I didn't have a particularly complicated set-up but his communication in setting up the appoint was excellent, he showed up on time, and he gave me specific advice regarding new hardware that would greatly increase my network and wifi speed in my two story 4,000 sq. ft home. He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. I used 123 Sys Networking to help improve wifi and hard-wired internet in my home. My home, which was recently constructed (20 years ago) already had cat5e cables wired into each room. The networking panel in the master bedroom didn't have anything set up. Jose figured out how to connect my modem (AT&T fiber) to my the wires running into my panel. He recommended a network switch for me to buy a few days earlier on Amazon. He connected all of the wires to the switch. He fixed the outlets to that they exposed 2 cat5e connections (one for data & one originally for phone but repurposed for data). The job was efficient and clean with no hassle. He completed all of the work in 2 hours. I now have 1GB hardwire networking in 5 of my rooms. Additionally, he recommended a great mesh routing system that worked for my house and budget. He told me how I needed to replace my existing Wifi in-place with least disruption to my existing IOT devices. For our CAT5 connections, at first he did it in such a way that he had to go into all the rooms and reordered the color on the other end as well. It was necessary since we also converted our phone lines to CAT5 connection. After seeing that we had a 1 yr old and accessing all the rooms proved difficult he devised a way to fix the ordering of all the cables directly from the patch panel instead. I messaged Jose on Yelp explaining my issue with poor WiFi coverage in my rented 2-story unit and how I wanted to activate the pre-existing Ethernet ports to create a good mesh networking system. I picked his brain a bit and he advised me on a good brand through the messager in Yelp before we even formally made an appointment, which he certainly didn't have to do. He had his own mesh networking system that he typically used, but did not try to excessively sell me on the product at all. Other companies I spoke to were trying to promote their preferred (pricey) products on their first replies. Because I purchased an Eeros mesh system myself, he gave me a fair and reduced price. He patiently waited for my Eeros to arrive and when it did he quickly accommodated us with an appointment over the weekend.
