I broke the screen on my iPhone X. My sister broke her iPhone X screen. So I needed to get two iPhone X fixed ASAP! I looked around on Yelp and found this highly reviewed place and called and asked if they could fix my phones. They were fortunately having a special and were able To see me that day and have my phones ready. Unfortunately I was super busy for about a week and kept missing them. So today I asked if they could see me and even though they were going to close, they kept the store open for me to come in and get my phones fixed!!! Now I can type again and have a beautiful lovely screen! They even added some screen Protectant glass and have a 30 day warranty if there are issues due to installation. I'm so happy! I visited the store today to get a new carrier for my iphone...and guess what? I ended up with new number, -when I never asked for one-I wrote my number on a piece of paper so that they could do the transfer . After realizing I had a new number, I called the store immediately AND to make story short, they are not refunding because they/well she claims that I asked for a new number!... They can only help by me paying for a new activation etc (thats another 70 dollars)... Of course. - I called Simple Mobile to see what they could do but they can't help because the activation was done by this dealer (meaning they cant transfer the 40 dollars from that new number to my new sim card which will be activated with my "old/never meant to not exist business line"!!.....Anyways, I am coming back tomorrow and will speak to owner. I hope he does the right thing. UPDATE: I resolved the problem but not Because THEY, the Iphone Factory owner helped. After I called the next day, he didnt want to get involved and help fnd a solution. Funny, enough, I received a private message asking me to remove the review. And no, I dont think I should do that because it is hurting your, YOU are hurting your business for not taking any responsibility. YOU decided to put ALL the blame in ME, saying that I not your worker, MADE the mistake. HAD YOU perhaps, TRIED to help, which YOU DIDNT, Maybe I would reconsider giving you at least ONE MORE STAR. I had a really nice experience there. Originally was scared off by a review that claims they switched out the iPhone battery when the customer dropped it off. On second glance I saw that this was the only review from that Yelper and decided to ignore it after I felt the good energy of the affable woman I spoke with. Be VERY wary of bad reviews from people who do not have a lot of reviews. It seems sometimes these are false. The lady was very sweet and nice and offered to fix my iPhone 4S screen for $85. When I checked in with Yelp they have an offer to buy a $20 gift certificate for $10, so it ended up only costing $75. They use an excellent screen and did a great job. It is like I have a brand new phone now. I will definitely be back if I ever have any phone issues. read more

This review is based on my experience deciding if I would use them, as opposed to an after the service one. My iPhone 6 dropped and cracked the screen. I was on the hunt for a replacement. I knew of this store on biscayne because I live in the area and I had a nearby business. I called, repeatedly, but the calls immediately went to a message that said the caller youre trying to reach can't answer. So I left a message. Then I saw on Yelp I could reach out and get a quote, and their response times were supposed to be good. So, I filled it out. I also, as a third option, found an email address from their site and left a message there too. None of my calls, emails, or messages garnered a response. I tried again later to call. Someone finally answered, but the call was fading in and out. I asked for a quote on the repair. The person who answered said $140 (mind you, the iPhone 6 has been out a while, so replacement parts shouldn't be that high) when I said that price was nearly double what someone else quoted me, and I asked why so expensive, he said he had another option for $100 but the part wouldn't be new. Personally I wouldn't have cared if the glass was new or not, as long as it was cracked and it worked. But the $100 quote was still $30 more than others were offering. So, needless to say, I didn't go to them for the repair. I went to another local shop about 4 minutes away. You can google them yourselves they're in Midtown. They replaced it with a brand new glass, I was in and out in 20 minutes. I can't tell you how their repair work is, I'm sure it's probably fine. But I'll never know because they dropped the ball before I was able to be a customer. read more

I go on my yelp to write a review on a restaurant to find this review on my phone that I never wrote! So obviously while I was getting my phone fixed and they had my passcode, they went into my yelp app and wrote this review. That is first of all rude, false advertisement, and invasion of my privacy. Who knows, these people were probably looking all through my phone! My real review would be they fixed my phone for the mean time but completely over charged me, and about 2 weeks later the phone went haywire. They quoted a different price but then charged me more than what I would've paid for a new phone through insurance!
