He took my information and got back to me within a few hours. His price was reasonable and he even offered to picked up my computer. Very pleased with his service. Since we had upgraded our computers, we also had Sergio perform a diagnostic on our older one and reinstall Windows 10 before we gave to a friend. He is an excellent teacher of how to navigate both computers and cell phones. He can assist with IT problems and helped organize my wife's e-mail account on her desktop and IPhone. He also resolved an internet problem and helped us with Outlook 365. My wife and I can't say enough about his professionalism, expertise, and personality. Thank you again Sergio!

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

Brian was the technician assigned to the job, and he was outstanding. The installation required running multiple cables through the attic in nearly 90-degree Florida weather, yet he worked efficiently and completed the entire installation flawlessly in just a few hours. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was installed properly and functioning as expected. The quality of his work was excellent, and the finished product looks great. I highly recommend Brian and Blackhawk Security Tech to anyone looking for a reliable and professional security camera installation company.

We've been using Omega Security for the protection of our home for over 2 years. We are extremely…read morepleased with the excellent service that we have received from them. Their monitoring service is top notch and they are very quick to call when the alarm goes off. We previously had our alarm system with a very well known large security company and Omega Security's Customer Service and Monitoring Service is much more superior than my previous company. When we had our system put in by Omega, they recommended that we install a carbon monoxide/smoke alarm that would be connected to their monitoring service. They said we should have one since our home has natural gas. Having this alarm in place was a life saving device recently. On the first day of our home renovation, Omega's monitoring service called to let us know that there was a very high and dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide in the home. We immediately called the contractor and told him of the problem and that the workers needed to get out of the house. It appears that the machinery that was being used had created the accumulation of gas in the home. Omega's service immediately dispatched the Fire Department to our home to investigate the carbon monoxide. When they arrived they made the workers stay outside the home until the levels in the air had returned to normal. Had it not been for the carbon monoxide alarm, which Omega recommended, someone could have been seriously hurt or worse. We will recommend Omega Security to our friends and family and to anyone who needs alarm monitoring service. We have been so pleased with their service thus far, that we have recently purchased a camera security system from them as well. I can access the cameras from my phone at all times. Not only do they provide security monitoring service, but they also do audiovisual installations. As part of our renovation, they installed all the AV cabling and speakers in our home.

Scheduled an appointment and did something that happens rarely in Miami, they were here on time! They worked efficiently and kept me in the loop at all time. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. Did a custom install of the amp. These guys can do it all and at a very reasonable price.
