At the same time I noticed that they also did computer repair, I was having some minor issues with my laptop and figured why not bring it in. I had mentioned that my computer had some viruses & that it was over heating. I emphasized that I needed all the material on the computer and that I did not want anything to be erased. They assured me that they could do it. They estimated the repair to be about 3-5 business days in order for parts to be delivered. I waited two and a half weeks for my laptop to be repaired. Far longer then what they had estimated. Upon arrival I was informed that they deleted all of my data because I had not approved a data back up which was not mentioned at the time of service even though the lab top memo clearly stated "customer needs her data, be careful" I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in their service. The entire purpose of the repair was to maintain all of my stored work, if I had wanted a clean hard drive I would have invested in a new laptop. Long story short, the shop is only efficient in cell phone repair. I will not be returning.

They made an appointment for me with this business for today at 300pm and said that they would take care of the costs. I was greatly relieved from the promises and drove out to this business. I was helped by Nori, who was pleasant and understanding. After listening to me explain what had happened, she gently explained that their business does not work at all with Apps. My mouth fell open. Why did Verizon send me here then? Nori said that I would have to go directly to WhatsApp and get help from them in order to retrieve my messages. She felt so bad for me having to drive all that way and not get results. I couldn't believe what had just happened. She then asked for my phone and somehow magically she was able to reinstall the app but could not figure out how to retrieve my messages or that maybe they were lost. I would have to go to WhatsApp directly. I appreciated Nori for explaining the process and reinstalling the app. I feel she went the extra mile to satisfy me, a future customer. There was a huge crack in the middle of a screen, making the touchpad unusable. I brought my own screen, bought from asus website but I was told that in this case the repairs won't be covered. And for a screen from their screen I have to wait. That's alright I thought. Two days later, got a call saying the part has arrived. They fixed pretty quick, no issues here. Bringing laptop home I realized the bezel is not afixed correctly, there are lots of glue all over the screen and small crack in the corner. Not sure if it happened when I opened the laptop or they gave it like this to me. Brought it back. And that's where the circus begun. "Screen functioning with no issues so we can only refund the labor" - their words. So not only the new "broken" screen is never been covered, the broken bezel is not covered as well. Reporting it to BBB and claiming chargeback from the bank.
