He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. Not only did I never receive a call from the kiosk indicating that my phone was ready, but I they kept lying about when I should expect my phone back. I looked around on Yelp and found this highly reviewed place and called and asked if they could fix my phones. They were fortunately having a special and were able To see me that day and have my phones ready. Unfortunately I was super busy for about a week and kept missing them. So today I asked if they could see me and even though they were going to close, they kept the store open for me to come in and get my phones fixed!!! Now I can type again and have a beautiful lovely screen! They even added some screen Protectant glass and have a 30 day warranty if there are issues due to installation. I'm so happy!
