The price for both seemed reasonable ($130) and the person at the kiosk told me it would take 40 minutes to repair. I RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK AT 2:15, nearly three hours after I dropped it off. When calling the manager and explaining my disappointment, he got defensive and told me he was offering me a very good price for the repair. He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. Not only did I never receive a call from the kiosk indicating that my phone was ready, but I they kept lying about when I should expect my phone back. The manager gave me excuses about how they were behind on their orders, even though I got there early. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The person at the kiosk offered me a cheap screen protector for my trouble yet seemed unapologetic to their lack to professionalism. He does all techie repairs phones, laptops, computers etc.... and has a couch to wait if it's a quick turn around and lends you a charger even. While I was there many customers came in picked up there stuff and were on their way greeting each other like old friends. Good vibes all around. I had problems with my all-in-one computer's fan and went to best buy (Geek Squad) and was told…read morethey could not provide me the service to replace my fan, so they suggested PC 911. At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else.
