I did not have a good experience here. I dropped my phone and it spread from a crack to a black screen that appeared suddenly after functioning for several weeks. I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware. read more

I had a fabulous experience with IWireless Miami! I cracked the screen on my iPhone and there were many options for repair on the beach, but IWireless was open the latest and replied to my request for a quote within minutes. I dropped my phone off to them on a Saturday night around 7:30pm and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes! The staff is friendly and their prices are fair - definitely recommend for any phone repair services in Miami Beach. read more

The owner (Manar) is so honest & transparent it's very refreshing to see in South Beach & made fixing my phone a breeze. The model phone i have is rarer & so the moment i called him to ask for a quote, he honestly told me that i should just buy another new one of that model altogether. (Other phone places would offer to order the expensive screen replacement but i appreciated him trying to break down the value in the effort of me trying to fix this phone). I appreciated him choosing to share knowledge of better options for me instead of insisting to do it for a high price. Anyways, i already had the replacement so i told him & he gave me a great quote on fixing my phone. I dropped it off, went to the beach, & came back to a pretty new phone-- easy breezy. Thanks Manar! :-D read more

Great place for prone repair. My phone was damaged had to be repaired and the customer service was top notch. Repaired as stated, kept my phone over night to insure that the glue for the screen replacement was completely dry. Could not tell that it wasn't a new phone. read more

Had my screen repaired. Cost me 200.00 an FB now have an alarm that the screen is not the right one that won't go away and won't turn on anymore when the screen is touched. When returned to have it corrected he said there's nothing he can do. They use cheap parts and will have issues. DO NOT use them!!! read more

Amazing service. Contacted them through Yelp about fixing my iPhone screen and got a prompt response for same day service on a Sunday at night too! Came in right before close and he was able to fix my phone in a matter of minutes and got a quick charge too so I could call an Uber. Thanks for the great service! read more

I emailed them to get my phone fixed because my sister did it with them a week before my glass cracked for a reasonable price; they charged me $15 more than what my sister paid. since I was debating on wether or not i wanted to get it fixed or get a new one, i didn't go. 2-3 days later, I email them again asking for a new quote, the guy added another $120 more which is $135 more than what my sister paid. I asked the guy if his price was negotiable or/and if i was able to pay the same price my sister paid; he said No. Thank God i found a place that were able to fix front and back for less than what they asked me to just replace the front screen. I'm so happy i didn't go to them because my sister's phone got worse and he asked for more money to screw it even more. On top of that he asked her to wait for him because he had to step out....it's been such a long time and he's still not back. IDk why they're still in business waste of money honestly!!! read more

Great service- always get my screen done in same minute as its broke. And of course cant walk out without getting new case - always something new. read more

LIKE COME ON MAN. read more

He was very helpful and honest. His price was reasonable and I'm happy to return if I ever need help with my iPhone again.

That's total failure. I gave them my iPhone 7 for fixed it's screen but they gave me back new screen and totally broken home button. Also they said, it was broken when I gave them. That's a obvious lie. Also, I was threatened by them. I have to accept and pay 100$ for that because I am in a travel and I have to fixed my Phone. Unfortunately, I went this place at first because of recommendation on Yelp. This was the worst thing I have had in USA. read more

I bought two iPhones on Lincoln road . Price were $39 for a glass protector & about $40 for a iPhone silicone cover with logo After searching reviews . I decided to visit IWireless . I message him about the cost on yelp . He said was $15 for glass protector & $20 for silicone cover .... it's was about 9:00 pm they were about to close . We arrived, me and a friend . The owner was very pleasant, and before we came in I thought he would not help us because he closes at 9 pm usually . Screen protector for two iPhone and cover very changed in minutes, not waiting time , very clean and profesional ... this guy is the best....... When I was there I asked if he had any screen protector for Nintendo switch . He said no , but I could bring the screen protector and he would install it for very cheap .... Try out this guy . Honest , professional ! And very pleasant . He knows how to treat people and would not rip you off . Excellent prices comparing to others . read more

Great spot..had an iPhone screen replaced this morning. Great service and a very nice person to work with. 30 minutes and the phone was as good as new at a very reasonable price. Also bought and had installed a screen protector that I should have had in the first place. Definitely recommend...hope we don't need the repair services on any other phone any time soon, but if we do this is the place I'd go in Miami Beach without hesitation. read more

Went in to get screen replaced on my iPhone 6S which is quite a pricey service in itself ($130). I paid $30 more for a case (15) and a glass screen protector (15) which the guy recommended. Service was great and the screen was fixed in about 10 mins. However, 2 days later I noticed a small crack in the glass screen protector. I had taken extra care of my phone since getting it fixed and definitely did not drop it! However the guy may as well have called me a liar as he wouldn't replace the cracked glass screen protector unless I paid $15 again. He came down to $7.50, but why should I pay for a faulty screen protector? It should not crack like that after 2 days. Shame he wouldn't have just replaced it as otherwise would have been a great experience. read more

I had a Groupon for this place to fix the screen on my iPhone 6. I dropped it- the guy was super nice and told me to come back in 30 minutes. I returned and everything was fixed and perfect. No nonsense, quick, and good customer service. This place is definitely in contrast to some other Miami spots. Highly recommended for your phone/ tech needs read more

There is a reason that this place is a 5 star store, the manager or the owner minar values customer service and satisfaction. After recently breaking my iPhone I've been searching for an establishment that won't break my wallet and will do a good job, and I found it. I wireless does a professional job on repairing I phone screens, they even give you warranty on the protection screens that they install !! Hopefully I won't break my phone again but if I do I know where to go !!! Just give them an hour and they will make your phone look brand spnkin new! Thank you read more

Then i came back because my backlight was broken. I never lost any information and works like new. Very nice, easy to with with. Definitely will recommend:) read more

I have a disappointed situation today with this shop. I had a groupon in my phone and the attendant didn't accept it on my phone. He requested a paper copy. After the glass of the phone was changed, and with 3 times to repair the button of the phone I paid $ 20 extra above my prepayment. Since I didn't have the paperwork I offered to go to my home and pick it and return. The attendant asked for my phone as a guaranty that I return. I refuse to leave my phone, and he closed the door and hit me as I was going out. He closed the door and call the police. When the police arrived (Police of Miami Beach), the officer stand with the owner of the shop and didn't care about me as being ataked by the owner of the shop. Finally my wife arrived with the paperwork and we left. I recommend to anybody not to go even close to this place. I was humillated and insulted by this person. Don't go to IWireles Miami. read more

This is the second time in less than a month that I went to this store. The first time I went in because of my broken screen. Everything was working fine until my screen went dark and it was impossible to reset. I went back to the store and Manar told me that I needed to replace my unbroken screen again. He told that the LCD was broken, he told me it was impossible to be broken and blamed me for the phone's issue. I reminded him that he was the one who fixed it a few weeks earlier. I agreed to get charge again to replace the screen because he started working on it even though he couldn't figure out the real problem. A few minutes later he left the store to tend to a personal matter. I then waited 1h and 30 minutes outside of the store because he instructed his assistant Maria to close the store. He then came back and only took 10 minutes to fix it. The level of professionalism when working with customers should be better. I expected more from this place. read more

I'm very disappointed! I'm on vacation in Miami & went in because I cracked my screen ( my phone still was working completely fine ) Mahoumad is who took my phone in & fixed it . He says he checked all the specs that was needed to be checked to make sure it was good to go . I leave the shop & carry on to my vacation, go to make a phone call ... then my phone shuts completely off . Phone turns back on & I now attempt to make a FaceTime call.... phone shuts off AGAIN. That's the first fuck up . Now without attempting to make anymore phone calls, my phone is just simply charging .... this phone has just been randomly shutting off & back on every 15-30 minutes . How am I supposed to make calls or even use my phone ??? I'm on vacation out here , now I can't get get around town or even use it to try to have someone help me get around town . I had to re-type this like 7 times because this shit is FUCKED UP! I recommend you all go somewhere else, spare your phone ! read more
