This place is great. Highly recommend. I was looking for a place to fix the back of my iPhone 7 camera. I came across 24/7 wireless on here saw their review. I decided to contact them through here. I knew they were a 25-30 min drive but it's a worth of a drive. Hugo not only gave me a affordable price he told me to speak to Daniel on the phone. Daniel is very kind and told me I can come in. He was able to fix it since that piece was in stock i their store. He fixed it in less then 10 mins. Now I can say the back of my camera on my iPhone 7 looks brand new and it takes better pictures. A big thank you. I'll be definitely refer people to this place. read more

I usually don't leave a comment but this place by far is the best. I came in to get my partner phone fix screen & it was quick. The price was unbeatable. I would highly recommend. Thank you for help and your professionalism. read more

Had 24/7 Wireless replace a Samsung 7 Edge battery which I supplied, and he also replaced it's severely cracked back cover. Augustin was personable and he did a great job as the 5 year old cell phone now works better than new, with a new 4500 mah battery instead of the original 3600 mah battery. Should another phone require repair, I will happily return. Augustin also advised me to use my battery case charger only when the phone's battery is very low as it diminishes the phone's battery life. read more

Excellent service at a great price. Plus, same day service! Also, very friendly people behind the counter. Highly recommended! - Miguel Restrepo read more

Came here to drop off my husband's iPhone, which had both sides completely cracked after being dropped. For less than $150 they were able to fix it the very same day. However once picked up, I was told the camera wasn't working for face id and the cash discount I was told about earlier did not apply. 4 stars for the service on fixing the phone (for the most part). It's in working condition, which is what he needed in the meantime we can find someone to repair what couldn't be done. read more

My 9 year old downloaded a game that froze his phone. After realizing I needed professional help, I bright it into 24/7 wireless. The girl at the counter (I didn't get her name but she had pink hair) resolved the problem in seconds. Very rarely are things like this so easy. I will definitely be going back. read more

This place is amazing. I was a little nervous trying to get my phone fixed because of the price but when I heard the pricing at 24/7, I just knew I wanted to come back and get another repair here too. They are very affordable, has great customer service, and the overall experience is just top tier. I even got 2 phone fixed and a computer getting fixed all worth the price. read more

This business should be the poster child for how all businesses are run. I ran across 24/7 Wireless on the Internet while trying to find a cell phone repair shop that could repair the power button on my iPhone 4s. I had been to a number of shops already and was told that the repair would exceed the value of the phone and was just not worth the cost. Other shops said that the phone couldn't be repaired as the parts were no longer available. Hugo, the owner of 24/7, said that repairing the phone would not be a problem and to bring it in. He also quoted a price of $30. Although I live quite a distance away, the positive Yelp reviews of this business convinced me that the drive would be worthwhile - best decision ever. The moment you walk into the store you are greeted with a smile and a hello. The folks here are professional, highly personable, and have a natural ability to put you at ease and make you feel at home. I left my iPhone in their capable hands and explored Hialeah for the next couple of hours until the phone was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, Hugo handed me my phone (now functioning perfectly) and said "Thank you". I thanked him as well and asked "How much do I owe you?" His answer again was "Thank you". I was in total shock...Hugo would not charge me for the repair. This place and the people who work here are AWESOME. A few days later I received a follow-up message from the shop asking if the repair was ok. Is that incredible? How many businesses do you know of these days that have that degree of customer care and service? I'll bet not too many. Guess what? 2 days ago I received a 2-week follow-up email from 24/7 Wireless just checking back to make sure everything is going well. These guys are far beyond a 5-star rating...they're off the scale. Regardless of where you live in Dade or Broward County, this is the one-stop shop to go to for all of your wireless needs. I've recommended these folks to my family and friends, and I know you will too once you've had the pleasure of their service. Thanks again for everything. read more

Hugo and his staff gave me a good deal. They fixed my iphone 5s cracked screen. Found out my battery had swollen...it made sense why the charging was off and on. Fixed that too. Solid business and straight shooters. Big guy behind the desk was honest. Can't go wrong here. One stop shop with best prices I found after reaching out to about 5 businesses. read more

If you live in the Hialeah area you know Hugo and his team are the best around! They truly are great! They go out of their way to help their customers. Went today after having an issue with my iPhone for the last few days. The only choice I was given at all these places, including Apple, was just to get a new phone and lose all my data. I decided to give it another shot at getting it fixed and found 24/7 Wireless online. I gave them a call and spoke to Hugo, or Peter, depending on how he answers the phone at the particular time. lol He was very friendly and helpful. Once there, I was quickly taken care of. The service was exceptional. Hugo knew what he was talking about and was able to solve my problem. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Add great service to that and this place has become my go-to place for phone repairs. I also noticed that the good service was not just given by Hugo, but by all his employees. They also have jokes. Lots of them. The customers, myself included, really liked that. read more

This was actually the worst. I thought they had done a great job but at the end of the day I had to go 2 more times to get it fixed. Once because the screen wasn't working, another because the screen would turn black. I left my phone there for 2 hours the first time and 4 the next time. Never again. read more

Excellent costumer service , I came in to fix my iPhone screen and it only took 15minutes . By for the most affordable place . On top of that I also saved on the coupon. I will be definitely coming back when my phone needs repaired. Highly recommend this place read more

I needed to get my "Home" button replaced on my old 4S, I didn't want to spend a fortune on the old phone as I was gonna give it a gift! I called maybe 15 places before finally ending up going to 24/7 Wireless in Hialeah, these guys were so helpful and beaming a huge smile! They know how to take care of their customers! The gave me an estimate and also honored nice discount! They just got a brand new ticket tracking system, where you get emails from the time they start working on your phone until it's fixed! I have a great inexpensive GOTO Place for all my phone repairs and service in Miami now! Thanks a million Hugo(owner), Daniel and Mark You guys are the best! More referrals coming your ways! Update -8/14/17: I took my iPhone 5C to get speaker replaced, Offcourse Danny gave me a sweet deal, but then he looked at the phone and said I don't even need to replace it and fixed it for me in 5 mins for FREE ! Way to go on your honesty and integrity guys! Muchas Gracias! read more

Best service I've ever experience. The customer service is superb. They have the best selection and the fastest turn around on repairs. They treat you like family. I love this place. read more

This place is fantastic! MetroPCS told me my phone was a goner, and I had no other choice than to buy a new phone from them. In an online chat, Hugo told me he could fix the old one for $20, and that if the repair wasn't successful, he wouldn't charge me a dime. I drove down from Davie, and Daniel fixed it while I waited. It works just fine now. These guys saved me a ton of money. If you need a phone repair, you can trust 24/7 Wireless. They're honest, efficient, friendly, and they'll save you money whenever possible. read more

Had to get my battery replaced on an iphone 5. Nice guys and a clean shop. Fixed my battery in 30 minutes. They give you a 30 or 90 day warranty (sorry i wish i can remember off of the top of my head) on the part as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. read more

After completely trashing my phone, I was looking for a reliable screen repair business near Hialeah that wouldn't charge me basically the price of a new phone. After searching Yelp for a few days, I decided on them! Thank God I did. You walk in and everyone is very helpful and the service is great! Most of all they speak English and the turnaround was less than an hour. Very fairly priced and they even included a screen protector. Very happy with the outcome. Let's hope I keep my screen intact, but just in case I know where to come back to. read more

The owner of the place didn't even try to help in fixing or replacing the phone and 5 hours to reply with a no is a complete and utter waste of time I dont understand how the place was rated 5 stars it should be 3 at most the service provided wasn't even helpful at all I hoped for better service and quick responses but this place is lacking alot I bet if I took my phone to a sedanos with a simple mobile in it they probably would fix or replace it for me read more

They are awesome! Besides being the only place opened on a Sunday around that area, they made the search worth while. The services I needed wasn't such a big deal but, it needed to be taken care of. When Hugo finished with my cell and I asked for the cost, he said "Thank you". It took me back, and I even questioned him, "are you serious"? Without hesitation he said, no worries, it was nothing. Never did I imagine that. It blew my mind, because although it's something simple, It's nice to see that there some good people out there. I live near Aventura but from now on, I will definitely take the trips whenever I need a service. Hugo and Jaime, were both very friendly! Thank you guys! read more

Amazing service I was able to wait for my shattered iPhone screen repair while they fixed it on the spot! Super nice staff- I will definitely recommend to my friends!!! read more

There is no place better in Miami to get your phones fixed - they are HONEST, do a great job - even fixing things that other cellphone repair shops in the past haven't been able to fix - pleasant, helpful - and they stand by their work. Daniel is great, their prices are extremely competitive and a lot better than other places - if you're in Miami (I work in Hialeah, that's how I found them) - even if it's a bit of a drive for you, it's worth it. They will get the job done RIGHT. Thank you Daniel for repairing the charging port on my LG G3!! read more

Awesome pros in this store. I had my two iPhones unlocked here. The owner Hugo gave me the best quote on Yelp out of 10 other quotes. They unlocked my phones the next day. Thank you Daniel and Mark for your quick and professional service. I would definitely recommend this store to others who needs service with iPhones or similar devices. read more

Hi got the screen of my Asus cell phone broken. Be cause it's not a model usual, I did not find a place to repair it. After some searches and questions on the Net, I got an answer from 24/7 Wireless. After few questions, they ordered the part. I had my iPad Mini with a broken screen as well, so I took the opportunity to have both of them repaired. I went to the shop where I was welcome by very kind people. I let the two devices and got a ticket. They called me two hours later, everything was done. I picked up my two brand new like electronic devices... They made a very great job. Everything has been done with perfection. And they even made a special price for the second item. I am really fully satisfied with their job and kindness. I recommend this service in the case you need to have your phone or other devices repaired. Their prices are really down what some people ask in malls or shopping centers. Even one asked more than a hundred bucks to repair my cellphone, they charged me only 65 at 24/7 Wireless. Thanks guys for your job! read more
