I was very impressed at his ability to Decipher the issue. He literally pointed out what it was in front of me so I saw how he found the issue and resolved it. Unlike the so called Geniuses that format your disk as their one solution for all things. He does all techie repairs phones, laptops, computers etc.... and has a couch to wait if it's a quick turn around and lends you a charger even. While I was there many customers came in picked up there stuff and were on their way greeting each other like old friends. Good vibes all around. It's personalized friendly fast prompt reasonably Priced service. I hope he does well but also that he keeps that level of personalized and effective customer service. Also a plus for me is literally walking distance so the visit was effortless. Really recommend this place.

At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911.
