I was really impressed with NuAge. The technician (whose name escapes me unfortunately but I think it was Mario) was very friendly and knowledgable. My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier. read more

I hired this company to mount my TV and hide all cables. They did a wonderful job, brought the wall mount, and created the power outlet up top behind the TV. Elliott was very easy to communicate with and professional. I contacted him Saturday and scheduled the appointment for Monday. I highly recommend them and will call them again when I mount my next TV. The employee who came to my home was very professional, timely, and polite. read more

I needed three tv's mounted - a 46", a 60" and a 70". So I came on here and chose these guys based on good reviews. So I figure I should share my input as well. These guys were 3 hours late. I had to call like 15 times before they answered my phone calls asking where they were. He finally told me he would be 30 minutes, ended up being another hour and a half. He also told me not to worry that three of them were coming and my job would be done quickly. Finally showed up at 5:30 (appointment was at 2:30) and it was just one guy, Elliot. He told me another guy would be there shortly to help him. So he began with the smallest TV and worked his way up. I had to help him with the 46" and the 60" because his guy didn't arrive for another 2 hours. The 70" they mounted on an articulating mount. It has a slight tilt to it, I'll have to get someone out to fix it eventually. Or just live with it. He also did not want to create new power outlets behind the tv's, so he snaked power cords through the wall, which I am pretty sure is a fire hazard. So they were 3 hours late, were here until 8:30 at night, and did a sub-par job. The actual mounts (besides the slight listing on the articulating mounts) were done ok and they are secured properly to the studs. The kicker for me was that they left an absolute mess. Saw dust everywhere. And the massive 70" tv box that I asked them to take they just left. As I was trying to remove it, it fell apart and trash got everywhere. I am sure I just had a bad experience, but it was pretty bad. Elliot is also a nice guy so I feel bad, but, I wish I had read a review like this before I called them. They aren't cheap either! read more

Great experience! You can tell they know what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment with them to install a 86" T.v. and within 45 minutes it was up! Friendly service, knowledgeable, and neat. The installer swept after himself and neatly zip tied all the chords behind the t.v. I would definitely recommend and will use again! read more

Were they on time? Yes. Did they know what they were doing? Yes. Were they polite and cleaned up after the job? Yes. Did they charge exactly as quoted? Yes. Did they go the extra mile? Yes. Dealing with NuAge for my tv wall mount installation, wall shelf installation and wall soundbar installation was a pleasure from beginning to end. The owner (Elliott) came himself and was there from the beginning of the job until they were done. I will definitely call them for future services and I recommend them to anyone looking for good and reliable service. Thanks NuAge! NuAge services my agency office in Coral Gables and takes care of our computer, IT, network and AV needs. Let me tell you, they have always been exceptionally prompt and knowledgeable in their assistance; I've never had an egg they couldn't crack, so to speak, and whenever they come to the office to address an issue, their team member (for us, it's Josh -- he's great!) always makes sure to go around to everyone and make sure everything is working properly for everyone else, just seeing if there's anything else he can help with while he's here. I'd recommend them to anyone. Fast, friendly, reliable and affordable. It really takes the hassle out of the whole ordeal for us. read more

Elliott and his team were great. Very fast to quote competitively and when it came time to the work he was meticulous and went way over the standard time allotted to make sure the end result worked out! It's not easy to te able a house for 12+ speakers but he did it with no crawl space. read more

I had Bryan Mesas from Nuagepc help with video problems on my old laptop and he did a thorough review of all of my programs etc and gave an additional year of life to my old laptop. This week, because windows Xp is losing security updates next month, he helped me buy a great new laptop, saving me lots of money, brought it out to the house and then spent the time moving everything over - small little issues I discovered the next day he fixed immediately remotely.
