He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. The manager gave me excuses about how they were behind on their orders, even though I got there early. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I looked around on Yelp and found this highly reviewed place and called and asked if they could fix my phones. They were fortunately having a special and were able To see me that day and have my phones ready. Unfortunately I was super busy for about a week and kept missing them. So today I asked if they could see me and even though they were going to close, they kept the store open for me to come in and get my phones fixed!!! Now I can type again and have a beautiful lovely screen! They even added some screen Protectant glass and have a 30 day warranty if there are issues due to installation. I'm so happy! Thank you Rafa and Matt!! You guys are so awesome, nice, and fun. I hope my phone never cracks again but if it does I'm definitely coming to you!
