LG Refrigerator Service: A&K are contracted through LG for which I payed a flat fee through LG. A&K Technician that arrived was on time and professional. Got right to work and (cross my fingers) fixed the Linear Compressor and other parts. Nice and professional. A&K was prepared for proper documentation needed to enter and work in a High Rise in Aventura. read more

I haven't been there in a long while but they do and or did fix things at a reasonable price. I haven't gone in a while because it is somewhat far from home. I wait till I have a couple of more items to fix and then take it there. I used to love the place. I need to go and find out if it is still open. There phone number doesnt work they may not have updated it on yelp or where ever they have it read more

This is a piece of crap company. I took my TV there and they promised it would be done on time and it was not. You call many times and they make empty promises. After 3 months my television still doesn't work. I wasted my time, money and energy trying to help a small business when I should have just bought a new TV on Black Friday. Well, I learned my lesson. Never do company with a small electronics repair store. Take your TV to a bigger company or buy a new one, this company sucks and should be disappointed at their lack of honesty. read more

I made the mistake of trying this company with a flat screen that would not power "on" After three attempts and returns to the shop I asked for a refund. For some reason I went back with a stereo receiver and a VCR recorder about two years later and soon remembered why I didn't like this company. After long delays, broken promises of calls to report the status, and a failure rate of 100% on these three devices I asked for a full refund. Its the only thing they did right. For the life of me, I don't know how these clowns make a living or pay their rent. Every time I went into the store the phone was rining off the wall with angry customers and "Ray" the owner spent more time making apologies and excuses than fixing anything. The half empty whisky bottle in the back office gave me a hint at part of the problem. read more

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Was told my TV would be fixed with in one business day. Three weeks later they still have not called me. I, however called them three times and was always told that they are fixing the problem and it should be fixed within a day or so. Maybe they will fix my TV and I will update my review of their company. But for now it has been an horrible experience. read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE! I REPEAT! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY ! I WAITED A MONTH, HAD TO REFUND MY MONEY AND LOST $30 DEPOSIT FEE This guy "Ray" the owner of the shop, is a complete FOOL with terrible customer service I sent my Canon DSLR camera in 9-29, today 10-27 and I ended up having to ask for my refund. This guy took my camera told me it'll take 3 hours to fix but the most time consuming part would be the part he ordered that supposedly comes in 3 days, so he told me it'll be fixed in a week. A week passes by, I ask him for the status, THEN he starts playing the run around game. He tells you his tech is still working on it, he'll call you back.....Never calls back. I call back, he now says the piece is coming in from new york that the tech will have it by the weekend...That goes by, 2 weeks later. I ask him so any luck, he gives me the run around AGAIN telling me he promises he'll call me back and have it fixed within the weekend. Another week goes by, 3 weeks I tell him im fed up, he tells me to come in the next two days it's done for sure. Now almost a month, im fed up with him and I tell him I need the camera, he lied and said " the camera has a glue that has to dry up, ill give you a call in an hour to pick up your camera, it works perfectly just have to wait", I waited and nothing, no call back AGAIN! (This guy never called me every time he said he was going to, I lost count after the tenth time), now today I show up and has the nerve to tell me to come back in 4 hours so the tech comes, I laughed at his face and told him to give me my refund. He didn't even apologize for the time and was talking on the phone giving me attitude because I asked for the refund. I lost $30 for the deposit and refunded the money I paid for the fix ($70). Long story short, the OWNER will take your money, try to play you and give you the run around game, and never ends up fixing the product. Look at the reviews before mine and on google, he does this repeatedly, I cannot believe I didnt check the review before starting this repair with him, I am another victim. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUYS SERVICES!!! read more

I called them first to discuss the problem with my TV. The A &K Electronics employee immediately cut me off and told me to just bring it in for a FREE estimate. I dropped the TV off the same day. After two weeks, they called me to come pick up the TV because they could not duplicate the problem and was therefore unable to diagnose the issue. The technician then mentioned a "nominal service charge of $49.99, plus tax." I reminded him of the free estimate, and he responded by saying that had they been able to diagnose the problem, they would not have charged me, but now they have to be compensated for their wasted time. I was shocked -- how does a free estimate to do nothing to the TV now cost $50? Maybe they do provide free estimates to do actual work on electronics, but beware of having to pay "$49.99 plus tax" for incompetence and rudeness. Absolute WORST customer service experience ever! read more

Like the others said, do NOT take your equipment here for repair. I dropped off vintage receiver and ended up having to take it back six months later. Every day it was another excuse. Every single day. I finally had to go and take it in person. Ray had the nerve to try and charge me so I grabbed the receiver off the table and left without paying. The best part is when I get home and open it, NOTHING HAD BEEN TOUCHED. read more

SO DISHONEST!!! I paid almost $100 for a "repair" that lasted less than a couple of hours!!! The next day when I came back so they give me my money back since they did NOT fix the tv, they responded ruthlessly and literally they gave me five minutes to prove the problem was still there. After I proved the problem persisted they refused to give me the money back! SO DISHONEST!!! DESHONESTIDAD TOTAL!!! DESHONESTIDAD TOTAL!!! read more

I would agree this business is not up to par.. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. Go elsewhere I made the mistake without reviewing the business but I was steered to this place due to being close by. BUT OMG WHAT A MISTAKE.!!!! This guy is a schiester. I tried to explain to him that if hes having so much problem its because he DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER. One says one thing then his technician #2 says another its like a bad marriage neither communicate with each other. I ended the convo by saying MOST CUSTOMERS would understand if you only tell them the situation ie: low staff, delayed parts or jobs etc. but to not tell them and to just make cheap excuses; this experience was so bad that they "supposedly" had called me at a certain time and turned out that they never did. Like I said DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. read more

I'm tired of calling this place about my TV...I took my television there they said it would take a couple of days...I call back... "It'll take a couple of days"... It literally took a month to get my TV back. Then, I sit down try to use the HD connection and it doesn't work. All this time with my television and its STILL NOT FIXED. I have them come pick it up to fix it again...and the same cycle is going on. I can't believe how many times, I've had someone say they were going to call me back and NOT do it. I'm still waiting for my television for the second time, but I felt it was my duty to warn anyone about this terrible terrible unprofessionalism. I didn't know anyone could BE this unprofessional. It honestly, has me contemplating if this is some sort of elaborate scheme to swindle people for about 100 dollars at a time. It's just ridiculous. Stay Away. read more

Do not take your business to this establishment! Do not take your electronics or give them any of your money! They had a speaker mine for over two weeks and they want to charge me to repair it more than the speakers worth but of course they'll keep my $30 deposit. read more

DO NOT USE!! WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. I scheduled a service call for January 2nd and they indicated someone would come from 8am-12pm. 11am came and no one had called me so I called and they said that they would come in the afternoon, I said ok since my washer hadn't worked in 3 days. I called in the afternoon and they said that no one would be able to make it until the next day, January 3rd from 10am-11am. The manager Renato gave me his cell phone number, so I called him and left a message on January 3rd at 11 and said that no one had called me nor had anyone shown up. I never received a call back from him. I called the company directly and the guy who answered was extremely rude and said someone was on their way, no one showed up then he said that they could come fix it later and then said that no one could come to fix it. He offered no solution to the problem and was having private conversations with people in the background while they all were laughing. Wouldn't surprise me if this company went out of business in the next couple of years. read more

My experience was a NIGHTMARE! I would not wish my experience on my WORST ENEMY!!!! I took my Samson speaker in to get the woofer replaced. They said they will check it and call me with an estimate in a day or 2.. A week later, NO CALL. so I call them, they lie to me saying "Oh, we were just going to call you, we will call you back in an hour with an estimate. now I usually am busy til about 6pm when they close, so I depend on them to call me back! they never did, I called back a total of 10 times before they gave me an estimate, which took 3 WEEKS to figure out!!!! They tell me they need to replace the woofer and repair the AMP (really? like I didn't know..) it will take 2 weeks tops.... it took them 2 MONTHS!!! 2 months of me calling them and them feeding me lies saying, "the part comes in tomorrow" or "we will call you in an hour". I cant even count on 1 hand how many times they said that exact line to me. Keep in mind I was kind and respectful this whole time, but everyone has their limits.. I tell them I have had enough with the LIES and MISINFORMATION, I tell them I want my speaker done in 3 days tops!!! They can tell Im upset, so they feed me what I want to hear.. I call in 3 days, turns out the pieces they ordered was the wrong ones, lmao.. so I have to wait another 2 WEEKS til they get the part and can install it..... my blood is boiling at this point, but I still remain cool and professional.... FINALLY, 2 and a half months later: after all the lies and bullsh*t they fed me they finally call me to pick up my speaker.. the job comes out to $140, $60 MORE then they said it would be. I pay them my money, say my goodbyes, and leave, excited like a kid in Christmas to have my speaker to work on my music again. I get home, connect my speaker, plug in the power, attach my gear, and guess what happens??????? ITS NOT WORKING!!! AS A MATTER OF FACT, ITS EXACTLY IN THE SAME SHAPE IT WAS IN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN 2 AND A HALF MONTHS AGO!!!!! by the time I figure this out the place is CLOSED! I was so unbelievably angry I almost gave myself a stroke from stress.. I am still waiting for them to call me back and tell me how they are going to resolved this... FINAL VERDICT: THEY LIED TO ME, THEY GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION AND THEY SUCK AT REPAIRING GEAR, NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE EVER WITNESSED, AND THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS.. THEY JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE OR SATISFY AN UNHAPPY COSTUMER.. ITS LIKE AN ALIEN LANGUAGE TO THEM... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR REFLECTIONS ELECTRONICS IN SOUTH MIAMI. BOTH PLACES SUCK, AND HAVE SCREWED ME AND MY SIMPLE REPAIRS UP, AND COST ME WASTED $$$$$$$$$$!!!!! STAY AWAY! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, YOUR BETTER OFF LOOKING UP REPAIR VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND FIXING YOUR PROBLEM YOUR DAMN SELF!!!!!!! read more
