*Sigh* very disappointed. I took a risk and got my phone repaired here. I dropped my phone and my screened cracked. I really wanted to trust the reviews/ owner of this business to help rectify my situation. However, I left with a new screen and a new problem. I never had any issues with my iPhone battery prior to my repair. The next day, after getting my screen fixed, my battery died while I was out and about after being fully charged. It took me a few a days to make the connection of my battery being malfunctioned and Rede2fix being the culprit. I never had an issue with my battery prior to repair. Now, I have to constantly worry about my phone dying and bring chargers with me every where. Such an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I unnecessarily have to pay an additional price for a new battery. I went to Pedro when I somehow managed to break my note 9 with a coconut. The screen was completely black but still responsive to my side buttons. I contacted several companies through yelp to see who could help me the best for the lowest price and Pedro was probably one of the fastest to respond with good information and answered every question I had. Reached out to this business to fix my terribly shattered iPhone 7 plus screen. He was very affordable and also stayed open late to accommodate me since I worked until 7:30 the next day and the original day we had scheduled he didn't get the piece delivered in time. He also included a free temper glass for the inconvenience! That was really nice. When I got there yesterday, he was fixing my phone and due to the way it shattered, a piece got damaged which he showed & explained to me was totally out of our control. This piece controlled the speaker to my phone where I can listen to someone on a call. He went the following day to get another piece which I did not have to pay for and I came over to his shop again for the replacement free of charge. During this repair, the screen shattered on accident & he replaced it AGAIN. I never paid for anything additional. Pedro was very informative, kind and friendly. Stay far away from this place. I got my iPhone 6 LCD and glass replaced, but LCD malfunctioned within 3 days. They denied warranty saying it was user inflicted which wasn't the case. The replacement quality they use is absolute crap. You will notice this immediately because the screen resolution is no where near comparable. As an update to the response of the business owner. Denying a truthful claim without much investigation is not a good sign of business competence and righteous intent. Your parts and workmanship are very INFERIOR in comparison to the acceptable non-OEM standard (screws fell off, fitment & resolution of screen were subpar). I'm sure Alex knows all of this. The yelp users only have the right to know my experience. I'm not a competitor trying to destroy you. The truth will prevail and if you don't make the right adjustments, you will drown anyway. Ditch your current LCD supplier and give customers the fair value for their money. read more
