One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. I was informed that the technician that had previously helped me was no longer with the company and assured me that they would never treat a customer in that manner. The hinge on my laptop was completely fixed (as you can see on the video) and it's working well now. I truly appreciate their customer service and attention to their customers needs. This is exactly how a great business should operate! *************************** I came here because the hinges on my computer were broken and they told me they would have it fixed by the next day for $105.93. I came in the next day and it seemed to be fixed and I was happy. About a month and a half later, the same hinge breaks again.
