Before going to 24/7 Wireless I went to various cell phone stores to get my daughters phone fixed and I got the something from every store, you're gonna have to purchase a new phone.Before purchasing a new phone I said let me try one more store, as soon as I walk in I was greeted and treated like family, Hugo was the person who helped me out and he seems very knowledgeable about what he was telling me. Finally I was told that yes the issue that my daughters phone had was fixable. Long story short they fix the phone that all the other stores couldn't. I have been going to this store for years, especially every time my wife cracks her iPhone screen. I drive all the way from Homestead to hialeah for a few reasons. They have competitive pricing, which makes it worth the drive. The atmosphere is enjoyable while waiting, which doesn't make me feel like I am wasting time sitting. Most importantly, they get the job done right the first time around with the services I've needed. If the issue was not a service they provided, they at least gave me enough information and directions to get it done. Their techs give me a piece of mind, which goes a long way. It gives me another reason to visit the abuelitos in Hialeah. As for paying my phone bill, I just take care of that online on their website without any issues. read more

It was the end of my vacation when my IPhone 6 screen cracked. I called my phone insurance just to tell me that I had to pay $200 to get my phone fixed. There was no way I was going to pay that much thus I came across 24/7 Wireless on yelp I read the reviews and decided on this business. When I got there the staff was friendly and said I only had to wait 2 hrs for the phone to be fixed. I left it there and in a few minutes (maybe 15 minutes) I got a text telling me my phone was ready. I came to pick it up and my phone was as good as new. A friend recommended this place. I decided to give it a try to get my screen fixed after I was told at another store it would take around 3 hours for them to fix my phone. Once at 24/7 Wireless, the staff was very friendly and i was taken care of really fast. They told me to wait 30 minutes and that"s exactly the time they took to fix my phone. Was having battery issues with the iPhone so decided to check these guys out. They were recommended by a friend and I'm glad I went to 24/7 Wireless. The staff was friendly and was eager to help. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and were professional, took care of me as quickly as could be expected. I was probably in and out within the hour. After going through tons of yelp reviews for screen repair places 24/7 Wireless caught my eye due to their great reviews, even though it was a little far from me I decided to make the drive anyway & I'm so glad I did! The last place i went to destroyed the screws that are at the bottom and next to the charging cable but here everything is in contact. I wouldn't go anywhere else other than here now.
