I would definitely recommend this place for your phone repair needs. The place seems organized and clean, and the service is very fast, friendly and professional. David helped me get a quote, and Herald(I don't know if I spelled it right) and the other guy that works in the store were very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I'm very satisfied with the fast repair and the price was reasonable. read more

I have gone to steady fix and both times my iPad was repaired within a couple of hours and left like new

Quick and easy. Very fast and affordable.. phone was fixed over a month ago and still no issues or problems Great job and would recommend

Came here to repair my phones camera and flash. Attendant informed me that it would cost from $80.00-$190.00 max. Waited while he attended customers, as he was the only one working on a Saturday morning, and after an hour and a half proceeded to inform me the he was no longer sure if it was the camera or the board because he didn't have a camera to confirm his diagnosis. He then told me that if I decided to repair it the cost would be between $240-$280 and that in his opinion it would not be worth it. When I asked for my phone back he then informed me that there was a $30 diagnosis fee. Mind you that there was no definite diagnosis given or any information about a fee being charged before handing over my phone. I Do not recommend this establishment. read more

really good service, very quick and not pricy, a pleasure to be there, a quiet place and i'll be there again trying to repair my other stuff with them read more

Fast service on my walk in on Saturday morning to have my shattered iPhone screen replaced. Highly recommend SteadyFix.

My Apple Watch screen loosened up by itself. When I tried to see if I could repair it through apple, it was too expensive. I searched for an affordable alternative on yelp and found steady fix. I'm glad I found them because they were able to "glue" back the screen and were able to pinpoint what caused the Apple Watch adhesive to give up. When I returned to pick up, he told me that I must work in extreme heat because he could tell that heat was the culprit in the adhesive of the Watch giving up. While I don't work in heat, I do go into my infrared sauna daily with my watch on. I won't be doing that anymore. So glad my Apple Watch is saved and I can still use it. I payed a fraction of what apple would have charged. Staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking since it's located in a big shopping center. read more

Great price Fast repair I went to steady fix three times before, I have a great experience , highly recommend them, you can't beat the price read more

Horrible! Stayed with iwatch! Everytime i went female clerk said owner was out! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .....

iPad was repaired same day. We dropped it off and went to lunch, and by the time we were done, my iPad was ready. Best of all -- it's a great screen without hypersensitivity like I've experienced elsewhere. Thank you SteadyFix!!! read more

Super fast and friendly. And great value! Will def go back for screen repair on iphone!

Horrible service and employees are extremely rude. They give you a price and once they work on your item and you go to pick it up the price has increased. These guys are scam artist! Funny how you're trying to say I'm lying when 3 employees including Barbara even said you agreed on one price of $120 after services were applied the price went up again. First went from $60 to $70 and then $75 on an icloud removal. We also keep notes of prices for future business visit but yes we lied for better pricing. More like I got involved because your pricing keep changing with each conversation. You're a liar and con artist David! Your receipt even shows a discrepancy in price! Anyone who contacts you should record their conversation to avoid what we went through with you. You're unprofessional and a rude prick! read more

Replaced the screen on my I-Watch they did a great job works fine now, i am happy to recommend this business.

It's not often that I come across a business in south Florida that I would recommend to others, but this place was really great. I highly recommend this place. Thank you! read more

To start off, the guy that works here has no manners. As soon as we walk in, we didn't get welcomed. He stayed talking to a customer and we stood there for 5 minutes and then the guy finally says "I'll be right with you". My experience got worse as this guy explained to us the pricing and the most minuscule details about what he'd to do fix our phone. He was definitely over charging and under sharing. Super sketchy. I'm glad I left and called a few more places and instantly got a way better rate and way better customer service. People need to work on their customer service skills and hospitality. 0/10 do not recommend this place to anyone. I feel bad for the older generation that doesn't know any better and over pays for their half-ass service. read more

So the first time I came here, I got my phone screen fixed & my charger port replaced...everything went perfect, good prices, decent customer service. Fast forward a couple months, my phone completely died for the first time since having the charger port replaced. & stayed with a black screen & didn't want to charge up...I decided I would go to the same store that fixed it & see what was wrong with it. We get in the store & explain the situation exactly how I did here. The guy tells me "it's a software problem, but all you need to do is hook it up to iTunes"...I tell him sure but the problem is, the phone is refusing to charge, so it's not even registering that something is being plugged in. He then tells me "I can pay $50 to have them either repair the software issue or replace the battery, or I can just try to plug it in at home "....so I ask him clear as day, so all you have to do is connect to iTunes & do a basic reset...he says yes, then I ask, so how are you going to do it, considering the the device isn't even registering the charger being plugged in.... he literally responds by telling me that they have their own methods, and obviously he can't tell me...but I am free to try at home if I'd like. So the issue I have is that they fixed the phone less than a few months back...the charger port specifically. One would think they would at least run a test on the charger port or at least look at the phone & diagnose it. But the guy was just insistent on giving $50 to fix it...one YouTube video later, my phone is on & working perfect again...& I took it another repair shop just Incase, & free of charge, they looked at it & made sure the charger port was working good....overall this place comes off very shady & scam like. They have good prices for fixing screens. But other than that; the customer service is trash. For me to be a repeat customer & then have you chuckle in my face & tell me "obviously I can't tell you how we would fix it" & not even offer to look at the phone first. Is super unprofessional & rude. read more

I had an Ipad Pro with a broken glass. David was the only one to offer replacing the glass without the screen. They fixed it in 2 days as promised and the Ipad looks and works as new. Highly recommended. read more

The battery on my Apple Watch would barely last an hour, I took it to steady fix and they got it all fixed for me with 24 hours. Service was good, I would definitely recommend read more

I had taken my phone somewhere else for charging problems. They charged me almost $200 for a part and labor. Three months later the problems came back and people were having trouble hearing me, even on speaker. I was ready for a new phone but found SteadyFix online - nice shop, bilingual and they said charging problems are almost always remedied with a good cleaning. I had a speaker out and dirt in the charging and microphone ports. That made sense since I'm a roofer and don't use a case. They cleaned it up for a very reasonable price and the phone is fine. read more

Good service with friendly staff and honest prices. I had my Moto G7 screen repaired there and it was fast and easy. Good communication with the store and flexibility on the delivery times. I would definitely return if needed and recommend it to anyone. Thanks! read more

Fix my Apple Watch & iPhone all I have to do is just sit & wait for an hour. Best price too!!! If I went to the Apple store they charge me 300 for my phone & 200 for my watch & I wouldn't have it for a week or longer. RECOMMEND STEADYFIX! read more

Amazing.... Even though it's in Hialeah the person who helps you speaks English as well. I have been to many other places (I'm a little careless with my phone ) amd one place messed it up twice and even ruined the touch ID which is permanent. I was called on my husbands phone for updates if anything popped up. I was questioned for approval for everything before it was fixed. Nothing shady. Will be coming back if I ever need a fix again (hopefully not ). El mejor lugar para arreglar su telefono! Rapido y te pregunta todo antes de arreglar para no hay sopresas cuando vas a pagar. read more

Efficient. Rapid response via Yelp text messaging. Stated cracked screen would be repaired in 20-30 minutes. I showed up around 455 waited in line for 10 minutes. Rep took my phone repaired it and paid and was out the door by 520. Could not ask for better service in Miami. Highly recommended for busy schedules and a phone that is vital part of their job. read more

I will most definitely be back when I need a phone repaired. My daughter's iPhone 6 Plus was having touch screen issues. David was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show and educate me to understand why my phone was having this problem and how he was going to repair it. I am really good about doing my due diligence and getting quotes in advance. A few other places I had reached out to were nowhere as informational as David and they even told me that there was a good chance the phone could die during repair. The girl at the front (think her name was Marisel) was really nice as well and called me within a couple hours as soon as the phone was ready to be picked up. read more

Very good prices and very fast I recommend this place if you have a cracked or water damaged phone

As soon as I walked in short notice I was attended by staff. The tech even gave me the most cost effective option.

Took longer than promised to replace my iwatch glass and they never communicated with me about what was going on.

I came to this store Sunday with a broken screen. They informed me that it would cost me $210.00 dollars to repair. They said the screen should be here Monday. Since it was Sunday I was like okay maybe he didn't realize. Called Tuesday since I had left a $150 deposit to follow up on the screen. Turns out not there. They called me eventually after multiple calls throughout the week and it arrived on Friday afternoon. Took it on Saturday at around 3 in the afternoon. Turns out he says 40 minutes to repair. I ended up returning at 6 just to see them fixing other people's phones on the spot, I ended up closing the store with them at 8 while I sat and waited for 2 hours. He ends up selling me an Otterbox and a special UV light screen protector for another $60.00. I leave and realize the touch screen was very sensitive and ended up resetting my fingerprint and all that. Go back this morning, less than 24 hours after their repair because the phone screen was going crazy and clicking itself, until the screen just turned green go back to ask them to repair and they have nerves to ask me to cover another screen at half with them, with the poor excuse that I should have not left until I saw it was working. Can you understand what a lack of customer service and care for customer satisfaction to not accept that they may have just screwed up installing the screen altogether due to them being very short-staffed and then rushing to get it done in order to close? I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, some guy came in trying to sell them a "lost" phone, they turned it on and said, someone is trying to locate the phone, come back in 3 or 4 days if the message disappears I will buy for $115.00. What a horrible place! read more

I am very happy with the repair done by David. The professionalism was top notch. He was very responsive and forth coming when I was messaging him through the Yelp chat. Gave me all the info I asked for quickly. I can't imagine why this business has only 12 reviews as he quoted the best price and gave me a guarantee on the work. I checked many businesses and he was the best. I would recommend going here for your repair needs. read more
