Finally giving this place a review after having to visit twice in 2 weeks. Got my phone screen repaired and within the same day my screen wouldn't respond properly. Had to go back to wait again to get it fixed. Only to find out that the guy said there was nothing wrong with the screen so I pretty much waited for an hour for nothing. What I don't like most is that they ask you for your passcode... Im just plain iffy about this place and would never go back. I can't understand how this place has a calcification of 4.5!! If I could I would give them 0 stars. They charged us 50usd for PC's Diagnostic, the Diagnostic result was "Damaged memories", they change the memories (for a lower capacity ones!) and charged us $50 more. When we use the PC at home, the same problem stilled happening. We returned and guess what?? the Diagnostic this time was "The memories doesn't work for this device" lol. We had to bring them the PC twice after that because the problem persisted. Finally they told us the problem doesn't has solution, because is the mother board!! They returned us $50 but they never give us back the $50 of the poor and unprofessional "Diagnostic" service. It was a lack of respect! Please stay away from this place!! Took my iPhone X to get it repaired since it got water damaged. The treatment was $40 and it was paid upfront, everything looked good until I went to pick up my phone. The guy couldn't fixed it and told me everything he did to try and fix it. Phone was on the same condition I took it in for. No repair but would keep my money. They charged without explaining or even mentioning if phone doesn't get repaired I would not get the money back. Easy to take the money upfront, no guarantee it would would. I used to LOVE this place and the #1 reason was because of the people there, they had such wonderful people back then when i first visit the store, They made you feel so welcome!! I've fixed a total of like 6 iPhones there in the past 3 years between me and my fiancé and i always knew i would come back there no matter what. Unfortunately, my last visit was so disappointing that im forced to write this review for those that care about customer service hence why im giving 1 star. Plus i am never ever going back to this location. First when I arrived the associate's name steven had such a bad attitude for no reason, but since i've worked on customer service I understood it could be a bad day for him but the guy was so rude that i left the store shaking my head. When the phones were ready to pick up i talked to Steven again and he had the same attitude and same demeanor. I went again like 2 days after to clarify why my iPhone was freezing and had a corner a little lifted. The guy there (I didn't catch his name) was a little better than the other but had this "i dont care about anything you have to say" attitude and that just made me feel like this store doesn't care about customer service anymore. I even saw an iPhone case worth $30 that i loved but i rather go and find it somewhere else even if i have to pay more than to spend it there. Quality of phone repair: excellent, simple screen replace. Speed of phone repair: took a bit long, 2 hours, but I thought nothing of it. I arrived about 15 minutes earlier than my phone was scheduled for pickup, and was assured to wait only a little bit. The store tech assumed I left, but I stayed looking at the phone cases. About 30 seconds later, I could CLEARLY hear the store techs playing video games in the back room (I play video games religiously, so I'm pretty sure I know how it sounds like). While the repair was excellent, it was disappointing to know that it came from a place which lacked professionalism and honesty about time of repairs. The repair was done well and for a fair price, but I do not envision myself returning to a place where employees spend time playing video games instead of doing their work. read more

He took control of the situation, told me to return in 30 minutes and had the phone looking brand new. Stay away from this crooks. They are big time scammers. I replaced the screen of my phone with them. After 5 days the screen became apart from the phone body. I don't know what kind of glue they are using on the repairs. They charged me 350 dollars for the repair, so that is unacceptable. But worst when i called them they said there is nothing they can do. Really??? My wife had to repair her iphone 6 screen with them as well and the same thing happened to her. Screen fallen apart several days after and they said they want to charge 20 bucks for a couple drops of crazy glue. But the worst haven't happened yet. A friend of mine went to fix his phone as well and they stated that could attempt to repair it buy they are not responsible for data loss or if they accidentally break the phone during the repair and want you to sign a waiver. They shouldn't be in business since going there is like playing russian roullete. You pay for them to try to fix or break your phone, whatever it happens first. read more

Went in to get my white iPhone 6plus repaired, they told me they had PLENTY screens so we take it in, it takes them an hour or so to call us back and tell us that the screen they had was "defective" that they can't fix it or they can give us a temporary screen. So I said give me the temporary screen. He then said he changed it (don't know if they ever really did change it). After a second change of glass, I was unable to touch or key numbers or letters to text. The screen touch was not working. Very poor customer service. I dropped off my daughters disabled iphone on Wednesday night. Mike gave me an 80% chance of enabling the phone since we knew the pass code without restoring. I told them not to restore the phone without my consent, I asked for a phone call since I was trying not to lose some pictures. I paid upfront and never heard from them again. I called Thursday after work and the employee told me they could not enable and it was about to be restored. I expressed my concern at the lack of communication and disregard and did not even get an apology. I asked him to disconnect the phone and to not restore it. I called the next day and spoke to Wyatt & all he could tell me was he didn't know why I did not receive a call, again no apology. Very disappointed at their complete lack of concern once they got paid. Definitely would not use them again. read more

I was very impressed with the quick service; however, their customer service is pretty bad, particularly that of one employee named RICHARD. This guy should really consider working in the back or taking a course on dealing with customers. I took an ipad to replace the screen after it shattered. The screen was replaced quickly at a cost of $117. When i picked up the ipad it looked perfect; however, about 3 hours later the glass was lifting off one of the corners. Also, the glass appeared to not be completely clean and black specs could be seen under the glass. I returned to the store and spoke to Richard. I explained that the glass was lifting off one of the corners. He then told me that he had noticed that prior to giving me the ipad and thought that maybe I should buy a cover to press the glass onto the ipad. I explained to him that i was never told that the corner was not sticking and that it was given to me as if everything was great. Richards demeanor was as if he couldn't care less. He suggested that the problem was that the corner of the ipad was damaged. This is true, so I asked if maybe they could try to glue the glass properly or at least try. I would have been satisfied if he would have at least made an attempt. Instead, Richard just said no and did absolutely NOTHING to make one feel that they tried to fix the problem. I walked out without telling Richard what a i thought of his demeanor and lack of customer service skills, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. If someone that works for my business takes such little effort at making a customer feel that their concern is important, that person will have to seriously understand what customer service means or find some other place to work. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place. RICHARD, your attitude and desire to have a happy customer SUCK! At least try to make it look good, dude. Sometimes thats enough. read more
