Do not bring your phone here. The only reason I am writing this review is due to my phone still not working properly. I brought it in for a simple screen repair and was told the tech broke my charging port and it would be an additional hour. Picked up my phone, got back to work and my phone would not charge. Called the tech who told me I needed to wait until next week until he could get a charging port. I proceeded to argue that it wasn't an option since I was going to the keys and I relied on my phone for work. Told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Basically, phone would vibrate with everything I did. Told me it was a bad mechanism in the phone and to pay for it and if it wasn't that then they would reimburse. lol no story short, they put a bad charging port int, messed up my phone and made me come back multiple times. They're are a ton of options, skip this one. read more

MAKE SURE TO GET A DIAGNOSTIC because they assume what the issue is and then...... when I took in an IPhone 6 phone Saturday, 6/13 it was a "battery issue". I picked it up Tuesday 6/16 and the phone didn't turn on. I then had to wait 30-40 mins. because I was told it was "just a faulty battery", so another new battery was put in. Ok, battery replaced, phone turns on, I get home and like 2 hours later phone doesn't work again. I went back Wednesday 6/17 and now it has to be sent out because "for sure it's something with the charging/motherboard" (not sure the detail, Chinese to me) and now it will be a "for sure fix". I feel this should have been caught before I even picked it up. It seems like they assume at first what the issue is and then go from there. Not happy, do not recommend and just warning others to cautious when dropping off their fix - ask questions first. read more

The first time I came here was to repair my phone screen which had shattered glass from dropping on the floor. Prior to my visit, I called a few times and every staff member was always pleasant, professional and helpful. The wait one was about 30 minutes and during that time I visited other stores in the shopping center. I also purchased a tempered glass screen protector which was conveniently transparent and not bulky. I came a second time, maybe 6 months later to replace my screen protector and again the staff was amazing. I believe the person who helped us goes by the name Jay. Excellent personality, professional and knowledgeable. The service was great. I love that they are not only a phone repair business but also computer repair. I noticed this shop when heading to Marshalls, my iPhone 6 screen was unresponsive and a little cracked. They said It will be fixed in 1-2 Hours, which is great because I thought I would have to get a new phone. I came back and it was perfectly fixed! Like new and fully functional....the only thing I didn't like was that I was asked if I'd like a tempered glass for $10 which is fine but it had the store icon of a man on the bottom right which I really didn't like because I'm very detailed and didn't want to see that everyday while on my phone so I ended up removing the tempered glass. Vanessa was so sweet, extremely helpful in helping me understand what parts need to be replaced for cracked screen on iPhone (screen + digitizer not just glass) and the warranty. First time i cracked my screen so wentt and got it fixed and paid for it and they told me i had warranty about two weeks later i droped it and the lcd went out so i had my friend go for me to get it fixed because i was working all day and didnt have time to go and need my phone my friend showed them what had happend they wanted me to pay another 120$ to get it fixed because it had a "scratch" on it and they said they couldnt warranty it . Got the LCD repaired in my phone a few weeks ago. The guy told me he thought he damaged the Face ID when he repaired it but wasn't sure. Ever sense my phone has been having purple spots appear on it, my Face ID doesn't work, and cracks in the INSIDE are starting to appear. I haven't dropped it and have had a protective case on it sense. Went back to the store today and they tried to blame me by saying I must have dropped it or put to much pressure on the screen. The guy even called the owner who said he would give me a discount of $110 when I already paid $150. What a rip off. Do not take your phone here to be fixed, you'll end up with worse problems and no one willing to accept that they screwed up. Avoid at all costs. Cracked my iPhone 6 screen and went in to repair it. The employee spent 10 minutes ranting and raving about how "we only use the best quality parts". I paid $120 and they returned me my phone with a screen that didn't even fit. The screen was bigger and did not fit properly. After fighting with one of the managers, he reluctantly agreed to changed it for one that still did not fit properly. As a result of having a poor quality screen on my phone, my home button broke and after a few months, the screen literally began to lift from the rest of the phone and started to break. They did not want to replace this time. Manager named Scott said he would call me and never did. When I went in to see him, I spoke calmly to explain the problem. He got very agitated and frustrated and said he would not do anything to replace it. Just do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Once the guy at the store repaired my phone I was given a lower quality screen and now my thumb print doesn't work. When I tried to go back to the store and ask about these issues I was given the run around and I was told because I bought a groupon I would not get the same screen that comes with the iPhone but a cheaper quality. The manager was not helpful in trying to find a resolution, he just made excuses and tried to blame my phone for the problem.
