Came here to repair my phones camera and flash. Attendant informed me that it would cost from $80.00-$190.00 max. Waited while he attended customers, as he was the only one working on a Saturday morning, and after an hour and a half proceeded to inform me the he was no longer sure if it was the camera or the board because he didn't have a camera to confirm his diagnosis. He then told me that if I decided to repair it the cost would be between $240-$280 and that in his opinion it would not be worth it. When I asked for my phone back he then informed me that there was a $30 diagnosis fee. Mind you that there was no definite diagnosis given or any information about a fee being charged before handing over my phone. I Do not recommend this establishment. read more

My Apple Watch screen loosened up by itself. When I tried to see if I could repair it through apple, it was too expensive. I searched for an affordable alternative on yelp and found steady fix. I'm glad I found them because they were able to "glue" back the screen and were able to pinpoint what caused the Apple Watch adhesive to give up. When I returned to pick up, he told me that I must work in extreme heat because he could tell that heat was the culprit in the adhesive of the Watch giving up. While I don't work in heat, I do go into my infrared sauna daily with my watch on. I won't be doing that anymore. So glad my Apple Watch is saved and I can still use it. I payed a fraction of what apple would have charged. Staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking since it's located in a big shopping center. read more

Horrible service and employees are extremely rude. They give you a price and once they work on your item and you go to pick it up the price has increased. These guys are scam artist! Funny how you're trying to say I'm lying when 3 employees including Barbara even said you agreed on one price of $120 after services were applied the price went up again. First went from $60 to $70 and then $75 on an icloud removal. We also keep notes of prices for future business visit but yes we lied for better pricing. More like I got involved because your pricing keep changing with each conversation. You're a liar and con artist David! Your receipt even shows a discrepancy in price! To start off, the guy that works here has no manners. As soon as we walk in, we didn't get welcomed. He stayed talking to a customer and we stood there for 5 minutes and then the guy finally says "I'll be right with you". My experience got worse as this guy explained to us the pricing and the most minuscule details about what he'd to do fix our phone. He was definitely over charging and under sharing. Super sketchy. I'm glad I left and called a few more places and instantly got a way better rate and way better customer service. People need to work on their customer service skills and hospitality. 0/10 do not recommend this place to anyone. So the first time I came here, I got my phone screen fixed & my charger port replaced...everything went perfect, good prices, decent customer service. Fast forward a couple months, my phone completely died for the first time since having the charger port replaced. & stayed with a black screen & didn't want to charge up...I decided I would go to the same store that fixed it & see what was wrong with it. We get in the store & explain the situation exactly how I did here. The guy tells me "it's a software problem, but all you need to do is hook it up to iTunes"...I tell him sure but the problem is, the phone is refusing to charge, so it's not even registering that something is being plugged in. He then tells me "I can pay $50 to have them either repair the software issue or replace the battery, or I can just try to plug it in at home "....so I ask him clear as day, so all you have to do is connect to iTunes & do a basic reset...he says yes, then I ask, so how are you going to do it, considering the the device isn't even registering the charger being plugged in.... he literally responds by telling me that they have their own methods, and obviously he can't tell me...but I am free to try at home if I'd like. So the issue I have is that they fixed the phone less than a few months back...the charger port specifically. One would think they would at least run a test on the charger port or at least look at the phone & diagnose it. But the guy was just insistent on giving $50 to fix it...one YouTube video later, my phone is on & working perfect again...& I took it another repair shop just Incase, & free of charge, they looked at it & made sure the charger port was working good....overall this place comes off very shady & scam like. They have good prices for fixing screens. But other than that; the customer service is trash. For me to be a repeat customer & then have you chuckle in my face & tell me "obviously I can't tell you how we would fix it" & not even offer to look at the phone first. Three months later the problems came back and people were having trouble hearing me, even on speaker. I was ready for a new phone but found SteadyFix online - nice shop, bilingual and they said charging problems are almost always remedied with a good cleaning. I had a speaker out and dirt in the charging and microphone ports. That made sense since I'm a roofer and don't use a case. I have been to many other places (I'm a little careless with my phone ) amd one place messed it up twice and even ruined the touch ID which is permanent. I was called on my husbands phone for updates if anything popped up. I was questioned for approval for everything before it was fixed. Nothing shady. David was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show and educate me to understand why my phone was having this problem and how he was going to repair it. Took longer than promised to replace my iwatch glass and they never communicated with me about what was going on.

I came to this store Sunday with a broken screen. They informed me that it would cost me $210.00 dollars to repair. They said the screen should be here Monday. Since it was Sunday I was like okay maybe he didn't realize. Called Tuesday since I had left a $150 deposit to follow up on the screen. Turns out not there. They called me eventually after multiple calls throughout the week and it arrived on Friday afternoon. Took it on Saturday at around 3 in the afternoon. Turns out he says 40 minutes to repair. I ended up returning at 6 just to see them fixing other people's phones on the spot, I ended up closing the store with them at 8 while I sat and waited for 2 hours. He ends up selling me an Otterbox and a special UV light screen protector for another $60.00. I leave and realize the touch screen was very sensitive and ended up resetting my fingerprint and all that. Go back this morning, less than 24 hours after their repair because the phone screen was going crazy and clicking itself, until the screen just turned green go back to ask them to repair and they have nerves to ask me to cover another screen at half with them, with the poor excuse that I should have not left until I saw it was working. Can you understand what a lack of customer service and care for customer satisfaction to not accept that they may have just screwed up installing the screen altogether due to them being very short-staffed and then rushing to get it done in order to close? I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, some guy came in trying to sell them a "lost" phone, they turned it on and said, someone is trying to locate the phone, come back in 3 or 4 days if the message disappears I will buy for $115.00.
