I'm going to leave one star because I don't like being taken advantage of. First of all, I had no problem paying the 100 "diagnostic fee" if it meant they would fix my washer. This washing machine did not want to fill with water. There was good water supply to the machine. Apparently, If you hold the start button and turn the knob counterclockwise for 7 clicks, the machine will enter diagnostic mode. Error codes are communicated through the lights on the machine. This is what they charged me 100 dollars for. This machine alerted to a faulty shifter motor or actuator as the problem. They quoted me 339 to replace it. I was ready to throw the machine but I am glad I did some research. The part was only 15 dollars and replacing it literally took me 10 minutes by undoing two screws in the bottom of the machine. I have no experience working on washing machines but I know a scam when I see one read more

I have nothing but EXCELLENT to say about AG Appliance Service. They are professional, prompt and their work ethic is top notch. Most of all I value their honesty. read more

I had my two front burners on my LG range getting stuck on high heat. Edgar from AG Appliance was fair, polite and punctual. The company is very good at timely service. Not necessarily the least expensive, but quality of service and parts were spot on! I'd pay a little extra and have them repair my appliances over a cheaper shady company read more

They say there's a $100 fee to come to your house, but that if you proceed with a repair, this is applied towards the total price. But then, they quote you for parts, plus labor, **PLUS** THE $100! So you end up paying for the initial visit in full whether your proceed or not. All of which would be fine if they said this clearly and upfront, instead of this Orwellian bait-and-switch. read more

We scheduled a service, technician came out, didn't appear that knowledgeable and had to reference manual to diagnose problem ... I was even ok with that, after tech visit refrigerator/freezer still exhibited same issues, finally resolved on its own, our bill was around $400, Thereafter I called company, spoke with a company staff member and asked a question regarding replacing water filter on 2 OCCASIONS, i requested the owner Alfonso call me since he had called for questions before the tech visit ... NEVER HEARD BACK FROM COMPANY , why is it that once service companies get their money your call/questions no longer seem to be a priority ... so typical in Miami's banana republic !!! read more

Amazing prompt reliable Service. I text them late evening and the owner Alfonso was calling at 8am. Sent a repairman that same day and fixed our washing machine very professionally at a reasonable price. Had the necessary parts at his Van. Left every clean. Was very proper with my wife and gave additional advice to avoid future occurrences. We have used them several times over many years and these folks are always consistently reliable and very punctual and reasonably priced. read more

Evelin González, por teléfono te dice que el costo de $125.00 es deducible para la reparación y cuando te dan el presupuesto no te lo deducen. Es una estafa. read more

Wow, I am so glad great customer service and great service. Technician Luis and Scott are so knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Called on a very short notice. Al was very helpful in setting up the service appt. AG arrived on time and serviced my washer and it's been working fine. The price was fair and I would recommend them. Thank you AG!! read more

Guy I spoke to was rude and had a bad attitude. They charge $100 just to come assess the issue with your appliance. A new dishwasher cost $400, how does it make sense to charge a client $100 simply to assess what is wrong with the appliance? Just booked an appointment with another company and they charge $60. This company is a rip off, stay away. read more

I've used AG a couple of times now and I must say, if you are accustomed to the generally irresponsible nature of Miami businesses, AG will be a shockingly pleasant surprise. In fact, you'll almost feel like you're living in Germany because not only do they show up, they call in advance, are very tech savvy, and know what they're doing. And when they're finished, they put a little magnetic business card on your appliance so when it goes down again you don't have to go looking for who to call. You call AG and you relax because they know how to run a business. read more

They arrived on time very knowlegeble and affordable. Highly recommend AG appliance.

Unfortunately I've had the necessity to call twice in the last 6 months, once fir my LG side by side (which I ultimately replaced), and once for my LG oven, which they repaired. They were fantastic. Super professional, on time, responsive, answered all my questions, respectful of wearing a mask and of my home, really nice guys too. It was easy to see how knowledgeable they are and they graciously shared that knowledge so I knew I could trust them. They would definitely be the ones I'd call if I need anything again. read more

The service provided was professional, efficient and effective in the repairs to the refrigerator. I recommend A Gonzalez Appliance Service without hesitation. read more

Thank you for your service! The work that you did was perfect from start to finish. When we called to report an issue with our Samsung Dryer, our call was returned quickly and they scheduled the appointment right away. You arrived on time as promised, this is a very rare thing here in Miami. This service technician, Scott, was very courteous and knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away. It was quite a tedious job, but you fixed it. We can't be happier with your service and we will definitely continue to use your company and we will recommend you to everyone we know. -The Subil Family read more

Our dryer broke on the weekend and I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and the company calls about 20 minutes before the service technician arrives to let you know they're on their way. The service technician, Luis, arrived on time, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to repair. I wish all service in Miami was like this. I will definitely call again with any repair needs. Thank you! read more

AG Appliance has now become my go-to company for appliance repair. Service on both my microwave and dryer has been timely and transparent. I've been fortunate to have Scott both times. He takes the time needed to explain what's wrong and the various options available. Much appreciated. read more

They have an excellent service, professionals, and went above and beyond to help me solve the issues with the repairs needed for my refrigerator. Will call them again. read more

I am only giving them one star because Yelp did not allow me to give them less. Went through these guys because the Home Depot warranty plan sent them to me after they had sent someone else. The repair man Scott seemed bothered that he had to check my machine while he was there. He was not very informative when I asked him questions about what was going to happen next. I got called by another company stating that A GONZALEZ was refusing to work in my machine because another company had tried to fix it before. They did not even give me the courtesy of calling me to tell me they would not be coming back after they initially told me they knew what was wrong with my machine. Overall very dissatisfied w/ them read more

This is an unprofessional company that is dishonest in its pricing and removes any negative google reviews. I was overcharged for a simple dryer repair and the charges inappropriately included travel and parking time. I was charged $235 for one hour of service not including parts. Contacted owner Al who was rude and condescending and aggressively talked over me the entire time. Recommend you use another service that treats people with respect and honesty. Shady company and owner. read more

My tech was Scott. He came and fixed my washer in like an hour and at a very reasonable price! Very happy with the service.

On 06/11/21, I had my Samsung Refrigerator serviced by Mario, who was professional ,punctual and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company (A Gonzales Service) their telephone interactions were excellent, they kept me informed of all future contacts. read more

Called AG Appliance for the repair of my dishwasher. Spoke directly to the manager who was courteous and knowledgeable. The technician arrived within the time slot I was given. He was polite and did a great job. Overall, my experience with them was excellent and would definitely call again should I need to. read more

No customer service skills what so ever by tech Scott who came out to service my refrigerator. Very condescending tone and unfriendly attitude from beginning to end. His diagnostic determined the fridge cannot be fixed because the part is no longer available and his words were "it is what it is". I would not use this company again or recommend to anyone read more

Seems to be more interested in the $75 fee to "inspect" your appliance than fixing it. Do not waste your time . Terrible service and wants to replace practically every part and piece in the appliance to charge you more or could be because they do not know what's really wrong with the appliance and they figure lets just replace it all and hope that fixes it. read more

I am so glad I called this company. The technician came to my home on time. He was able to find the problem and fixed my appliance on the first visit. He was ethical, professional and cordial. I am relieved and very satisfied. Evelyn was very responsive when I contacted them! Thank You A Gonzalez! read more

I wish I could express how rude and money hungry this company is beyond the scope of words written in this review. They are the absolute worse company I have every dealt with. They are one of two authorized service repair company for LG in miami. They rushed out there tech for a $75 inspection of the unit. The tech was here for 2 minutes and said the compressor needed to be replaced, while you can clearly hear the compressor functioning. He said ooh it is the valve, but we need to change the compressor, condenser, filter drier and fittings. I asked why would you need to change the all these components if the compressor is working. The answer "thats how we repair this unit". I asked the cost and they said it would be $495 + tax for the labor plus the cost of the parts. When I contacted LG, they said they would cover the cost of labor and the parts. When LG got involved, A Gonzalez said they could not do the repair because I was not the original owner. The truth is the estimate was false and they were only trying to milk me for this huge repair. They then offered to refund me the $75 for the estimate because i said I was going to write this review on yelp...... I wish LG could read this review and investigate this company to see how many other clients have they scammed in the past!! I AM SO SICK OF MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMERS!!! read more

Quick summary: - LG fridge shows ER FF message on display. - Upper part of fridge is not cooling, freezer is OK - Check the internet, defect is a fan in the freezer compartment. Fan motor can be bought for $40 online. - But attempting self repair (which can lead to disaster), went on to call LG Service, they recommend Gonzalez. - Called Gonzalez, very nice gentleman listened to my report, agreed that the fan is bad, offered to order for overnight delivery, but would charge $75 when the repair person showed up to confirm that the fan was actually the problem. That $75 could be applied to total repair cost, if I approved the service. - Two days later get a call, repairman on his way to my home. - We briefly discuss problem, and starts to work, disassembling the Fan plate, replacing motor, re-assembling everything. - Fridge back to work in less than an hour. - Cost was $202, including the fan motor. - Service was efficient, price was very fair. - Life goes back to normal, one day before Thanksgiving! Close call! - Very happy. read more

My Samsung ice maker stopped working a week ago. It is still under warranty therefore, Lowe's recommended AG Appliance. Lowe's sent AG appliance the referral and AG called me the same day to schedule an appointment. It was first scheduled for the next business day but when AG realized the part would need to be ordered and it would take two additional days, we rescheduled the visit. The company sends a confirmation email with the scheduled appointment block. On the day of the service, the technician called stating they were on their way. Scott and Erick were very polite, professional and worked as a team. The motor to the ice maker was installed and were done quickly. They even cleaned some water drops from the floor. I am very pleased of their professionalism and courteousness of this company. I'm glad Lowe's recommended this company. read more

Carlos the technician was awesome. He knew exactly what to do to fix my refrigerator. A Gonzalez contacted me immediately after I called my service plan. Stay away! I opened a service request with GE because my dryer electrical machine was not turning it on at all, and my household is comprised of 6 people, so image the trouble we went through. According to GE, this company was responsible to repair the machine the day after between noon and 5pm. According to Gonzalez, they called us the next day and left a voice message stating they did not have my address right. So, around 1 pm on the day scheduled for them to come I called and they said they tried to "get in touch with me" the day before so I could provide the right address and that now no one would be availble until next week. How come you have the address "wrong" if the ticket with GE was opened through my warranty and that the GE representative read it to me (it wasn't even me who provided my home address, but the actual GE rep). So, their excuse to not go was really bad, and he was rude and very disrespectful to me on the phone!! My dryer machine is still broken! read more

If there were 0 stars That's what I would rate them. They are inefficient, rude, and take forever to handle the issues. The service guy that was sent out did not say hello and did not talk to us about what was going on. Do NOT call this company. read more

Terrible service! not worth even one star. The service guy called after the appointment window. He did not even called earlier to let me know he was running late. Then, he called asking if the dryer was stack to the washer. I replied yes and then he said he could not do much. If the answers changes the service because he needs another technician to help him, then this question NEEDS to be asked when placing the service schedule. The Tech was low class, super rude, without desire to work. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! read more

will give 0 star if possible. they don't have a clue in repairing appliances. Business is based on charging $75 for a diagnostic. STAY AWAY
