I did not have a good experience here. I dropped my phone and it spread from a crack to a black screen that appeared suddenly after functioning for several weeks. I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. The owner (Manar) is so honest & transparent it's very refreshing to see in South Beach & made fixing my phone a breeze. The model phone i have is rarer & so the moment i called him to ask for a quote, he honestly told me that i should just buy another new one of that model altogether. (Other phone places would offer to order the expensive screen replacement but i appreciated him trying to break down the value in the effort of me trying to fix this phone). Great place for prone repair. My phone was damaged had to be repaired and the customer service was top notch. Repaired as stated, kept my phone over night to insure that the glue for the screen replacement was completely dry. Could not tell that it wasn't a new phone. read more

Had my screen repaired. Cost me 200.00 an FB now have an alarm that the screen is not the right one that won't go away and won't turn on anymore when the screen is touched. I emailed them to get my phone fixed because my sister did it with them a week before my glass cracked for a reasonable price; they charged me $15 more than what my sister paid. since I was debating on wether or not i wanted to get it fixed or get a new one, i didn't go. 2-3 days later, I email them again asking for a new quote, the guy added another $120 more which is $135 more than what my sister paid. I asked the guy if his price was negotiable or/and if i was able to pay the same price my sister paid; he said No. Thank God i found a place that were able to fix front and back for less than what they asked me to just replace the front screen. I'm so happy i didn't go to them because my sister's phone got worse and he asked for more money to screw it even more. Went in to get screen replaced on my iPhone 6S which is quite a pricey service in itself ($130). I paid $30 more for a case (15) and a glass screen protector (15) which the guy recommended. Service was great and the screen was fixed in about 10 mins. However, 2 days later I noticed a small crack in the glass screen protector. I had taken extra care of my phone since getting it fixed and definitely did not drop it! However the guy may as well have called me a liar as he wouldn't replace the cracked glass screen protector unless I paid $15 again. He came down to $7.50, but why should I pay for a faulty screen protector? It should not crack like that after 2 days. Shame he wouldn't have just replaced it as otherwise would have been a great experience. read more

There is a reason that this place is a 5 star store, the manager or the owner minar values customer service and satisfaction. After recently breaking my iPhone I've been searching for an establishment that won't break my wallet and will do a good job, and I found it. I wireless does a professional job on repairing I phone screens, they even give you warranty on the protection screens that they install !! I have a disappointed situation today with this shop. I had a groupon in my phone and the attendant didn't accept it on my phone. He requested a paper copy. After the glass of the phone was changed, and with 3 times to repair the button of the phone I paid $ 20 extra above my prepayment. Since I didn't have the paperwork I offered to go to my home and pick it and return. The attendant asked for my phone as a guaranty that I return. I refuse to leave my phone, and he closed the door and hit me as I was going out. He closed the door and call the police. When the police arrived (Police of Miami Beach), the officer stand with the owner of the shop and didn't care about me as being ataked by the owner of the shop. Finally my wife arrived with the paperwork and we left. I recommend to anybody not to go even close to this place. I was humillated and insulted by this person. Don't go to IWireles Miami. read more

I'm very disappointed! I'm on vacation in Miami & went in because I cracked my screen ( my phone still was working completely fine ) Mahoumad is who took my phone in & fixed it . He says he checked all the specs that was needed to be checked to make sure it was good to go . I leave the shop & carry on to my vacation, go to make a phone call ... then my phone shuts completely off . Phone turns back on & I now attempt to make a FaceTime call.... phone shuts off AGAIN. That's the first fuck up . Now without attempting to make anymore phone calls, my phone is just simply charging .... this phone has just been randomly shutting off & back on every 15-30 minutes . How am I supposed to make calls or even use my phone ??? I'm on vacation out here , now I can't get get around town or even use it to try to have someone help me get around town .
