I had problems with my all-in-one computer's fan and went to best buy (Geek Squad) and was told…read morethey could not provide me the service to replace my fan, so they suggested PC 911. At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911.

Additionally, there are other items for sale that they will introduce you to, but not force you to purchase. In fact, they remarked that I should think about it for 24 hours, and then decide. I'm probably going back for them to do the liquid glass protector. I realize why I didn't have a screen protector on my phone before!
