I was really impressed with NuAge. The technician (whose name escapes me unfortunately but I think it was Mario) was very friendly and knowledgable. My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I needed three tv's mounted - a 46", a 60" and a 70". So I came on here and chose these guys based on good reviews. So I figure I should share my input as well. These guys were 3 hours late. I had to call like 15 times before they answered my phone calls asking where they were. He finally told me he would be 30 minutes, ended up being another hour and a half. He also told me not to worry that three of them were coming and my job would be done quickly. Finally showed up at 5:30 (appointment was at 2:30) and it was just one guy, Elliot. He told me another guy would be there shortly to help him. So he began with the smallest TV and worked his way up. I had to help him with the 46" and the 60" because his guy didn't arrive for another 2 hours. The 70" they mounted on an articulating mount. It has a slight tilt to it, I'll have to get someone out to fix it eventually. Or just live with it. He also did not want to create new power outlets behind the tv's, so he snaked power cords through the wall, which I am pretty sure is a fire hazard. So they were 3 hours late, were here until 8:30 at night, and did a sub-par job. The actual mounts (besides the slight listing on the articulating mounts) were done ok and they are secured properly to the studs. The kicker for me was that they left an absolute mess. Saw dust everywhere. And the massive 70" tv box that I asked them to take they just left. As I was trying to remove it, it fell apart and trash got everywhere. I am sure I just had a bad experience, but it was pretty bad. Elliot is also a nice guy so I feel bad, but, I wish I had read a review like this before I called them. They aren't cheap either! read more
