When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles. Overall, very happy with the results -- just shy of 5 stars due to those small issues.

He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier.

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

I had a 46" LCD…read moremounted and a Vienna Acoustics 5.1 surround sound system installed with all of my components (Pioneer receiver, Playstation 3, AppleTV, BluRay player, DVD player, and iPod adapter) mounted in a hidden-wired fashion floating in the middle of my wall underneath a console. The room is fairly large, and he ran each of the surround speakers to an area that Best Buy told me was impossible (which is why I called Miami Wired in the first place . . . I wasn't getting the answers I wanted to hear from Best Buy). My system cost me almost $22,000 before installation, so to say I was nervous about the installer is an understatement. Now, I call him and refer him to every single friend I have who is in need of anything audio/video related. In fact, I referred him to my neighbor, who in turn used him to install a media room for training presentations in the immigration office of a government building here in Miami who now uses him for her personal indoor/outdoor media system.
