We took the phone to the Apple Store where the employees adamantly tried to convince us the phone was not repairable due to an issue with the motherboard. I took the phone to ACR. The gentleman that fixed my phone was extremely courteous and helpful. He showed me the problem with the phone. Repaired the phone for under $60 and I was out of the store with a working iPhone, a 90 day guarantee, and all in under 1 hour. 5 stars! I would recommend to all friends and family and I will certainly be back in the future, should I have any further issues. Thanks, ACR!

I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware.

The price for both seemed reasonable ($130) and the person at the kiosk told me it would take 40 minutes to repair. I RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK AT 2:15, nearly three hours after I dropped it off. When calling the manager and explaining my disappointment, he got defensive and told me he was offering me a very good price for the repair. He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. Not only did I never receive a call from the kiosk indicating that my phone was ready, but I they kept lying about when I should expect my phone back. The manager gave me excuses about how they were behind on their orders, even though I got there early. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The person at the kiosk offered me a cheap screen protector for my trouble yet seemed unapologetic to their lack to professionalism.
