on a good brand through the messager in Yelp before we even formally made an appointment, which he certainly didn't have to do. He had his own mesh networking system that he typically used, but did not try to excessively sell me on the product at all. Other companies I spoke to were trying to promote their preferred (pricey) products on their first replies. Because I purchased an Eeros mesh system myself, he gave me a fair and reduced price. He patiently waited for my Eeros to arrive and when it did he quickly accommodated us with an appointment over the weekend. He came prepared with several quality accessories in case things needed to be added to the job (which it did) and he got the job done promptly and professionally! He was very pleasant and extremely thorough. I couldn't recommend him enough. I appreciate that his estimate stayed the same, except for the cost of one added accessory, which he warned me may happen. He tested the internet several times throughout the house to make sure it was optimal before he left and checked all ports. He even made sure to label all my new Ethernet ports inside of the networking panel for the future. My internet coverage is amazing now! read more

Jose is the best! We needed networking lines done for our house we just bought. Being relatively new to the neighborhood, we had to researched the internet for a networking person that could install for us. My husband found Jose & his company through the wonderful reviews written about him. And true enough, his service was excellent. He came on time & started the work but encountered an honest work mishap. Fortunately my electrician was there and Jose immediately rectify the issue by offering to pay him for his services to fix the mishap. He even bought lunch for the guy! We were very impressed that he solved the issue so quickly & assured us he will get everything all done by this weekend. He completed the job for us with total professionalism. His quote was very reasonable for the time spent. No need to shop for others. You will not be disappointed with Jose! read more
