So I came here today with my iPhone 6 that was completely shattered, chunks missing, LED barely working, just a complete mess. I kept thinking they would charge me a ridiculous price because it's Pembroke Pines and it's a relatively pricey area to live in, but compared to other places it wasn't bad at all. On top of that the customer service was amazing!! I was helped by Alex and he was really great, explained everything they would do to my phone, gave me coupons for the future, and helped me pick out the right case for my clumsy self. I would for sure recommend this location and I feel completely confident that their products are of quality. No glue showing or anything like that. Beware of this store. I walked in and shared the offer here on yelp to purchase a $30 voucher for $20. Jessica said it is fine and to provide her the voucher number. I realized later she only took $10 off my repair and should have taken $30 off as I paid $20 to yelp. She referred me to the corporate office. Kayla at corporate called me back and is telling me they won't honor the voucher because it is from a prior franchise owner. It is still offered on yelp today and she refuses to honor it, saying it is not their offer. Now to the BBB. This is wrong and poor support from this company. Ok, so I went on my first GORUCK Challenge! I had a blast and can't wait for the next one, however........I thrice wrapped my phone and still managed to get it soaked. Desperation and Google had me putting in on rice, and all the other things to dry your phone, but mine hit salt water! Ouch, right?! I was lucky to find Dr. phone Fix five minutes from my house! Michael was cautiously optimistic about restoring my phone. 24 hrs later, my phone is up and running and I'll be backing that puppy up the second I get home. I called this location and spoke with Carlos regarding my ipod Nano and he was very helpful over the phone. I then drove there after work and Carlos took a look at my Nano. I thought the battery was bad but he plugged it in to check it first and showed me all it was was the cord I had been using. He even gave me the cord he checked it with. It was nice to know that he wasn't going to charge me for a part that wasn't needed. I will be back her with my phone or any other issue because I know it is an honest place to do business. No need to doubt this store at all! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment you walked into the store. I had probably the most difficult issue with my iPhone. I was locked out of my phone and apple is impossible to work with. Even through all the obstacles, Justin and the team helped me as if it was one of their friends having the problem. I love this place!!! I've had my laptop screen repaired, as well as my iPhone screen repaired twice at this location. I was able to replace my screen the second time free of charge with their lifetime warranty which was an absolutely life saver thanks to Stephanie. I dropped my phone after a long night of drinking with my pals. Upon sobering up the next morning I dragged myself and my shattered phone to Dr. PhoneFix where Joshua looked at my phone, asked for nothing more than my name and a credit card, and immediately began fixing it. Shortly thereafter while sobering up with my usual cocktail of Gatorade and more beer, I received a phone call letting me know my baby was fixed. I needed to get my iPhone 5S fixed. The speaker wasn't working. I had called Ubreakifix to get a price. I was quoted $69.99. I called Dr Phone Fix and was told $45. Wow,much better on the price. They checked to see they had the part in stock before telling me to come in. They did and I walked in 30 minutes later and met Santiago. He was kind, courteous, and professional. This is my 2nd time having to get my iPhone 5c fixed. Both time it was dropped by me. The techs are friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced. I even heard them quote a price to a customer who balked at the amt. The tech then asked what he wanted to pay and they came up with a number they could both agree on. I was impressed.
