My projector was really expensive and it was making a horrible buzzing noise, they fixed the color wheel, replaced the lamp, and cleaned the machine. The shop owner really had some patience with my machine & I don't regret bringing it here. Other reviews talk about it being more expensive than the estimate, but seem to fail to understand extra parts may be needed once repair starts. Now the picture is so vivid and the fan is so quiet. Only reviewing now because I don't think the rating makes sense considering how great they are.

Small shop (don't judge this book by its cover), BIG SERVICE, in my opinion 5 stars is not…read moreenough! My 70" Vizio, at least 10 years old (or more), the video image started acting weird when turning on, needed 2 or 3 attempts before the boot-up logo would appear. Then suddenly, while watching a show, POOF that was it ... TV was off. I had been to The Video Hospital years prior with a different TV, similar sort of issue, sound yes, but no image. The first experience was simple, straight forward, no nonsense, fairly priced. I called again, Eddy answered, they're open M-F 9a-7p, no charge for diagnosing. No charge for diagnosis, "WHAT?!" Where can you find that in 2026? You've got nothing to lose. I dropped off at 6pm on Friday, at precisely 11:11am on Monday Eddy called me with his diagnosis & price quote (extremely fair), and with my approval he'd have it ready for pickup in about :30 mins. It's rare to find this kind of service, pricing and turnaround anymore ... I'm incredibly grateful to The Video Hospital, and would recommend Eddy to anyone trying to avoid throwing away a still-good TV and unnecessarily buying a new one - we throw away too much good stuff. Try and fix it, you've got nothing to lose! And no, I'm not a friend or relative writing a fake review - The Video Hospital has served me well twice so far. I'll be back next time I have an issue, hopefully Eddy's there for many more years!

I had problems with my all-in-one computer's fan and went to best buy (Geek Squad) and was told…read morethey could not provide me the service to replace my fan, so they suggested PC 911. At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911.
