I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience. I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. read more

*Sigh* very disappointed. I took a risk and got my phone repaired here. I dropped my phone and my screened cracked. I really wanted to trust the reviews/ owner of this business to help rectify my situation. However, I left with a new screen and a new problem. I never had any issues with my iPhone battery prior to my repair. The next day, after getting my screen fixed, my battery died while I was out and about after being fully charged. It took me a few a days to make the connection of my battery being malfunctioned and Rede2fix being the culprit. I never had an issue with my battery prior to repair. Now, I have to constantly worry about my phone dying and bring chargers with me every where. Such an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I unnecessarily have to pay an additional price for a new battery. Explained everything before doing anything which I appreciated. 11 Screen was completely cracked and bulging works fine now with no issues except what was caused by the battery. I contacted several companies through yelp to see who could help me the best for the lowest price and Pedro was probably one of the fastest to respond with good information and answered every question I had. Reached out to this business to fix my terribly shattered iPhone 7 plus screen. He was very affordable and also stayed open late to accommodate me since I worked until 7:30 the next day and the original day we had scheduled he didn't get the piece delivered in time. He also included a free temper glass for the inconvenience! That was really nice. When I got there yesterday, he was fixing my phone and due to the way it shattered, a piece got damaged which he showed & explained to me was totally out of our control. This piece controlled the speaker to my phone where I can listen to someone on a call. He went the following day to get another piece which I did not have to pay for and I came over to his shop again for the replacement free of charge. During this repair, the screen shattered on accident & he replaced it AGAIN. I never paid for anything additional. Pedro was very informative, kind and friendly. He offers advice about the phone and talks you through the different phone functions as he repairs it. That's honest & that's hard to find in a business.
