The price for both seemed reasonable ($130) and the person at the kiosk told me it would take 40 minutes to repair. I RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK AT 2:15, nearly three hours after I dropped it off. When calling the manager and explaining my disappointment, he got defensive and told me he was offering me a very good price for the repair. He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. Not only did I never receive a call from the kiosk indicating that my phone was ready, but I they kept lying about when I should expect my phone back. The manager gave me excuses about how they were behind on their orders, even though I got there early. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The person at the kiosk offered me a cheap screen protector for my trouble yet seemed unapologetic to their lack to professionalism. I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
