Then suddenly, while watching a show, POOF that was it ... TV was off. I had been to The Video Hospital years prior with a different TV, similar sort of issue, sound yes, but no image. The first experience was simple, straight forward, no nonsense, fairly priced. I called again, Eddy answered, they're open M-F 9a-7p, no charge for diagnosing. No charge for diagnosis, "WHAT?!" Where can you find that in 2026? You've got nothing to lose. I dropped off at 6pm on Friday, at precisely 11:11am on Monday Eddy called me with his diagnosis & price quote (extremely fair), and with my approval he'd have it ready for pickup in about :30 mins. It's rare to find this kind of service, pricing and turnaround anymore ... I'm incredibly grateful to The Video Hospital, and would recommend Eddy to anyone trying to avoid throwing away a still-good TV and unnecessarily buying a new one - we throw away too much good stuff. Try and fix it, you've got nothing to lose! And no, I'm not a friend or relative writing a fake review - The Video Hospital has served me well twice so far.
