The price for both seemed reasonable ($130) and the person at the kiosk told me it would take 40 minutes to repair. I RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK AT 2:15, nearly three hours after I dropped it off. When calling the manager and explaining my disappointment, he got defensive and told me he was offering me a very good price for the repair. He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. Not only did I never receive a call from the kiosk indicating that my phone was ready, but I they kept lying about when I should expect my phone back. The manager gave me excuses about how they were behind on their orders, even though I got there early. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The person at the kiosk offered me a cheap screen protector for my trouble yet seemed unapologetic to their lack to professionalism. Then I get an attempt for a charge on my card for an invoice that included shipping to which I did not agree to. thankfully my bank declined the charge as it was unknown. I texted her saying to just keep the broken iPad at this point. The iPad was a gift to our son from my father, which is the only reason I considered getting it back after she was basically charging me the cost of a new one just to repair it. Would also like to add that any company which makes you sign papers and doesn't get you a copy of what you signed is probably trying to scam you. Now I know for next time. Conclusion: shady business.
